Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment—and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. I have over 6 years of experience working in the mental health and substance use field across various levels of care. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, substance use, and more complex mental health conditions such as mood disorders and personality disorders. I understand how difficult it can be to seek help, especially when struggling with the fear of being seen as weak or facing the stigma that often surrounds mental health and substance use. As someone who grew up in a culture where mental health was not openly discussed, I deeply value creating an environment where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable and empowered enough to grow. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen self-confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and create lasting changes that improve their overall quality of life. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support during a difficult season of life, I'm here to walk alongside you. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more balanced, confident, and connected to the life you want to live.

I am a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish) that believes therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Reaching out for help takes courage, and you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. I support adults and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, panic attacks, burnout, chronic stress, grief, chronic pain, and difficult life transitions. I also work with individuals navigating divorce, relationship and marital concerns, family conflict, women’s and men’s issues, caregiving responsibilities, retirement, and adjustments related to medical conditions or changes in health. Many clients seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. I provide support in exploring the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be impacting your relationships, work, and overall quality of life. Together, we will identify your strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create practical solutions to help you regain balance and confidence. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to your unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and strengths-based counseling to help you better understand yourself, manage symptoms, and create meaningful change. Many of the individuals and couples I work with are at a crossroads—frustrated, sometimes burnt out, and seeking practical, workable strategies for change. Therapy offers a dedicated, supportive space to identify obstacles and map a path toward meaningful personal growth. With over 15 years of experience across healthcare, restorative justice, and outpatient settings, I provide telehealth therapy at Grow for adults and couples. My practice focuses on: *Chronic Pain & Complex Medical Issues *Anxiety & Phobias *Fertility & Family Building Support *LGBTQ+ & Gender-Affirming Care *Eating Disorder/Substance Use Step-Down Maintenance: Supporting ongoing recovery from substance use or eating disorders following higher levels of care. *Couples Therapy: Improving communication and relational dynamics (clinical outpatient focus only). Practice Boundaries & Administrative Policies To maintain a clear focus on clinical care, please review the following scope boundaries: *Legal & Forensic Services: I do not provide forensic evaluations, court-ordered treatment, litigation support, or expert witness testimony for legal proceedings, divorce, or custody disputes. *Disability & Administrative Paperwork: I do not perform disability evaluations or complete short/long-term disability claims; I do not write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters. *Telehealth & Medical Requirements: Virtual therapy for chronic pain, ARFID, or medical distress serves strictly as a complementary psychological service. Because virtual care lacks physical monitoring: A. Clients with ARFID or eating disorders must maintain ongoing care with an in-person physician for routine medical safety. B. Clients seeking pain reprocessing or somatic therapy must have their pain evaluated by a physician. ******If medical or psychiatric needs exceed virtual outpatient scope, I will assist with referrals to local in-person providers**************

I have a background in community education and acute medical social work. I work 2 days a week in an acute medical/psychiatric ER. Together we will map your anxiety - a truly fascinating and vulnerable process. We will gradually distinguish medical issues from psychological/emotional distress and I will encourage you to build your daily, weekly, monthly and yearly habits to ensure your health. We will find insights, feel feelings (rather than judge or avoid them), attune to our needs and build a plan for healing and health.

I utilize a positive theoretical orientation which assumes that all individuals possess an innate desire for well-balanced emotional/mental health. I believe a person enters therapy with a strong wish, whether conscious or unconscious, to overcome obstacles and free themselves from constraints that are holding them back. I find that everyone needs a slightly different approach to accomplish these goals, so I adjust in technique for each specific challenge. I truly enjoy the experience of guiding my clients through this process and consider it a privilege to play such an important role in a person's life. “Crying does not indicate that you are weak. Hi, I'm Hazel. I'm a bilingual Asian mental health therapist fluent in both Vietnamese and English, dedicated to supporting neurodiverse adults, including those with ASD, ADHD, and co-occurring conditions. I am also trained in assessing and diagnosing adult ASD and ADHD, and I understand the importance of accurate identification to inform effective treatment. In addition, I have extensive experience working in hospice care, which has given me valuable insight into the complex emotions surrounding grief, loss, and mourning. Many people come to therapy feeling exhausted—not because they're weak, but because they've spent years taking care of everyone else while losing touch with themselves. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, family stress, or repeating the same painful patterns, therapy can help you understand not only what is happening, but why it keeps happening. With more than 20 years of experience, I help adults gain clarity, recognize the patterns influencing their lives, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I believe insight is important, but lasting change happens when insight is paired with meaningful action. Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, identify what's keeping you stuck, and develop skills that help you move forward with greater confidence, stronger boundaries, and relationships that feel more authentic and fulfilling.

I believe we should not allow these obstacles to dictate how we respond to the environment around us. Hi, I'm Eva. Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, tired and just not as active in your life as you would like to be? Feeling challenged with just keeping up with everyday activities. Seem to forget to take care of yourself, that everybody else comes before you? I help people like yourself to get back to feeling more positive, less tired, burnt out, isolated and lonely. We will together come up with a plan for how to best work on the issues that you want to change. We will use an approach that you feel most comfortable with, and work toward a life that gives back pleasure, harmony and ease. Whether you are dealing with a situational situation or a longer-term struggle I'll be there to support you through your work. You have already taken a big step in the right direction just by reading through different clinicians' statements. The next step is to choose a clinician, contact Growth Therapy and set up an appointment. Sometimes these are the hardest steps to take. One of my most important goals is to provide you with a safe space where you feel validated, and supported and provide you with no judgment, compassion and respect.

Welcome! I'm so glad you are here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience in the field. I initially worked in medical settings which gave me extensive experience in helping people cope with chronic illness. Helping people learn to navigate life despite additional challenges was incredibly rewarding and inspiring. But I wanted to keep growing. So a few years ago, I went into private practice. Although my license was adequate to enter into private practice, I wanted to be as skilled a therapist as possible. Therefore, I entered a TEAM CBT training program which gave me extra training specifically in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My Level-3 certification in this form of therapy means I have extra tools and techniques to assist clients in quickly overcoming feelings of depression and anxiety. These tools are evidence-based and extremely successful at helping people actually feel better. I want clients to be able to feel better quickly and not need to be in therapy indefinitely. I believe that the process of therapy helps all of us clarify the lives we want and identify the obstacles in our way. Assisting clients through this process is the most gratifying work I could imagine.

Hello! Is something holding you back from living life to your fullest potential? Feeling stuck? Anxious? Experiencing a difficult life transition? Depressed and unable to thrive in your current life situation? As a licensed professional clinical counselor and board certified somatic psychotherapist, I will address your concerns with an integrated approach that honors the sacredness of your body, mind & spirit. The body is the carrier of all of our lived experiences, and there is so much wisdom within each of us. I bring a unique perspective of nervous system functioning through Chi for Two® a mindful embodiment method. Scientist Stephen Porges created polyvagal theory. Polyvagal theory helps us recognize anxiety and depression as symptoms of trauma. When we experience trauma, our bodies create nervous system patterning that gets passed down over generations. When our ancestors experienced trauma, their bodies created nervous system patterning that got passed down to us. Chi for Two partner practices help us heal multi-generational trauma. I am interested in tapping into the internal resources you already possess, while providing you with accessible skills to support your journey towards having a life worth living become a reality.

If this is your first experience with therapy, my goal is to make the process feel comfortable and approachable. Therapy begins with a conversation with someone who knows how to listen, ask meaningful questions, and understand what you are experiencing. I work to create a safe space where you can talk openly about anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, or experiences that may be difficult to put into words. My clinical perspective has been shaped by working across multiple levels of mental health care, including state psychiatric hospitals, correctional and forensic settings, emergency mental health services, adult parole operations, and substance use treatment programs. I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing severe mental illness, substance use disorders, trauma, and complex emotional and behavioral concerns. These experiences taught me that effective treatment requires both compassion and clinical precision. Today, I primarily work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, and major life transitions. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, insight-oriented therapy, and attachment-based strategies. As an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist, I have specialized training in helping clients process distressing experiences that continue to affect their emotions, beliefs, relationships, and behaviors. My style is calm, supportive, and direct. My role is not simply to listen, but to help you understand patterns, regulate difficult emotions, improve communication, and develop practical tools for change. Together, we establish clear goals and work toward meaningful, measurable progress that extends beyond the therapy room.

Hi! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Gallaudet University. I am fluent in American Sign Language. I would describe my own as warm, caring, non-judgmental, compassionate, sensitive, respectful, knowledgeable, experienced and committed. I’ve been using CBT in my practice. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life

I'm so glad you're taking this step to prioritize your mental health—it's the foundation of everything else in life. As a mother of three young adults, including boy-girl twins and a neurodivergent daughter, and with experience as a psychologist, coach, and leader in both tech and education, I bring a wide range of lived experience to my work. I work with individuals and families at all stages of life, helping them release outdated mindsets and adopt empowering new ones by uncovering the root causes, patterns, and obstacles that hold them back. My approach integrates neuroscience, cognitive psychology, positive psychology, and depth psychology, always focusing on creating meaningful connections that unlock new possibilities. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I hold an unwavering belief in each person’s boundless potential. By focusing on what truly matters, we can always transform challenges into opportunities.
