Hola, I'm a bilingual Spanish-English Speaking LMFT who has been providing care and support to people for over 10 years. I graduated with my B.A. from CSULA and then graduated from National University with my Master's. As a therapist, I will accompany you on your journey of healing and empower you in reaching your mental health goals. We are complex beautiful creatures, molded from cultural expectations, social norms, relationships, and childhood experiences, therefore I use a multi-therapeutic approach -Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, Family Systems, and Solution focus.
Our first session you'll find me grounded and relaxed. We will get to know each other person to person. I'll probably ask if you have any four legged creatures and also talk about what brings you to therapy. We will develop a personalized goal for us as a team to help you reach those goals.
My ability to connect with my clients on a grounded 1:1 level and my sense of humor. Sometimes we just have to laugh.
I enjoy working with culturally diverse population. I find that my clients already have the strengths and traits necessary to perseverance, I assist my clients in bringing out those traits so that they can be the Badass version they want to be.
Cash - $100 per session

In understanding where we come from we can better understand where we want to go and how we will go about doing so.
Our culture and generational traditions impact how we view ourselves and our role in our relationships, and in society.
