Hello! My name is Theresa Wallace and I have my License in Clinical Social Work. I specialize in treating trauma and have been trained in EMDR since 2020. I am currently taking on clients who are seeking EMDR therapy to treat trauma, phobias, and generalized anxiety. In my practice with clients I most commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) , and Motivational Interviewing. I received my Bachelors in Social Work from Franciscan University in Ohio in 2014, and shortly after completed my Masters in Social Work with a concentration in Integrated Health from Cal State Long Beach in 2016. With my social work background, my clinical lens comes through a systems/person-in-environment perspective, which means our problems are not solely our own in that they are influenced by our environmental systems including work, school, culture, family, local/national/international policy and legislation, social media and healthcare.

Hello, I’m a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment for you to explore and overcome any challenges you face while providing the emotional support you need. I have worked with teens and adults to overcome their life challenges and develop the coping skills necessary to become the best version of themselves. I spent time practicing my therapeutic skills as an intern trainee at the California State University, Fresno university clinic. Here I began to focus on working with teens and young adults to overcome challenges associated with life transitions, burnout, relationship issues, and mood disorders such as anxiety, grief, and depression. Working as part of a grant program with parolees and then a group private practice, I also gained significant experience working with individuals who have trauma history. Through this work, I was able to learn and implement a variety of modalities to effectively address the impacts of trauma. I love my work as a therapist and would be happy to be part of your journey.

Hi, I'm Eva. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tired and just not as active in your life as you would like to be? Feeling challenged with just keeping up with everyday activities. Seem to forget to take care of yourself, that everybody else comes before you? I help people like yourself to get back to feeling more positive, less tired, burnt out, isolated and lonely. We will together come up with a plan for how to best work on the issues that you want to change. We will use an approach that you feel most comfortable with, and work toward a life that gives back pleasure, harmony and ease. Whether you are dealing with a situational situation or a longer-term struggle I'll be there to support you through your work. You have already taken a big step in the right direction just by reading through different clinicians' statements. The next step is to choose a clinician, contact Growth Therapy and set up an appointment. Sometimes these are the hardest steps to take. One of my most important goals is to provide you with a safe space where you feel validated, and supported and provide you with no judgment, compassion and respect.

Hi! I’m a licensed therapist who believes therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a performance. I bring warmth, honesty, and a sense of humor into the room, and I work best with people who are ready to get curious about themselves, even if they’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. Before becoming a therapist, I earned a BFA in Film & Television Production. I especially enjoy working with creatives and folks in non-traditional careers, but I love supporting people from all walks of life. Prior to shifting to telehealth, I worked in residential treatment with individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. That experience deeply shaped my compassionate and non-judgmental approach. My style is collaborative and flexible, drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, ACT, and person-centered methods to meet you where you are. Outside of therapy, you can usually find me hanging out with my husband and our dogs, listening to and discovering new music, making playlists, going to shows, making jewelry, passionately cheering on my favorite sports teams, or catching a movie on the big screen. Life can feel like a lot sometimes, and I’m here to help you sort through it at your pace, with no judgment and a little humor when it helps.

Hi, I’m Ravina, a licensed therapist (LPCC, #16404) with a deeply personal mission to create brave, healing spaces where individuals can grow, unlearn, and embrace alignment with their authentic selves. I am also a spoken word artist, published author, speaker, and cat mama of two. Through my own journey, I learned that silencing myself felt safer, people-pleasing seemed preferable, and stepping into the back row was easier than claiming my full voice. I lived for years with anxiety, trauma, and depression in the background, believing this was normal. Over time, I was fortunate to access spaces where I could process trauma, unlearn cultural conditioning, and center my voice. As both a professional artist and therapist, I’ve embraced the truth that my story matters—and I deeply believe yours does too. In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based and intersectional approaches, including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic and Interpersonal Therapy, and Attachment-Based approaches. While these methods are well-established, I intentionally de-center colonial and outdated techniques, keeping your goals, needs, and lived experience at the forefront. My aim is to create a warm, purposeful space where therapy feels authentic to you. I honor that therapy is not one-size-fits-all; it should not feel cold, rigid, or dictated by someone else’s agenda. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship, respecting your time, and supporting your intentional choice to be here. Some journeys last months, others years—but together we work consistently and purposefully so you can move from surviving to thriving, and bloom into alignment with your true self. I am honored to witness your healing journey, exploring, unlearning, re-learning, and embracing all parts of your story as we navigate life, symptoms, and growth—together.

Seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s a brave and important step toward change that can lead to better life satisfaction. Recognizing you can’t keep doing the same thing over and over is admirable, and having a dedicated support person can help you tap into your inner strengths. Together, we’ll explore new ways to navigate challenges and create positive outcomes. We all carry the answers within us—sometimes it just takes a fresh perspective to see them clearly. Let this be the moment you choose the road to happiness. My approach is rooted in a CBT framework but is always guided by your personality and needs. Sensibility, empathy, and a touch of humor are among my clinical strengths. Working collaboratively, we’ll uncover what’s blocking your progress and build a path toward positive, lasting change. I’m a licensed clinical social worker in California with extensive experience supporting youth in schools, foster adolescents, and young adults. In recent years, I’ve focused on helping young adults navigate the emotional and psychological barriers that hinder educational and career goals. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice and individualized, client-centered care. I aim to create a supportive, compassionate space where clients feel understood and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges. My clinical approach emphasizes strengthening self-esteem, reducing anxiety, and building the motivation needed to pursue personal goals. I use a nonjudgmental, down-to-earth style that helps clients feel safe enough to do honest work. Much of our focus includes identifying and unpacking past trauma and the unhelpful beliefs or patterns that contribute to emotional, psychological, and physical distress. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients move toward a healthier, more grounded, and more fulfilling life.

Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. University of California, Berkeley (UCB) for the AB in English and University of San Francisco (USF) in Counseling. Because of my personal experiences with having seizures when I was younger, I now concentrate on addressing the emotions and hopes and dreams of people who are dealing with the multiple, and often times consuming, issues of having a seizure disorder as well as any combination of realities and histories that equal the seizure experience. Please let me know if I can bring a more balanced picture to your life and those who you value and love in your life as well.

I am an LCSW from CA. I am a rarity, as I was born and raised in Los Angeles and have lived all over southern California. I have also traveled throughout the state and known how the state is unique. I have experience working with the military, Veterans, and their families. I also have experience working with families and children of all ages. I have experienced working with mental health, chronic pain and cancer. If you are seeking services for court; I would NOT be able to help with that. Please find another provider. My journey to mental healthcare I did a lot of volunteer work and held a few AmeriCorps positions (America's version of PeaceCorps). I fell in love with helping people and I was told in order to achieve this, I would need to go back to school and complete my MSW.

I am a psychologist and offer services via telehealth for individuals. Problems come from a network of experiences. In our work together, we will investigate these problems: where they come from, how they are supported, what they may be telling you, how you learned from these problems, ways they can be negotiated, and times when they are not present. Nothing is wrong with you. You are simply dealing with problems the best way you know how. As we explore the problems, you will find fresh perspectives and build alternative ways of responding that enable you to build better relationships and handle problems with increased flexibility. I am an interactive therapist working with you to develop and experience more confidence, focus, and motivation to meet life’s changing demands. I help people who are doing ok on the outside figure out, and understand, why they might feel so overwhelmed on the inside. You can gain insight and clarity and increase your ability to navigate life transitions, anxiety, fear, depression, and/or traumatic experiences that have impacted your quality of life.

I believe that therapy can heal, but I also know that telling a stranger about your deepest pain can be a strange feeling. Perhaps you've been feeling sad, depressed or worried, and hopeless that anything in your life can change. Or maybe you aren't sure what you would even want help with. You know you feel bad, but if someone were to ask you "How can I help?", you aren't sure what you would say. These problems can feel permanent and unsolvable. After all, something feels broken and unfixable, so how could you not feel that it takes all the energy you have just to get up in the morning and go about your day? Depression or anxiety can also feel isolating, as if nobody else could possibly understand. You may have even received advice from people who you feel mean well but can't understand what you're going through. Depression and anxiety are not permanent or unfixable, and therapy can help. Imagine feeling peace of mind, and excited about life and its possibilities. It starts by learning about you and going at your pace. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 16 years experience working with adults and teens, I've seen therapy work, and I feel lucky that I get to be part of that journey for others.

Welcome and congratulations on taking your first step in making a positive change! My name is Ker Yang and I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am passionate about emotional work because it's helped my clients increase self-awareness and live a more honest life. Often, clients tell me they leave the sessions feeling a greater sense of clarity and lighter. Failing to acknowledge your feelings results in depression and/or anxiety. I also honor and integrate spirituality and faith when it’s meaningful to you.
