New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals, caregivers, foster families, and families navigating trauma, life transitions, medical stressors, and court-related systems. My background in hospital and child welfare setting has provided me with a strong understanding of complex family dynamics, caregiver stress, resilience and healing. I strive to create a s supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in reaching their goals.
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another, discussing your concerns, strengths and goals for therapy. My approach is collaborative, supportive and judgment-free, and I strive to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. Together, we will begin identifying areas of focus and developing a plan that supports your needs and personal goals.
One of my greatest strengths is creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to help clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the therapy process. My experience working in hospital and child welfare settings has also given me a strong understanding of how trauma, stress, family dynamics, and major life transitions can impact emotional well-being.
