My name is Jessica Barton-Grimley and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy in the state of California. Whether I use solution focused therapy, DBT, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, trauma informed CBT, Emotionally Focused couples therapy or a mix, what matters most is the safe environment we will create so that you can share openly and allow yourself to be vulnerable with someone who will truly listen, support and empower you as you create the best version of yourself possible.

My name is Molly Higgins and I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of California. I have been doing therapy for almost 10 years and have worked with adults through telehealth since 2020, focusing on depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and stress. I have a background in community mental health, where I focused on strengthening parent-child relationships. I individualize treatment for each clients, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, with a foundation of a person-centered approach.
