Hi there, I'm LeTeshia!
I'm so happy you are interested in working with me to support you on your journey to a healthier, happier life! Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or confused? Sometimes life's challenges make it difficult to have clarity or find balance. I get it.
I specialize in helping professionals navigate workplace stress, burnout, anxiety, work-life balance, and life transitions with practical, evidence-based strategies that create lasting change.
I am a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults. With extensive experience working with youth in the foster care system and individuals who have experienced trauma, I use a compassionate, evidence-based approach to support clients navigating PTSD, depression, anxiety, OCD, and suicidal ideation.
Drawing from modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, I tailor each treatment plan to meet clients where they are. My strength-based and behavioral approaches empower individuals to build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and foster emotional growth in a safe, supportive environment.
Sometimes life can be a lot and we weren't meant to navigate it alone. Seeking support is an act of self love and an investment in your wellbeing. I offer someone to walk with you as we work through whatever life challenges have brought you to therapy at this time. I will meet you where you are at and together we will unravel and explore what comes up in session. We will identify your goals and work towards resourcing you so that you can reach them. I feel a strong ethical obligation to the people I serve and support and will always treat you with the utmost respect and dignity, acknowledging that talking to a therapist can be vulnerable.
I am almost 20 years into my career in social work and have practiced primarily in urban settings, but also in Latin America and I have seen, heard and helped navigate many of life's greatest and most painful challenges. This is a dynamic relationship between us and together we will figure out a path forward for you, so that you may live your most fulfilled life.
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with listening. I take the time to understand each client's current concerns while also exploring the experiences and history that have shaped their life. By gaining a deeper understanding of both the present and the past, I can better recognize patterns, strengths, and challenges that influence overall well-being.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they share their experiences at their own pace. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I work to understand the whole person, recognizing that each individual's story is unique.
Through thoughtful listening and curiosity, I partner with clients to identify meaningful goals, build insight, and develop practical strategies that support lasting growth and positive change. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, understood, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

Hello. My name is Ana and I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (128445), in the beautiful state of California. I have been in the counseling and social work field for 25+ yrs. Simply stated, I was born to do therapy, it is a gift and an honor. I am a safe, trusting and caring person, that is able to connect with a diversity of people, especially those that struggle with feelings of inadequacy. I have worked with children, teens, elderly, foster care, gang members and most recently, death row inmates in prison.
I have found through many of those experiences that emotional pain, feeling alone and having anxiety or depression, is common and universal. However, I also know that the desire to live a deeper, peaceful and meaningful life can also be a driving force. I too have done much of that internal work and reflection in my life. I have learned that it is OK to be just me, no longer fearing to live the life that I have earned and deserve. I would love the same for you.
Hi! I’m Dr. Kelly Horton, a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience helping people reach their goals related to greater peace, healthier relationships, self-understanding, emotional balance, and personal growth. My journey into psychology and the field of therapy began with curiosity about the “whys” of human behavior—why people respond the way they do, what helps some people become resilient, and how healing relationships are built after trauma or dysfunction.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward? I work with adults and couples who are seeking greater clarity, connection, improved communication, and emotional balance. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, trauma, or patterns that no longer feel sustainable, therapy can offer a supportive space to better understand yourself and your relationships.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen communication and coping skills, and create a path forward that feels supportive, practical, and meaningful. I’m passionate about helping clients understand themselves more deeply, strengthen connection, and break cycles that no longer serve them.

I believe psychotherapy is a tool to understand oneself and grow as an individual, It can also be used to form a relationship where safety allows a person to share their innermost thoughts and feelings and then work towards symptom alleviation and improving self-concept, social and family relationships, and find personal contentment and fulfillment in their lives. I have been in the psychotherapy field for over 45 years and love working with people of all ages, sexual preferences, racial and ethnic groups, and mental health problems presented. My practice is centered on creating a warm, supportive environment where adults can explore life's challenges, better understand themselves, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
I recognize that every person brings a unique story, strengths, and experiences to therapy. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
I am passionate about the impact of spirituality in mental health therapy. As an attachment informed humanist LPCC, I consider the bio-psycho-social-spiritual/existential condition of the folks with whom I work. Healing is a matter of integrating the disparate and fragmented parts of life. Empathy, acceptance, positive regard, and genuineness are crucial elements for effective therapy and these are the characteristics I seek to cultivate in my practice. As far as a specific toolkit, CBT and Motivational Interviewing are the primary evidence based methodologies I employ to be with people in their self-paced, goal oriented healing efforts. Those who want to examine the angst, anxiety, disquiet, and friction in their lives will find a fellow traveler in me.
My values as a therapist include openness, non-judgment, empathy, cultural humility, strength based, and unconditional positive regard. My approach is integrative and centers the needs of my clients; I utilize active interventions involving cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused-therapy, motivational interviewing, grief and loss, to name a few. I aspire to cultivate a trusting, safe and empowering space for the people I serve. I place a lot of emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship with patients that allows for authentic self-expression.
Seeking therapy is a courageous first step toward healing. You deserve to feel seen and supported. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, grief, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences. I offer a warm, supportive, therapeutic partnership where you can feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change. I have been practicing for 7 years and while I currently provide Telehealth services, I have experience working across a variety of settings including community mental health agencies, within school systems, and in group practice, which has given me the gift of working with individuals from many different walks of life.
My approach is integrative and strengths-based, meaning I consider how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences are interconnected while drawing from approaches including CBT, IFS, attachment theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and create lasting change. I believe healing happens within a strong therapeutic relationship, and together we’ll build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and work toward the goals that matter most to you in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

Hello! I am Dr. Efrain Zepeda. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Social Worker. In the past 23 years of working as a mental health professional, one important lesson I have learned is that the most powerful therapeutic intervention is found in the interpersonal experience that occurs in the client-therapist relationship. Together we can analyze the past to co-create a new meaning to achieve healing. I strongly believe that therapy is not about labeling or judging, but rather about personal discovery.

My name is William Money, a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. I have 8 years in the field and I love my job. I am not the person to give advice or tell you how to live your life. I will not tell you I know everything because I don’t. I will meet you wherever you are therapeutically no matter where you are in your journey. Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002.
In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies.
In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling.
I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.
