I am involved in Men’s Ministry inside and outside of my church. Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.
My name is LaRhonda Lang. I am an African American therapist who values creating a space that honors both your individual story and the bigger cultural contexts we live in. I know that therapy can sometimes feel intimidating, but I offer a space where you can bring your whole self- your thoughts, your emotions, and your lived experiences- WITHOUT JUDGEMENT. I'm here to listen, support, and help you find strategies that actually fit your life. Your therapy is tailored just for you.

Hi, I’m Gretchen Raring, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW: NJ, FL, AZ & ND; LICSW: MA) with 20+ years of experience in behavioral health. I work with teens through older adults and support clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My practice is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel supportive and purposeful. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, and I see therapy as a team effort. I want you to feel comfortable being honest while supported and challenged toward change.
My approach is structured but flexible. We’ll have a sense of direction while making room for what matters most. I use an eclectic approach based on your needs and goals. I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all.
One of my strengths is being highly attuned and building the trust that allows deeper work. Together, we’ll connect the dots between your experiences, emotions, relationships, thoughts, and behaviors. We’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies for everyday life.
My background includes work across mental health, addiction, trauma, homelessness, the criminal justice system, and community-based behavioral health. I’ve worked with people during difficult times in their lives. Those experiences shape how I practice and reinforce my belief that there is always more to someone’s story than what you see on the surface.
I believe progress is about the direction of our work, not the speed. Change often happens through small steps. I believe in celebrating every win because those wins build confidence and momentum.
Above all, I want therapy to be a place for honest conversations, deeper understanding, practical tools, and meaningful change-at a pace that works for you.
At this time, I am accepting individual clients only and am not accepting new couples. I will update my profile when couples availability reopens.
Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I'm so happy that you reached out for help. I am Michael Creech, a licensed therapist.
My goal is to meet you where you are by bringing a compassionate approach backed by formal training and experience and be a part of your goals in the change process. I am very personable as well as professional and I do not believe in one-sided relationships. I have a multidisciplinary, eclectic approach to therapy in which I utilize techniques and principles from a variety of modalities to include Christian based. My counseling is geared toward treating the whole person from a biopsychosocial spiritual standpoint. I view counseling as a calling and not as a career and that it is a collaborative effort in which I learn and grow as a result of every interaction. My clients describe me as a “good listener” and as someone who “makes me think”.
Some of the experiences that have contributed to my professional identity and approach to mental health treatment are my formal education at Pensacola Christian College where I received a BA in Pastoral Ministry and Liberty University where I received a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked as a therapist under regulatory agencies for 6 years and have worked in Christian Ministry since my ministerial ordination in 2003. Demographics I have served have included inpatient and outpatient care, private practice, substance abuse issues, psychotic spectrum disorders, gender identity issues, personality disorders, sex addiction, family and relationship issues, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Spirituality, and men’s issues. My experiences as a combat military veteran, teacher, father, husband, and a person who has experienced my own traumas and failures have contributed to my professional development.
I look forward to getting to know you!

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I moved to Florida from Nashville but have roots in Mississippi and Virginia. I graduated from the University of Phoenix in April of 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Administration. I used that degree to enroll at Capella University where I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in March of 2021. My passion for counseling started when I was very young. In my teenage years I participated in groups that worked to prevent teen suicide. This interest eventually worked its way into my adult life as a career in the mental health field.
My first position after graduating with my Masters was assisting individuals whose substance abuse lead to involvement in the criminal justice system. Building on that, I also have experience with Veterans' issues, grief and loss, eating disorders, LGBTQ+, relationships, depression, anxiety, social fears and many other mental health diagnoses.
I don’t believe that there is a one size fits all approach to an individual’s mental health. I use a wide range of techniques to best help my clients to achieve the goals they set forth during their time in treatment by developing strategies and coping skills to achieve optimal mental health.
