I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who, for over 13 years, has enjoyed partnering with clients to create meaningful, positive change in their lives. My therapeutic approach is largely formed by attachment theory, and also draws from a combination of individual and systemic therapy models (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bowenian, and family therapy).
