My passion is helping people transform the life they have into the life they want!!!
In the pursuit of my passion I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine and my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.
I have been privileged to work in a variety of environments providing psycho-therapeutic services and support including Concordia University, numerous elementary school campuses, various social service agencies and churches as well in my own private practice.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families offering Solution-focused short term and long term therapy, customizing therapy based on the client’s needs and seeing them more fulfilling lives.
As a clinical social worker and level 3 trained brainspotting practitioner, I offer my clients 10 years of combined counseling experience working in schools, non-profits, faith-based agencies, and private practice with diverse populations. Prior to being in private practice, I was working in the education field as well as the faith-based non-profit sector engaged in community development and mentoring BIPOC youth and young adults.
I currently focus my clinical work with adults in their 20s-40s who are figuring out their identities, relationships, and careers as they sort through issues of culture, spirituality, and various mental health experiences including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. I specialize in trauma-informed practices and seek to provide culturally humble and spiritually sensitive support in particular to children of immigrants and mixed race youth and adults navigating intersectional identities.
I identify as a BIPOC cisgender woman, second generation Korean American child of immigrant parents, and a progressive, justice-oriented and affirming Christian allied with various marginalized communities. I am also currently in an interracial marriage with two mixed race children, balancing a career in private practice and family life as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. I have lived experience as someone who grew up with family members with undiagnosed and untreated mental health conditions, as well my own experience having diagnosed and treated ADHD, PMDD, and recently perimenopause, myself. I have a keen interest in relationships, intersectional identities, and feel passion about journeying with my clients through the deconstruction and reconstruction process of culture, worldview/spirituality, and holistic view of self.

A Place to Talk, Process, and Find Your Way Forward
Life can be complicated. Sometimes you need a space that is just for you—to talk, process, reflect, and figure out what comes next.
I’m a licensed therapist in California with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, communication struggles, and major life transitions.
Therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what you’re experiencing—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, discouraged, or simply unsure of what comes next. Sometimes you need a place outside your usual circle of friends and family where you can be completely honest, talk things through, and gain a fresh perspective without judgment.
Together, we can explore relationships, boundaries, communication, emotions, life experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop practical tools, and feel more confident moving forward.
I also work with couples who want to improve communication, strengthen their connection, work through recurring disagreements, or navigate different parenting styles. The goal isn’t about deciding who is right or wrong—it’s about learning to listen, understand each other, and work together more effectively.
My approach is warm, compassionate, practical, and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are and work alongside you as you navigate whatever life is bringing your way.
You don’t have to be in crisis or have everything figured out before starting therapy.
Sometimes you just need a place to talk. Sometimes you need a fresh perspective. Sometimes you’re ready for a change.
Whatever brings you through the door, we can start there.
Please note: My practice is not able to provide services for individuals with current or past self-harm, suicidal ideation, or suicide attempts.

Love and work are essential to a meaningful life. Relationships with others define experience and work gives a sense of purpose. Disturbance in these affect well being and contribute to an overwhelmed response leading to collapse. As trauma is relational so is recovery and healing. Having the right therapeutic alliance is a key element and requires, attunement and constistency.

Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I'm a short-term, solution-oriented therapist that focuses on identifying and relieving on mild-to-moderate mental health symptoms, likely related to newer onset life stressors: family and relationship issues, school and work, grief and loss, medical diagnoses, etc. Though I would love to serve all that are seeking mental health therapy, it's important that I remain within my scope of competence and scope of practice. Therefore, I'm ethically unable to accept clients seeking long-term/maintenance care or specialized interventions (e.g., trauma, OCD, etc.).
My approach to therapy tends to resonate best with clients who are moderately motivated to truly seek out solutions to their issues and symptoms, and are willing to do the work- both in session, and out- to achieve the results desired. We collaborate to identify the issues, and put in the actual work to make change for resolution. Though I am a clinician that utilizes evidence-based practices and interventions, I would definitely say I'm also a bit of a life coach!

I suffer from PTSD and my journey into therapy began with years of denial. As all heroes do I refused the call. Then I started helping others - the immigrant, the unhoused, the addicted - and I saw the beauty of human resilience. I discovered the capacity for compassion, healing, and evolution in others as well as myself. I fully believe therapy has the power to not only help people survive but to thrive.
Hi there,
I primarily work in substance use recovery (abstinence and harm reduction) and trauma recovery. I also have specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, and sleep issues/insomnia. My treatment orientation is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts, however the foundation of my early training was Psychodynamic.
I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, STAIR (Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation), and Seeking Safety for trauma treatment. When treating anxiety, I take a CBT, or exposure approach with skill-building. For depression I utilize CBT concepts, or behavioral activation with skill-building. For sleep issues, I work with the CBT for insomnia treatment model. These are just a few examples of treatment approaches I utilize. I am relational focused, which to me means finding a plan that works best for you, practicing cultural humility and not trying to fit a round peg in a square hole.
I look forward to working with you.

Hi, I’m Dani! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, and I’m really passionate about helping people feel more like themselves again. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, work stress, disordered eating, body image concerns, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration.
I show up as warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—I’ll meet you where you are, help you make sense of what you’re feeling, and support you in building tools that actually work in your day-to-day life.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and at home in your body and identity, so you can move through life with more ease and authenticity.
Do you struggle with people-pleasing, anxiety, depression, internalized and/or externalized anger, or managing emotions in general in a healthy manner? Did you experience childhood trauma and feel like you grew up too fast? Were you labeled "different," "the "caretaker," "black sheep," or "troublemaker"? I teach people how to prioritize and honor all parts of themselves, not just the "desirable" ones. We will work through parts people generally dismiss and ignore such as anger, resentment, shame, and disgust, and learn how to embrace them gracefully. I'll teach you the skills to feel more at peace.
As your therapist, I will be challenging and direct, yet empathetic and compassionate. I will challenge you through introspective questioning that will lead you to your own answers. I help you take what you've learned and apply it to your own life by giving you things to think about and work on between sessions, along with resources and handouts to remember.
I hope you'll witness yourself feeling more empowered, confident, and more at peace with yourself as my other clients have. You will notice your relationships evolve and change, which can be scary! Rest assured, you will be provided with skills to gracefully go through them.
Everything you seek is already inside you. All I’m doing is helping you remember.
I have always loved people and have been interested in forming deep relationships throughout my life. As time went on, this manifested into an interest in a career as a therapist. I use a variety of approaches in my work, depending on the needs of my clients, including client-centered cognitive behavioral with a psychodynamic perspective and mindfulness.
I believe self-exploration is an investment in you and your future. When we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings with kindness and compassion, we gain insight and understanding of our authentic selves. We experience inner peace, find deeper meaning, and become more nurturing to ourselves and others without judgment. I work with adults from ages 18 to 100 on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, and life transitions. I am also trained as a transformational life coach.
"Can she help me?" -
A question you maybe asking yourself as you move through profile after profile, browsing bio after bio. Everything you are going through in your life right now, has brought you to this very point- where you have run out of solutions, options and ideas. You have tried everything you know so far. You're here, hoping to find a professional who not only understands you, but can also help you figure out how to redirect your life in a way that will be the most aligned, to what you want it to be.
THIS is a moment worthy of pride.
The fact that you are looking for help at all, says that you are someone who wants something better, something different. That you are not content with adjusting to struggle but you want to do what you can to elevate your life to a level that you feel good about.
You're doing your part on working on yourself.
How about I tell you what part I can play so you don't have to do that alone?

Hi, my name is Ron Cummings. I decided to become a therapist after dealing with panic disorder in my own life. For a while, I also had agoraphobia and was afraid to leave my house out of fear and anxiety over having a panic attack. This also led me to depression over thinking I might never be able to leave my home again and live normally. However, through therapy I was able to recover, return to college, and obtain a teaching credential.
During my time as a teacher, I realized that many of my students were having problems learning due to what they experienced in the world outside of school and at home. As a result, I returned to college and obtained an MA in Counseling Psychology in 2013 and then my full LMFT license with the state of California.
Through the years, I have discovered that life does not always provide us a smoothly paved road. I experienced many things that tempted me to give up, but I was able to make it through these things due to the support of others and through therapy. This is the reason that I am a therapist – to help others receive the help they need. I believe in working collaboratively with my clients on goals they wish to reach as well as overcoming anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and situational difficulties. I look to the past to deal with attachment issues of childhood that may inform the present of the client. I have training in CBT,Solution Focused Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, EMDR, DBT, exposure therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy . I use different therapies as it fits with the client.

Together, we’ll identify goals that matter most to you whether that’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, addressing unresolved challenges, or figuring out what’s next when you’re ready for change but unsure where to begin. I primarily integrate evidence-based therapeutic methods, with EMDR as the central approach guiding the treatment process

Hi, I'm Jasmine!
Inviting someone into your most personal space can be intimidating, scary, and daunting. Getting to this point of reading my bio is a huge step. Just know that I am SUPER excited that you have taken that step!
Are you struggling with life transitions? Are you having difficulty maintaining healthy/positive relationships? Do you find it difficult to be kind to yourself?
I help those having difficulty in these areas. We can work together to get you back on track and develop strategies to cope and manage. Some of the methods I utilize to help are cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution focused therapy, and client-centered therapy. I also integrate mindfulness, journaling, and meditation--just to name a few!
I will meet you with compassion and evidence-based practices. I hope that we can take steps TOGETHER towards achieving your therapy goals and I look forward to working with you!
