If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or noticing patterns that keep repeating, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I bring nearly 11 years of experience and take a whole-person approach. I support my clients through issues such as trauma, depression, and anxiety. I understand trauma as something that can stem from single events, repeated experiences, or complex family and relational dynamics, often layered over time. Depression and anxiety are often shaped by how we come to see ourselves through our relationships and experiences in the world. You don’t have to navigate this alone. My goal is to help you find clarity, relief, and a deeper sense of yourself along the way.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to slow things down and get oriented together. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say—I’ll help guide the conversation. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and clearer about how therapy with me can support you. We’ll review what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, and what you’d like to work toward goal wise. I’ll explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and begin to collaboratively shape a plan that fits your needs. Above all, the focus is on building trust and making sure the space feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My clients often share that what stands out is feeling genuinely understood while also being guided toward change. My approach blends insight, compassion, and practical tools to help you move beyond awareness alone and into meaningful, lasting change. I bring my authentic self to every session, valuing honesty, and always offer my feedback with care.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support adults (age 18+) working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of complex family or relational experiences. I work especially well with clients who want to better understand themselves, shift long-standing patterns, and feel more grounded and connected in their relationships and daily lives.
