Hola, as a bilingual Spanish-English-speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide culturally responsive care and strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. My work focuses on supporting clients who are navigating generational and intergenerational trauma, the experiences of first-generation individuals and families, family conflict, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences on present-day relationships and emotional well-being. With a grounded and genuine approach, I meet clients where they are and empower them to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, develop healthier patterns, and reconnect with their own resilience. I recognize that each person’s story is shaped by their culture, family experiences, and personal journey, and I honor the courage it takes to seek support and create change.
Our first session you'll find me grounded and relaxed. We will get to know each other person to person. I'll probably ask if you have any four legged creatures and also talk about what brings you to therapy. We will develop a personalized goal for us as a team to help you reach those goals.

I enjoy working with culturally diverse populations and believe that every client brings their own unique strengths, resilience, and capacity for perseverance into the therapeutic process. My role is not to give clients the strength they need, but to help them recognize, reconnect with, and build upon the strengths they already possess. Through a collaborative and empowering approach, I support my clients in developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and resilience so they can move toward becoming the strongest, most authentic, and empowered version of themselves—their own “Badass” version.
Understanding where we come from—the stories, values, traditions, and experiences passed down through our familia—can help us better understand who we are, where we want to go, and how we can create a path forward that honors both our roots and our hopes for the future.
Our culture and generational traditions impact how we view ourselves and our role in our relationships, and in society.
