(she/her)
I specialize in working with high-functioning women. Many of my clients are successful, self-aware, and driven - but struggle with burnout, relationship patterns, or a constant sense of pressure they can’t turn off. I’m direct, warm, and engaged. My goal is to help you identify the deeper patterns driving your stress, help you feel more empowered, and provide you with practical tools.
The first session is a chance for us to slow things down and get oriented together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and more clear about how therapy with me can support you. We’ll review what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, and what you’d like to work toward goal wise. I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and begin to collaboratively shape a plan that fits your needs. Above all, the focus is on building trust and making sure the space feels right for you.
If you’re looking for therapy that goes beyond surface-level support and helps you truly understand yourself, we may be a good fit. My clients often share that what stands out in my approach is that they feel genuinely understood and motivated to make changes. My approach blends insight, compassion, and practical tools to help you move beyond awareness alone and into meaningful, lasting change. I bring my authentic self to every session, valuing honesty, and always offer my feedback with care.
I work with women who… - Are motivated and want to work on themselves -Experience high-functioning anxiety or trauma -Constant overthinking, internal pressure, and difficulty slowing down or relaxing -Struggle with people-pleasing, over-functioning, and setting healthy boundaries -Have difficulty in relationships, including giving too much, choosing unavailable partners, or feeling disconnected -Struggle with low self-esteem, self-doubt, or difficulty trusting themselves -Carry shame, guilt, or avoidance patterns related to anxiety, trauma, or past experiences -Want to build a stronger, more authentic sense of self -Are navigating cultural identity and difficult family dynamics I specialize in work with mothers navigating postpartum depression & postpartum anxiety, experience identity shifts after having a baby, feel overwhelmed, depleted, or unsupported in the postpartum period and are seeking a whole-person approach to healing, including support with nervous system regulation, nutrition, and overall wellness Lastly, I specialize in providing therapy for therapists who want a deeper level of support beyond consultation. Since working with Katherine she gives great feedback, direction, and helps point out my strengths. She does not candy coat what I need to hear but I definitely feel her empathy and feel her passion for providing the best care. Thank you for your help and support 🙏

Katherine was fantastic at reflecting back to me accurately and being attuned to me. She helped me through somatic awareness and processing.

Today was our first session and I felt comfortable and heard. I look forward to continuing to work on things I am needing support with.
