Psychotherapy relies heavily on the rapport between therapist and client, without it growth and trust cease to exist. My work with couples focuses on the relationship system—the patterns between you—rather than diagnosing one partner or treating pathology. Because this service is relational rather than medical, insurance does not cover the type of couples/marriage counseling I provide. If you and your partner are interested in receiving couples/marriage counseling you can schedule your 55 min assessment sessions (3 assessment sessions in total) on the GROW platform for $170/assessment session. Once you enter the treatment phase of your couples/marriage counseling, treatment sessions are 90 mins and $260/session.

For couples preparing for marriage, I offer a 4-hour virtual premarital counseling course grounded in decades of research on what makes relationships last. This course helps couples build essential skills—communication, conflict management, emotional connection, shared meaning, and teamwork—to create a strong foundation for a long-lasting marriage. Consultations are scheduled on the GROW platform for $170. The entire program is $497.

If you need therapy for court, I may not be a good fit for you. I will not be providing session notes to the court on your behalf. Also depending on what the nature of court is/why you need treatment, may not go beyond the initial assessment/first visit. If I do not feel comfortable with the reason, nature of court or any of anything along those lines; I will not be moving forward. I feel that I need to be direct with this as I have already provided previously "if you are seeking services for court; I would NOT be able to help with that. Please find another provider." Yet I am still receiving these referrals; therefore I am being direct about this and what expectations are.
My journey to mental healthcare
I did a lot of volunteer work and held a few AmeriCorps positions (America's version of PeaceCorps). I fell in love with helping people and I was told in order to achieve this, I would need to go back to school and complete my MSW.
I have worked in the social service field for over 15 years as a social worker, clinician and in administration. I enjoy giving, sharing, working in the community, and connecting individuals to essential resources and empowering them towards growth, progress and self-sufficiency.
My hope and objectives are to inspire others to keep going despite life’s challenges and difficult experiences.
