Please note: Right now, I am accepting clients with a primary diagnosis of Obsessive Compulsive disorder. Sometimes, we feel stuck in our lives. Whether you are going though a divorce, new career, a transition to or from college, or a death. These transitions can leave us feeling unable to cope with the uncertainty and regulate our own emotions. I am here to listen with an open ear, and heart, without judgement, but with compassion and support. Coming to therapy can be an intimidating first step that can lead to life changing results. I will be your sounding board. We will work together to identify and navigate unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors that get in the way of you living a life that represents your long term values. Therapy is a place to provide tools that help you develop coping skills, regulate emotions, and decrease overall destress in a safe space. Whether you are in therapy for 2 years or 2 months, I want you to be well equipped to weather any life challenge with a sense of ease and confidence. I believe in being transparent with my clients and providing in the moment realistic feedback. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible and leave each therapy session feeling like you gained insight or a skill you didn't have previously. Ultimately, my goal, is that you feel empowered, and utilize the skills you learn in therapy throughout your life.

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in CA. I received my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and have over ten years of experience supporting adults through grief, life transitions, spiritual questions, and identity shifts. I offer focused, short-term therapy designed to help you move through a specific issue in a clear and intentional way. Together, we identify one primary area of concern and work toward meaningful movement within 6–10 sessions. My approach is deep yet efficient — helping you access insight, emotional clarity, and practical change without staying in therapy indefinitely. My practice hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm (Pacific Time). I do not offer early morning, evening, or weekend sessions at this time. If these hours do not work for your schedule, I encourage you to find a therapist whose availability better supports your needs.

Asking for help is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself. Life can be stressful, and you can feel pulled in many different directions. Being an African American man growing up in Los Angeles, I have faced my share of challenges and obstacles and when stress sets in, I understand that even the smallest pebble can feel like a major Boulder. I come from a traditional family where men and oftentimes women are discouraged from seeking help to deal with life's struggles and stresses. I aim to fill that void and change that narrative. I empower Men, Women and Families to seek to understand their struggles, anxieties and life challenges and to overcome them.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and life transitions. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I’ve worked in a range of mental health settings: supporting clients in recovery, on psychiatric holds, and in longer-term therapy. I’ve facilitated groups and worked with clients from many walks of life, including those facing major life transitions, chronic illness, or longstanding mental health challenges. Over time, I found myself drawn more and more to supporting adults and couples through deeply personal and complex experiences, especially around identity, relationships, and parenthood. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves care that honors their full story. I became a therapist because I believe in people’s capacity to grow and heal, and because I know how powerful it is to feel truly understood.

I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on. We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness." I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.

We are more than conquerors! You already have the capability to make changes that help accomplish your goals, experience healing, and combat the most difficult symptoms. However, we were never meant to go it alone. The therapeutic relationship is a partnership—it is teamwork. It is joining forces with one another. One of the greatest attributes I can offer in this alliance is empathy. Non-judgmental exploration will afford the understanding necessary to determine what is hindering satisfaction. I am Kimberly Jones: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 10 years of experience in offering psychotherapy to all ages. My expertise is couple’s therapy encompassing marriage and relationships. You will be provided a safe space to bring your most complex matters as I am confident in supporting honest dialogue. In addition, mediation during difficult discussions and understanding the anatomy of an affair's impact on both partners can also be provided. I would assist in managing the threat of divorce, post-separation, and co-parenting. In the healing pursuit, individuals will experience neutrality, intimacy repair, trust building, improved communication, and conflict resolution. These are all skills necessary to strengthen the relationship and introduce a new way of seeing life together.

Sometimes, life can be a bit daunting. Between big life decisions, tragedies, and even days when nothing seems to go right, it's easy to get down, anxious, and feel overwhelmed. I work with adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, life's transitions, or need a space of their own to share openly free from bias or judgement. Life can be a struggle, why go at it alone? I can help you reach your goals and be a support along the way.

Hello, I’m Sascha, If you’re here, you’ve already taken an important step toward prioritizing your mental health. Beginning therapy can bring up a mix of emotions...empowerment, uncertainty, even hesitation—and all of that is valid. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My background includes work in county-based services, nonprofit mental health, foster care, and school settings. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals across a wide range of needs and life circumstances. I believe that people generally have an internal sense of what they need and where they want to go, but at times can feel stuck or unsure how to move forward. My role is to help you gain clarity around what may be contributing to that feeling and to work collaboratively with you to develop practical, meaningful ways to navigate challenges. Life stressors such as relationship dynamics, limited support systems, past experiences, and difficulties with emotional regulation can all impact our ability to function in the ways we want. In our work together, I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can explore these areas and move toward greater stability, insight, and fulfillment.
