Hello, my name is Yesenia Segovia, with an LCSW based in California. I really value listening, being a warm presence, bringing a sense of calm, understanding where you're coming from, validating your experiences, and empowering you to make changes. Seriously, this is a judgment-free zone! Feeling safe and comfortable in therapy is super important to me. We'll team up and work through whatever you're facing together, and I'm here to support you in reaching your well-being goals. Over the years, I've helped many people just like you find healing and achieve what they're aiming for.
I wholeheartedly believe it’s my role as a therapist to assist you in realizing, accessing and cultivating the internal and external resources that you already possess. Stress, conflict, and pain are those given aspects of life. I'll support you in healing, reconnecting and making empowering choices to achieve peace and feel more joy on a daily basis. Together, we will create a safe space for vulnerability and strength; both are needed for change. Our sessions will allow you to move through stuck points in your mind, relationships and environment. My approach is empathic, direct, emotionally supportive and solutions focused.
I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere and understand that “one size does not fit all." I'll do my best to meet you where you are and really get to know you and your specific concerns. I treat the whole person to maximize growth.
Do you feel like your 'fight-or-flight' response is stuck on high? I specialize in helping clients understand the unique wiring of ADHD, depressed, and anxious brains. By exploring the science of why you feel so restless, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, we can separate your worth from your symptoms. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it, using evidence-based techniques that actually click for your unique mind.
Therapy shouldn't be another place where you have to perform. In our sessions, fidgeting is encouraged, eye contact is optional, and your unique way of processing the world is celebrated, not 'fixed.' I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults with ADHD and anxiety to unmask and find balance. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths to help you navigate a world that wasn't exactly built for minds like yours.
If you're tired of feeling like your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open, you’re in the right place. I help individuals with ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety and more move from 'overwhelmed' to 'organized' by building practical toolkits for time management and focus. We won't just talk about your challenges, we'll actively troubleshoot the obstacles keeping you stuck so you can feel more in control of your day-to-day life.
Hi there! Nice to meet you. My name is Ryan and I am really glad you are here.
I’m not your stereotypical “sit and nod” kind of therapist—I like to keep things real, down-to-earth, and maybe even a little fun when it feels right. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without fear of being judged or “too much.”
I work with both teens and adults, using a person-centered approach that focuses on you—your story, your strengths, and your pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or figuring out life as a neurodivergent person in a world that doesn’t always get it, we’ll work together to make sense of what’s been heavy and find ways to lighten the load. I’m here to help you understand yourself better, build self-trust, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic.
Therapy with me is a mix of empathy, honesty, and humor. Some days it’s deep reflection; other days it’s simply finding a moment of calm in the chaos. I believe growth doesn’t have to mean changing who you are—it’s about reconnecting with who you’ve always been.
Outside of sessions, I’m usuall spending time at the gym, with my dog that I am training to be my service dog, my latest crochet project, thrifting, mindfulness exercises or in my own therapy. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s approachable, open-minded, and genuinely invested in helping you feel understood, I’d love to meet you.

It never ceases to amaze me just how often I have to try to convince others that they are worthy SIMPLY because they exist. This includes you! I want to know who communicated to you that you are not enough and why you value the opinion of said person(s); these types of harmful beliefs are learned, not innate. Let's unlearn them together.
Most of my early clinical work has been with children and adolescents with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, trauma and various behavioral and emotional issues. I have worked in high-intensity and high-crisis environments from school to hospital settings.
I am passionate about working with and creating a safe space for folks who belong to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I understand that belonging to a marginalized/oppressed group can result in barriers to achieving and maintaining optimal mental health. I am a cis/het woman doing my best to provide care that is equitable and gender-affirming. I'm always learning and growing as an ally; you will always be safe here. I am also always looking at things through a trauma-informed lens.
I'm a busy working parent who understands how hard it can be to do it all. I am currently pursuing a certification in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders to be able to better support soon-to-be and new parents; this particular journey is no joke! I am certified in treating perinatal mental health disorders (PMH-C)

Hi, I'm Jason Markel, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 9 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and struggles with self-worth.
Many of the people I work with have spent years taking care of others, second-guessing themselves, or trying to meet expectations that don't truly fit who they are. They often feel exhausted, disconnected, or stuck repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, understand what's holding you back, and begin creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I believe lasting change happens when people feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences without judgment. Together, we'll work to build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and help you move toward the life you want rather than the life you feel obligated to live.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, identity questions, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and empowered in your daily life.

Greetings,
Life can be confusing, relationships can be stressful, and the present can make you feel anxious or depressed. Sometimes a painful past can surface into the moment, especially when situations are difficult or when you are experiencing major change. During these periods your mood and thoughts can be affected in negative ways. When you are feeling alone, disconnected, or confused, talking things through can make all the difference.
I work with anyone struggling to find joy, peace, and fulfillment. I offer a safe, inviting space for you to share thoughts and feelings, to vent, to feel heard, and to reorient to meaning. Please allow me to assist you finding relief and clarity. I will meet you where you are at and welcome you. I address healing on multiple levels of the body-mind connection with a focus on the notion that caring about something or someone along with experiencing meaning can counterbalance the effects of hurt, a disturbing past, or a present stressful situation or transition.
I have more than 20 years of experience helping clients navigate major change and transition, gain closure, and create new beginnings. I apply interventions from a mind-body-being perspective and assess current life stressors to distinguish between situational mood and thought disturbances from those enduring and a consequence of previous hurt or trauma.
