Feeling overextended, exhausted, and constantly putting everyone else first?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I help women break free from anxiety, overthinking, and guilt so they can rebuild their self-esteem and set healthy boundaries without feeling bad about it.
How I Can Help You:
• Break Unhealthy Cycles: Identify overthinking and stress patterns that drain your energy.
• Build Practical Boundaries: Learn to say "no" and prioritize yourself without guilt.
• Cultural Understanding: As a bilingual Latina therapist, I deeply understand the unique family dynamics, cultural expectations, and caregiving pressures women navigate.
Together, we’ll move beyond just surviving the day to building real, lasting emotional confidence and balance.
