In our first session, we will start with brief introductions and discuss your expectations for therapy. We will also explore your current challenges and what an ideal outcome would look like for you. This will help me understand your goals and how I can best support you in our future sessions.

I use a blend of approaches—including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy—tailored to what matters most to you. I believe in your resilience and your ability to grow. Together, we can work on building insight, setting healthy boundaries, improving communication, and navigating life’s challenges in ways that feel aligned with who you are.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I help individuals understand the interconnectedness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while also fostering greater self-awareness.
Trauma-Focused CBT
I assist individuals by teaching coping skills, processing traumatic experiences. My approach incorporates techniques, such as exposure therapy and cognitive restructuring, to help individuals manage trauma-related thoughts and emotions.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
I teach a range of coping methods and interpersonal skills to help individuals manage distress and enhance their personal relationships.
Psychodynamic
I help individuals explore how their early childhood experiences have shaped their behaviors and relationships today. By recognizing these connections, individuals can gain insight into how past influences affect their current actions.
Mind-body approach
A holistic approach to healing that blends mental and physical practices to enhance health and well-being, grounded in the understanding that the mind and body are interconnected.
