I am dedicated to assisting individuals of all ages as they navigate challenging periods in their lives. My therapeutic practice incorporates mindfulness-based techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), with interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Professional support can be invaluable, and I strive to provide a space where clients can discuss their concerns and address life’s complexities in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Our first session will feel like catching up with a friend. We'll go over the basics, like confidentiality and logistics. Then, I'll get a sense of what brought you to counseling and what your goals are. If you're not sure about your goals yet, that's totally fine! We'll figure them out together. The first couple of sessions are all about laying the groundwork and getting a broad picture of your life and current situation.
One of my biggest strengths as a provider is my empathy. During sessions, I truly put myself in your position to understand how you’re feeling. This helps me offer support, coping strategies, and treatments that align with your therapeutic goals.
I love working with people from all walks of life, especially those who are currently feeling lost and in need of better direction.
