Hi there! My name is Caitlin, I'm a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with young women to navigate generalized anxiety, stress, life transitions, adjustment concerns, and the emotional impact of hormonal imbalances (such as PCOS). My therapeutic approach is authentic, holistic, strengths-based, and grounded in positive psychology. I integrate wellness coaching and faith, when desired, to support lasting well-being.
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Maybe anxiety is taking up too much space, relationships feel strained, or you find yourself repeating patterns you thought you had already worked through. You want clarity, balance, and healthier ways of responding — but you’re not sure where to start.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 13 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families. I believe each person already holds insight and strength within them. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity, helping you uncover deeper understanding, build on your strengths, and make intentional choices aligned with your values.
My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and grounded in mutual respect. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools to manage day-to-day challenges while also exploring deeper patterns that may be getting in the way of feeling grounded, connected, or confident.
Hi, formalities first! I am Tanya Gray-Dorsett, a Licensed Marriage, Child and Family Therapist and I have spent 12 years helping individuals navigate anxiety, self-doubt, trauma, relationships, and major life transitions, whether it be life-stressor related problems or more intense mental health concerns. These can include job stress, problems with life transitions, Anxiety and Anxiety disorders, and Depression. I provide warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can be seen and heard, understood, accepted for who you are. I want to highlight that I have advanced skills in working with trauma and PTSD symptoms with children and adults, and I have extensive knowledge and experience working with children with ADHD and educational problems. When I speak about my work with children and adolescents, caregiver involvement is of great significance! Which is where I lean to family systems work.
I am currently mission-focused to help those who struggle with self-doubt, low self-esteem, problems with making self-sufficient decisions, and simply want to exist with confidence. My goal is to help you develop greater confidence, clarity, emotional balance, and healthier ways of navigating life's challenges. I also currently aim to support individuals who have trauma history and need that non-judgmental approach that allows them to feel safe and be open to talk about that trauma so that they may put it behind them and build brighter futures using a trauma informed model.
I don't focus so much on labeling you with a diagnosis. Rather, I want to focus on and understand the person behind the problem and what is happening in your life right now.
I work best with people who are curious about themselves and open to being honest, even when it feels uncomfortable.
Many start therapy because of anxiety or depression, but these feelings often signal something deeper, like a weak sense of identity or a lack of purpose. If you are ready to explore your inner world and face what you find, I would be glad to support you on that journey.
I work with adults, including Russian-speaking immigrants from the former Soviet Union and other countries. I offer sessions in both English and Russian.
With over a decade of clinical experience, I provide a grounded, client-centered approach to navigating complex life transitions. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Cal-Poly Humboldt and have since dedicated my practice to helping individuals and families resolve deep-seated conflict. My work is focused on empowering you to master anxiety, improve communication, and navigate the specific nuances of men’s issues and relational dynamics.
Beyond the therapy room, I serve as Associate Faculty in Psychology. This role ensures that our work remains rooted in the latest developmental research and psychological science. I don’t view therapy as a passive process, but as a deliberate partnership designed to foster resilience and clarity.
I believe that every individual holds the expertise over their own life. My job isn't to rewrite your history, but to help you glean insights from it. Together, we move past the surface to uncover genuine passions and confront the challenges that stand in your way, transforming your personal trials into the foundation of your growth.
My goal as your therapist is to help you create a meaningful and enjoyable life. Hi there,
I primarily work in substance use recovery (abstinence and harm reduction) and trauma recovery. I also have specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, and sleep issues/insomnia. My treatment orientation is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts, however the foundation of my early training was Psychodynamic.
I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, STAIR (Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation), and Seeking Safety for trauma treatment. When treating anxiety, I take a CBT, or exposure approach with skill-building. For depression I utilize CBT concepts, or behavioral activation with skill-building. For sleep issues, I work with the CBT for insomnia treatment model. These are just a few examples of treatment approaches I utilize. I am relational focused, which to me means finding a plan that works best for you, practicing cultural humility and not trying to fit a round peg in a square hole.
I look forward to working with you.
Love and work are essential to a meaningful life. Relationships with others define experience and work gives a sense of purpose. Disturbance in these affect well being and contribute to an overwhelmed response leading to collapse. As trauma is relational so is recovery and healing. Having the right therapeutic alliance is a key element and requires, attunement and constistency.

I bring warmth, care, compassion, and a nonjudgmental presence to our work together, tailoring therapy to your goals and the unique needs of each client. We'll build insight and practical tools.
I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist helping my clients find more congruency and peace in their lives. People often believe that their feelings of anxiety and depression are their individual problem or failure, but very often these feelings are just a normal response to a challenging world. They come to their first session worried that they are crazy or deficient in some way, but they’re not. You don’t have to feel this way. I can help you develop understandings about how you are responding to your world, how you are making meaning of your life and how those meanings might be causing you to feel anxious, sad, hopeless, and frustrated. I have decades of experience helping people create lives that feel safe, meaningful, and more joyfully aligned with who they are and what they want.
I’m a California-licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience working with high-achieving adults, neurodivergent individuals, and BIPOC women who are doing a lot on the outside and quietly struggling on the inside. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, chronic illness, and the complicated weight of navigating life when your brain and body don’t always cooperate.
My approach is integrative and whole-person — meaning I don’t just treat symptoms, I work with the full picture of who you are. That includes your nervous system, your story, your cultural context, your relationships, and the survival strategies you built long before you ever walked into a therapy room. I draw from Person-Centered, Attachment, Psychodynamic, Existential-Humanistic, Multicultural, and Transpersonal frameworks, and I weave in somatic tools like breathwork, mindfulness, and mind-body practices because healing doesn’t just happen in the mind.
I also bring lived experience to this work. I navigate my own ADHD, chronic illness, and the ongoing practice of regulating a nervous system that doesn’t always want to cooperate. I haven’t just studied these tools — I’ve needed them. That’s what I bring into the room with you.
I accept you as you are, where you are. Always.

I approach life with curiosity and a sense of purpose. Prior to my experience as a marriage and family therapist, I was a stand up comic. I try to bring humor into the room whenever possible as I believe laughter is the best medicine.

Hi, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in California for 20 years and I hold a doctorate degree in the Philosophy of Counseling. I am in my second marriage for 30 years now, after my 24-year first marriage failed. We have seven children between the two of us, 31 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. Hello, I’m Ritika Kaur, a California-based Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #101199). In my psychotherapy practice, I provide a compassionate, client-centered environment where healing can begin.
My path into the mental health field began with a simple goal to help people navigate hard times and find fulfillment. After earning my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from National University in 2011, I spent several years working in community mental health. This role gave me valuable experience in providing evidence-based care to a wide range of individuals. I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California in 2017, and I remain dedicated to helping my clients build resilience and well-being.
I support clients facing mild to moderate mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress, relationship issues, grief, family and parenting stress, and major life transitions. During our initial meeting, we will discuss your specific needs. If I determine that your situation requires support outside my area of expertise, I will provide you with referrals and recommendations to ensure you receive the care you need.
While I am happy to support you in other ways, I do not provide disability documentation, medical leave paperwork, or ESA letters. If you require these specific forms or legal documentation, I recommend consulting with a provider who specializes in those assessments.
For new clients:
Please ensure all intake documents are completed prior to our session. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a smooth start to our work together.
Hello, my name is David Fallon and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been licensed for about 20 years. I've worked with all kinds of individuals. I started by working with kids with behavior issues. Mostly I have worked with serious mental illness on the streets serving unhoused individuals. And I have worked with people seeking help in a one on one therapy situation. The first session will be for us to get to know each other and see if this is a good fit. I will be asking a lot of questions. Feel free to ask me any questions that come up as well. I will tell you a little bit about how I work. In the early stages, I basically follow your lead. You tell me what you want to work on, and I ask questions to understand the problem. Together we figure out ways of dealing with these problems. Sometimes it takes more than one or two or even a dozen tries to find the right things that work for you. This process is a journey, and I am here to help guide you through it. I can make recommendations, but it is up to you what you want to do and what works for you. Sometimes difficult thoughts are feelings will come up. Do not be afraid to express them when they do as the more genuine and honest you are, the more I will understand what you are dealing with. That being said, always take things at your own pace. Never feel rushed or forced to say anything you are not ready to say.

That may not seem like a seasoned professional to some, but prior to that I served in the Navy for 20 years and counting as well. With that I find that the population I serve best are youth, teens, and young adults that experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, stressors from relationships and intense emotions and everything else in between. Our time together will be spent curating authentic strategies that brings you to your highest potential.
