First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
Having worked with adults in my career, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. I also provide you the tools to reframe your thinking which leads to outcomes of success.
Ideal clients
I love working with adults of any ages who want to improve their lives. I provide talk therapy and the tools they need to change their thoughts and lives.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I mainly use cognitive behavioral therapies along with other types of therapy but I tailor my treatment based individual needs. It is person-centered. I mainly use (CBT) to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors . I explore negative core beliefs and help clients challenge unhelpful beliefs and develop healthier perspectives. My goal is for clients to adopt a healthier self esteem, build resilience, improve emotional well-being, in their daily lives.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop psychological flexibility, accept difficult thoughts and emotions without judgment, and focus on what truly matters to them. Through mindfulness, self-compassion, and values-based actions, I help clients overcome emotional barriers, build resilience, and make meaningful changes
Psychodynamic
I use psychodynamic therapy to help clients explore how past experiences, childhood relationships, and subconscious patterns influence their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through compassionate listening and self-reflection, I help clients gain deeper insight into unresolved emotional conflicts, identify recurring patterns in their relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to foster self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal growth.
Trauma Informed Care
I use trauma-informed care to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I recognize how past traumatic experiences can affect emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. Through compassionate listening, collaboration, various therapuetic approaches, I help clients process difficult experiences and develop healthy coping skills,
