In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session together, clients can expect a safe, welcoming space where they are free to express their thoughts and feelings without fear or judgment. Creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment is a cornerstone of my practice. From the very beginning, my goal is to help clients feel heard, respected, and understood as we begin the journey toward healing and personal growth.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) is a primary treatment modality I utilize in my clinical work. I provide clients with psychoeducation to help them understand the interconnected relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This foundational understanding allows clients to recognize unhelpful cognitive patterns and apply effective coping strategies. I support clients in developing skills to manage symptoms commonly associated with depression, anxiety, and other mood-related challenges.
