We do not need to struggle any longer against our old conditioned patterns... we must only recognize them for what they are. Hello! My name Is Natalie Knight and I am an LCSW who is passionate about utilizing the strength of the therapeutic alliance as a support to enter into an exploration of what is beckoning for our attention at any given moment. I believe once we learn how to meet our emotions that we can clear ourselves of old past traumas or new ones. I have been doing this work for the past eight years professionally. I use a person-centered approach in my counseling practice which emphasizes that the client is the best authority for his/her own life and that the answers to his/her questions are inside of them. I serve as a mirror to reflect to the client the inherent wisdom that we uncover during our therapy sessions. I also rely strongly on EMDR as a modality to help client with the root of their trauma. This process has been quite effective for me in my search for understanding and I hope to be able to share it with others who feel called to this type of work with me as well.

I’m really glad you’re here. I’m Shannon, a licensed psychotherapist and certified yoga therapist. I work with individuals and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their relationships, or disconnected from themselves. As a child I was always very sensitive and curious about the world that surrounded me. It came natural to help people and I knew that I wanted to give back to the world at large. Just like you I suffered from some childhood wounds. My parents did the best they could with the tools they had. But due to their struggles I became a very codependent child wanting to save and fix my parents to simply gain the love I desired. Later on I would be able to understand this cycle and name some of the patterns I lived out. People pleasing, losing myself in toxic relationships and not fully loving that little girl inside of me. Once I became a LMFT and gained the knowledge and tools necessary I was not only able to break my own patterns, I was also able to help others find joy and deep meaning in their lives. Ultimately I specialize in helping people understand their patterns and be more effective communicators in their world. My role has been a guide and coach for my clients, providing innovative approaches based on Gestalt Method, Ancient Forgiveness Techniques, Psychodynamic Therapy, NLP and Hypnosis. I use these techniques to help my clients break patterns, many of which are fear based as a result of early childhood trauma that causes emotional issues in the present. This is deep and powerful work, and is necessary to enable a positive path to desired future. I look forward to working with you and guiding you on the path to healing and freedom.

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone Life gets hard. Really hard. And when it does, most of us try to push through on our own — until we can't anymore. I get it. I've spent my career sitting with people in their hardest moments, and I know how much it matters to feel truly heard. That's what I'm here for. Getting older isn't easy — for you or for the people who love you. Whether you're facing a health crisis, losing your independence, or watching someone you love change before your eyes, the emotional weight can be overwhelming. I work with adults and families to help make sense of it all. Grief is its own kind of exhaustion. It doesn't follow a schedule, and it doesn't look the same for everyone. Whether you've lost a person, a role, a relationship, or the future you planned on— your loss is real, and it deserves real time and attention. I am a therapist and social worker with over 10 years experience working in oncology, palliative care and hospice. Some days you need someone to just listen. Other days you want straight talk and a plan. I am practical, down-to-earth, personal and kind. Taking that first step to reach out takes courage. If any of this sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you. I invite you to give me a call for a free 15-minute consultation. We can talk about your needs and how I can help.

Do you ever wonder that life could be better, your mind a little quieter? Now more than ever, young adults are feeling overwhelmed with the life presented to them. My approach draws on Jungian thinking, which revolves on one central idea: much of what we think and feel remains outside of our awareness. Sometimes we keep powerful feelings hidden so we can continue moving through the day, or we simply cannot find time to reflect on everything that is happening to us. In any case, keeping these potent experiences hidden may leave us feeling stiff, dreary, unfulfilled, or even numb and dull. I offer emotional attunement and embodied wisdom. Clients come away from sessions with self-trust, and more secure boundary-wise self-care. Jungian therapist wouldn't treat these as a checklist to march through — more like threads to follow wherever they lead, since the goal is less "fixing a pattern" and more understanding what the pattern is for, psychically.

If you are a client of Kaiser Permanente, it is necessary to obtain a referral from Kaiser before proceeding. Once you have received the referral, Kaiser will provide you with a link to schedule a session with me. I specialize in helping individuals as they navigate grief, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns. I understand that these struggles are not just diagnoses—they are lived experiences that can quietly shape how you see yourself, how you connect with others, and how you move through your day. Anxiety can feel like a constant hum in the background—keeping you on edge, overthinking, and emotionally worn down. Many people carry it for years without realizing how much it’s impacting their relationships and sense of peace. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep managing it by yourself. Depression is often misunderstood because it doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it feels like exhaustion, numbness, irritability, or simply going through the motions without feeling connected to your life. It can make even the smallest tasks feel heavy. But depression is treatable, and with the right support, it is possible to feel like yourself again. In our work together, I offer a space where you can be seen, heard, and understood—without judgment. My goal is not only to help you cope, but to help you reconnect with yourself, find clarity in what you’re feeling, and build a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and yours.

Reaching out for help can be a very vulnerable experience, but also a great attribute of strength and resilience. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma in their life. Whether it's from childhood neglect, sexual assault, natural disaster, sudden death or other life circumstances. Trauma often creates patterns and loops that extend into many areas of a person's life, and can be challenging and painful to navigate. Sometimes the way people survive their trauma brings them more pain, adds to the chaos, and reinforces negative beliefs that perpetuate the cycle. I work to empower clients to understand and alter unhealthy cycles to strengthen and better their lives. I am fluent in ASL American Sign Language and have worked with Deaf clients leaving domestic violence in both a shelter and outpatient therapy services. I have spent 2 years in correctional settings working with severely mentally ill patients and supporting their family members navigating having children with mental illness. I have also spent 2 years working with foster youth and foster parents in providing support to their placements, promoting healing and preserving relationships. Note that online scheduling is limited. Broader scheduling options will be available to regularly scheduling clients. Please also note that I do not provide opinions about disability or fitness to return to work or other activities for clients who are not well-established at the time that the request for such opinion is made.

Hi! My name is Ayesha and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters from California State University, Sacramento and have been practicing for 6 years. I am a Christian, trauma-focused, strength-based, and humanistic approach therapist. I commonly use person-centered, CBT, motivational interviewing, and narrative therapy to support my clients. I value providing a safe non-judgmental and private space for individuals. My goal is to provide warmth and acceptance during sessions and beyond. My journey as a therapist began in my childhood. I was raised by a single mother and experienced poverty throughout my childhood. God has been my strength and anchor. I grew up in diverse settings which has given me the ability to have empathy and hold a safe space for all people, especially marginal communities. Most of my extracurricular activities throughout my life have involved meeting the needs of people. I aspire to be a safe space and sounding board for others and believe giving back is what makes life meaningful.

Hello, I am Kathleen. Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward? Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful. Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself. Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others. In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain. I look forward to meeting you and working together.
