New to Grow
I am dedicated, compassionate professional committed to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My work centers on empowering individuals to navigate changes in relationships, and personal growth. I believe each person brings unique strengths and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected and understood. My approach is strength based helping clients build insight, develop practical tools and move forward becoming the best version of themselves.
The first session is an opportunity for us to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. It's a welcoming, supportive space where you can share what's bringing you to therapy. We will identify goals to guide our work together. I will also explain my approach to therapy and answer any questions you may have. We will also review important details such as confidentiality, boundaries and session structure.
My greatest strengths is in my ability to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can feel genuinely heard and understood. I bring empathy, authenticity and a nonjudgemental presence allowing clients to explore their experiences with openness and trust, I am skilled at helping identify strengths, gain insights into patterns and develop strategies for growth. I bring a solution focused mindset.
I work best with individuals who are motivated to grow and open to self-reflection, particularly women navigating life transitions and relationship challenges. My clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain yet desire to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. In our work together clients are willing to explore patterns in their relationships and build healthier boundaries. They value a supportive collaborative space where they can process emotions and develop coping strategies and move forward toward more fulfilling and balanced lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Clients are guided to notice automatic thoughts that occur in difficult situations, i help examine evidence for and against those thoughts and replace them with more balanced ones.
Strength-Based
My approach is to focus on a person's abilities, resources, resilience and potential. Asking when things have gone well.
