I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy in English, Russian, and Armenian. I work with children (6+), teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, and confidence issues, as well as those adjusting to life stressors or recovering from car accidents. My goal is to help patients feel more stable, confident, and in control of their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we will focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you would like to improve in your life. I will ask questions about your current concerns, emotional experiences, and personal history to get a clear picture of your needs. You are welcome to share at your own pace—there is no pressure to talk about everything at once. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying goals and discuss a plan tailored to help you start feeling better and more in control.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include creating a warm, supportive, and calming environment where patients feel safe to open up and express themselves. I am often described as having a soothing and grounding presence, which helps patients feel more comfortable discussing difficult emotions and experiences. At the same time, I am structured and goal-oriented in my approach. I help patients not only process their emotions but also develop practical coping skills they can apply in their daily lives. As a multilingual therapist, I provide culturally sensitive care in English, Russian, and Armenian, helping patients feel fully understood and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) since 2015. CBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps identify and change unhelpful thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors. I work collaboratively with clients to build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and create lasting, meaningful change in their daily lives.

EMDR

I have been incorporating Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) into my practice over the past few years. EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based approach used to process trauma and distressing life experiences. I use EMDR in a safe and structured way to help clients reduce emotional intensity, reprocess difficult memories, and move forward with greater stability and resilience.
