Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), in Southern California. I have 8 years experience in working with adults and families. My therapeutic style includes an unwavering commitment to working together in pursuit of your mental well-being. My communication style is personable, relaxed and encouraging. My goal is to create a safe space to process your thoughts without judgement.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I have been practicing since 2011. I have experience in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I have been trained in a range of research-based practices including Managing and Adaptive Practice, Depression Treatment Quality Improvement, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Military Focus. My passion is working alongside my clients to provide support and help bring healing in their lives. I take a client-centered approach, utilizing strength-based, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral techniques to help my clients improve their overall quality of life.
I am curious and like to ask questions to get to know my clients as fully as possible. I try not to make assumptions and do my best to meet my clients where they are and keep us focused on their goals. I have a background in short-term therapy as well as ongoing, open-ended therapy. I want my clients to feel supported but also know they are independent adults.
Hello! My name is Sandra Randall, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in California and in Florida. With a Master of Social Work from San Jose State University and nine years of experience, I am dedicated to guiding individuals as they navigate life's challenges and transitions.
As a former military spouse and an experienced hospice and hospital social worker, I deeply understand the emotional weight of unmet expectations and unforeseen life changes. My approach emphasizes uncovering your unique strengths and creative potential to empower you in difficult moments.
Drawing from a rich tapestry of personal experiences and a faith-informed perspective, I bring both empathy and insight to the therapeutic process. Whether you’re facing grief, loss, or other challenges, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and support. Together, we can navigate this journey and work toward healing and growth.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a doctorate degree in clinical psychology. I have been practicing for over 25 years. I’m a therapist who works from a compassionate and integrative approach, recognizing that each person’s experiences, identities, and healing process are unique. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling understood, not judged, and I strive to create a supportive and emotionally safe space where clients can show up as they are.
In our work together, we may explore emotions, relationships, and recurring patterns that influence how you see yourself and connect with others. At the same time, I support clients in building practical tools and coping strategies to navigate life’s challenges more effectively. My goal is to help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater balance, clarity, and self-trust in their lives.
Hello, I'm Samantha a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to adolescents and adults throughout California and Oregon. I specialize in supporting clients who are managing stress, navigating life transitions, and coping with anxiety.
Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re adjusting to a new role, facing uncertainty, or dealing with persistent worry. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe therapy works best as a partnership—one where your voice is valued and your experiences are respected. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and identify practical, realistic tools that align with your lifestyle and personal goals. Because no two individuals experience stress or anxiety in the same way, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can show up as your authentic self. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and build the confidence needed to move forward with intention. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating space to grow, heal, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

Additionally, I'm a disabled Veteran with seven years of active-duty service in the United States Navy. Hello, my name is Michael Chavez, LCSW, and I provide individual therapy to adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, work related stress, and relationship issues. I understand how tough life can be. Before I became a therapist, I went through my own challenges — unhoused, unemployed, and struggling with substance use. Thank you for taking the first step to your well-being. I am a bilingual therapist. I work with diverse individuals from a wide range of ages, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and backgrounds. I practice from an eclectic approach, integrating strength-based, client-centered, solution-focused, and emotion-focused methods while focusing on fostering resilience and self-awareness. Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a Northern California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works individually with adults. I believes therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine, supportive relationship. Real progress happens when you feel comfortable, understood, and connected—and that’s always where I begin. My clinical background includes school-based mental health, hospice, community-mental health and private practice, which allows me to meet a wide range of experiences.
My style is warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental. I focus on building authentic connections and letting you take the lead at a pace that feels right. At the same time, I’m not afraid to ask thoughtful questions, offer supportive challenges, and use humor to lighten the process when it fits. I view you as the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you recognize and build on your strengths. While I prefer an unstructured, conversational approach, I also draw on evidence-based practices for skill-building and support when helpful. Together, we’ll work to identify tools and strategies that support your well-being and help you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.
Hello, my name is Gladis, and I am here to support you.
Do you feel like you're carrying a heavy burden that's weighing you down? Have you ever had a difficult experience that you never shared with anyone, especially during childhood? Maybe it's been a struggle to cope with mental health issues like addiction, depression, or anxiety, and you think it could be linked to something that happened to you when you were younger?.
I specialize in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and my expertise is in treating childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Together, we can navigate various forms of trauma, such as grief, loss, divorce, separation, domestic violence, and emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. By working with me, you can gain a deeper understanding of how these experiences have impacted you, both emotionally and physically. This knowledge can help you regain control over your reactions and behaviors and begin the healing process.
I hold an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University. Additionally, I am certified in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Managing and Adapting Practice, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Parenting Programs.
If you are navigating a major life transition, constantly fighting a wave of anxiety, or feeling stuck in repetitive relationship patterns, you don't have to carry it alone. You deserve a space where you can let your guard down without fear of judgment. I provide a warm, lighthearted, and deeply collaborative environment where we work entirely at your pace. Because traditional talk therapy doesn't always reach the root of deep-seated stress or trauma, I integrate evidence-based, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches—including EMDR, CBT, and Brainspotting—to help you heal from the inside out.
Welcome! I'm So Glad You're Here.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and furthered my education at Antioch University Los Angeles, where I obtained a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy.
I’ve had the privilege of working with different demographics in a range of therapeutic environments. I’ve worked with teens in the high school setting, with individuals struggling with substance abuse and eating disorders, as well as patients with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, toxic relationships, and co-dependency.
I generally combine the use of both humanistic and client-centered psychotherapy in my work. With that said, I tailor my services to each client and their clinical needs. While accompanying my clients on their journey of change and growth, I provide them with unconditional compassion and acceptance. My goal is to cultivate an authentic human connection with my clients by creating a safe and comfortable space to explore, promoting growth, and facilitating change.

My name is Megan, not “therapist Megan,” just Megan. I am an authentic individual who genuinely strives to meet people where they are and support them on their life journey. In sessions, I approach each person with empathy, compassion, and a solution-focused mindset, providing psychoeducation and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship, built on a foundation of trust and non-judgment.
People seek therapy for many different reasons. Maybe it’s the result of a specific incident which impairs our ability to cope, heal and progress, or perhaps the culmination of longstanding habits, that render unfulfilling or even detrimental results. I make every effort to empower clients to evolve beyond their instincts if the results have prevented them from reaching their goals. I approach each client with curiosity in an attempt to shed light on their unique decision making process and to enhance their ability to make more healthful choices.
While this process is often started through difficult and sometimes traumatic circumstances, the best results take place when the therapist you have chosen respects you enough to challenge you to step out of your comfort zone.
Effective therapy is built on safety, partnership, trust, risk-taking and respect. When practiced consistently, the likelihood is increased that these very principles will be applied to your personal relationships in productive and positive ways. I look forward to our work together.

I have always incorporate my extensive knowledge of trauma healing with those who have been using maladaptive behaviors to try unsuccessfully to manage tremendous pain. The underlying pain requires gentle, holistic attention to move through the process, to make changes in the neural pathways and allow the client to begin a true healing process.

As a therapist, I combine life coaching, psychoeducation, neuroscience, and strengths-based approaches to support individuals. I blend proven, evidence-based therapies with holistic practices like breathwork & mindfulness. Together, we’ll explore how struggles affect both your mind & body while building simple, effective tools to help you feel more balanced, connected, and in control of your life.
I specialize in helping adults recover from obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), chronic anxiety, and the lasting effects of complex trauma. My approach is active, collaborative, and recovery-focused. My goal is not simply to help you feel better during our sessions, but to help you build the skills and confidence to live your life with greater freedom outside of therapy.
For clients struggling with OCD and anxiety, I use evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help reduce fear, break unhelpful patterns, and develop lasting resilience.
Therapy with me is an active process. Together we'll identify meaningful goals, practice practical skills, and take manageable steps toward lasting change. Recovery takes courage and commitment, but healing is possible. My role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based tools while empowering you to become increasingly confident in your ability to navigate life's challenges.
If you're ready to do the work of recovery and build a life that feels bigger than anxiety, fear, or past experiences, I'd be honored to work with you.
