(she/her)
I am Brandy Stewart, a licensed clinical social worker in California with 19 years of clinical experience serving children, adolescents, transition age youth, adults and families. I help individuals who struggle with managing relationship issues resolve interpersonal conflicts to promote healthy overall functioning. I also help people manage emotional distress and conflict, as they heal from the past, in order to achieve a greater wellbeing.
During our initial session, we will spend time getting to know one another, and focusing on the experiences that have led you to therapy. Together we will create a plan for ongoing sessions.
My several years of experience and clinical training has strengthen my ability to tailor my interventions to your individual needs, to support your progress, growth and success.
I enjoy working with individuals who find themselves often experiencing conflict in their interpersonal relationships who wish to form healthy connections.

when I started therapy with Brandy, I was really broken in a lot of different pieces and clearly I didn’t know how to put myself back by myself. I am slowly healing and I don’t hurt as much because Brandy has navigating me into my emotions. I’m not nowhere close to being done with therapy, but I’m grateful that I have a therapist. She’s reliable dependable and really knowledgeable. op

I really appreciate Brandy as a therapist because of how easy it is to communicate with her. She creates a warm and welcoming environment making it easy to open up about whatever may be on my mind any particular session, even if it's not necessarily "on topic." She's an effective communicator and I leave every session hopeful with the work we are doing together.
