I understand how challenging it is to come to therapy and speak of subjects that can bring about fear, anxiety and feelings of being judged. Therapy is the safest of environments to bring up topics that have brought about great pain or arrest in one’s life. My hope for you is that therapy becomes a useful tool to transform your life into how you envision it to be. Life is too short not to be lived out to its fullest potential. By working with you, I hope to collaborate in a transformation process where life goals come to fruition. As your therapist, I am your advocate and will support you in all areas where challenges, obstacles and barriers are encountered. I hope this message finds you well and instills a sense of hope that anything, if one’s mind is put to it, is possible to change for the better.

Hi! I am an eclectic therapist. I tend to pull different methods from different theoretical modalities (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, and more) because I do not believe in a One Size Fits All for therapy. Different people work in different ways. I am flexible and like to learn more about each client before deciding on specific ways to work with them and follow their lead. I like to use humor and make clients smile. I believe it is important to focus on strengths and will provide suggestions/assign homework.

I am passionate about the impact of spirituality in mental health therapy. As an attachment informed humanist LPCC, I consider the bio-psycho-social-spiritual/existential condition of the folks with whom I work. Healing is a matter of integrating the disparate and fragmented parts of life. Empathy, acceptance, positive regard, and genuineness are crucial elements for effective therapy and these are the characteristics I seek to cultivate in my practice. As far as a specific toolkit, CBT and Motivational Interviewing are the primary evidence based methodologies I employ to be with people in their self-paced, goal oriented healing efforts. Those who want to examine the angst, anxiety, disquiet, and friction in their lives will find a fellow traveler in me.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, trauma-related concerns, life transitions, and patterns of self-criticism or avoidance. My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and active. I want therapy to be a place where you feel genuinely understood and accepted, while also being supported in making meaningful changes. I believe people grow best when they are met with both kindness and honesty. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure and Response Prevention when appropriate. Rather than relying on a single method, I tailor treatment to each person’s needs, values, strengths, and goals. I am especially interested in helping clients better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life circumstances. My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms, but to help clients build greater self-understanding, resilience, emotional flexibility, and confidence in their ability to handle life’s challenges. I consider it a privilege to support people through the deeply human process of healing, growth, and becoming more fully themselves.

I am Dr. Audrey Levy. I live on a boat, and my private practice hours are available 24/7 by appointment only. I also make house calls. I am experienced in helping my clients deal with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress Reduction, Loss and Grief Recovery, Substance Abuse, Anger Management and Crisis Counseling. I provide a calm, empathetic, and nurturing environment where you will feel heard, and most importantly, understood. Together we will work on ways to help you understand your feelings and compulsions. My grieving clients experience closure through writing letters to their loved ones who have died. This letter writing is effective for all forms of loss. Reading the letters aloud is very healing as it encourages acceptance, and permits moving on to build a life filled with love and laughter. As a Doctor of Psychology and psychotherapist for 45+ years, I've dealt with my own grief and loss by writing the nonfiction book, "Doggie Wisdom for Humans: Advice from Dogs for Humans of All Ages," and an autobiographical fiction series, "The Adventures of the Angel Oleo." I hope you have an opportunity to read my books and that I get to help you.

Hello, I was born and raised in Stockton, California. I enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps at the age of 17 and in 1997, after 25 yeas of service, I retired from the Marine Corps as a Master Sergeant. After retiring from the Marine Corps, I worked as a Farrier (Horseshoer), as well as a structural welder (Ironworker), as those were the most marketable skill that I had. I came to a point where old injuries came back to haunt me and I could no longer walk (several years later, thanks to a surgery through the VA, I can walk again; thankful for that). At this point, I changed professions and out of a desire to work with veterans, I returned to school, accomplishing all that was necessary to become a licensed counselor. I spent another career working for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically as a counselor in the Readjustment Counseling Service (Vet Center). I recently retired from the Vet Center and now I work part-time here with Grow Therapy. As a retired Marine senior staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) and disabled combat veteran myself, the Vet Center was the perfect job. Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to combat veterans and provide counseling to survivors of military sexual trauma (MST). Vet Centers also provide group counseling, bereavement counseling and couples counseling when this is determined to be of support to the veteran. Readjustment counseling many times consists of treating/addressing symptoms related to post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I.e., anxiety, depression, exaggerated startle response, hypervigilance, sleep disturbance, etc. Many veterans go on to work as first responders and working with many first responders as well as medical personal, has provided me with a great deal of additional experience.

Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002. In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies. In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling. I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.

Hi. I am the daughter of immigrants which motivated me to study Multicultural community based psychology. I have worked in many different settings from community mental health to private practice. Currently I am the director of a consultation unit for youth and young adults in the foster care system. I really enjoy working with people on how to maximize their potential to create happier lives; sometimes this is achieved through more traditional therapy while other times this may require life coaching. I do not believe that therapy needs to be a continuous life long process, but rather a process individuals move in and out of at different stages of their lives.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. As an Asian American therapist, I understand the unique pressures of navigating cultural expectations, family dynamics, and the pursuit of success. Life often feels like a constant cycle of trying to keep up—with professional demands, relationships, or heavy expectations. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to "perform" or have all the answers. Instead, we can slow down and really look at what’s happening beneath the surface of your life. I work with introspective individuals ready for deeper change. Many of my clients are high-achievers who have "made it" on the outside, but internally battle feelings of shame, people-pleasing, or boundary struggles. Whether you’re processing complex family history, navigating identity challenges, or feeling burnt out, I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach blends two core principles: understanding your history and listening to your body. I use an intersubjective approach, which means we work together—using our relationship as a window into how you connect with the world. I also integrate the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) to help you get more comfortable in your own skin. This is about more than just insight; it’s about learning to calm your nervous system so you can navigate life without feeling constantly on edge. Ultimately, I want to help you move toward a life that feels authentically yours. By bringing hidden patterns into the light, we can reclaim your stability and freedom. You don’t have to carry the weight of the past alone.

Hello, my name is Megan. I appreciate you taking the leap to want to do something different in your life. I know how hard talking about some of these big life issues can be like the death of our person, living through the struggle of infertility and acknowledging the weight of our anxiety is too much. Sometimes, we are stuck in our loop and yet, we do not have the perspective how to shift the big feelings to make you start to feel better. In the beginning of working together, I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story. Everyone arrives wanting a witness to their grieving at different stages of their process. Your relationship is to different each person had a different relationship to their person. I believe the importance of listening to what is said in the room or what is not said. Many times we are not able to verbalize our pain of trying to live without our person. I think a very necessary part to our healing is to be witnessed by another. My goal is to always create safety in the room. I am a fairly transparent therapist sharing sometimes my personal journey to connect and help clients realize they are not alone in their pain. I look forward to joining you in your healing journey.
