Currently Accepting New Clients | Bilingual Therapy in English & Spanish
Hello, I’m Mayra.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or unsure how to move forward? Perhaps you’re navigating relationship challenges, divorce, grief, a major life transition, or simply trying to better understand yourself and your emotions. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m Mayra, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), first-generation Mexican Latina, with more than 17 years of experience in mental health. I provide therapy in English and Spanish and offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted.
As a first-generation Mexican Latina, I understand how culture, family, identity, expectations, and life experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and navigate challenges. I provide culturally responsive therapy that honors your unique story, values, strengths, and goals.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and communication concerns, divorce and separation, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and family or cultural concerns.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you grew up in a family or culture where mental health wasn’t openly discussed. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to be the strong one or have all the answers.
You can come exactly as you are.
If you’re ready for support, healing, and positive change, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
Currently accepting new clients. I invite you to reach out and take the first step toward feeling better and creating meaningful change.
— Mayra, LCSW
My approach is solution focused. I am not primarily concerned with how or why your present challenge developed but will focus instead on helping you to find a way forward. I hope to elicit and reinforce your positive attributes and competencies and help you access your inner strength. Your ability to change or improve your situation depends on your desire to do so and my job is to awaken that desire within you.
The biggest challenge all of us face is negative thinking. This is a reflection of our own disappointment of what we see when we look inside ourselves. By improving our self-image through accentuating our positive qualities we begin to see the world in a more positive light. A sure way of feeling better about ourselves is to find something good in every other human being.

Hi there, I'm Bridget,
Our world is a busy and ever-changing place. With these changes can come stressors that can lead to anxiety, depression and interpersonal struggles. Do you find yourself unable to focus, or maybe struggling to enjoy things you once loved? Sometimes, we all need a place to be heard and understood. Sometimes, we just need some space to share and explore our own emotions in a non-judgemental and unbiased space.
There is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy, I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you to achieve your goals and find peace. I practice an open, empathic approach to therapy using multiple different evidence-based modalities to help find a good fit for you as an individual.
Reaching out for help can be difficult and takes a great deal of strength, I am so glad you are here and taking these first steps. Whether you are dealing with interpersonal struggles, depression, anxiety, trauma, life stressors or other concerns, I will meet you with compassion and understanding, and walk alongside you on this journey to healing and growth.

Hi there! It's great to connect. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I earned my Master's degree from Santa Clara University and have been practicing for 10 years, with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field.

Your journey matters, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. 💜
I’m Allan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy—especially for kids—doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch talking about feelings for 50 minutes. Sometimes the best conversations happen over LEGOs, games, art, play, or while doing something that makes it easier to simply be yourself. Online, it could mean processing trauma, playing online therapeutic games with children (or adults if you want to).
I especially enjoy working with children and teens, including kids who are anxious, overwhelmed, navigating trauma, struggling with big emotions or behaviors, or having a hard time putting what’s happening inside into words. I use play, creativity, humor, and evidence-based approaches to build connection and help kids develop skills without therapy feeling like another place where adults are telling them what to do.
I also work with adults navigating trauma, mood concerns, relationships, identity, major life changes, and life’s more complicated chapters. My style is warm, humorous, direct, and genuinely human. I draw from DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play-based interventions, Theraplay-informed practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting therapy to the person in front of me rather than expecting them to adapt to therapy.
My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatry, juvenile justice, child welfare, family services, and community mental health, so I’m comfortable working with both everyday struggles and situations that feel especially complicated.
Whether we meet in my Eureka office or online, my goal is to create a space where you—or your child—feel safe, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse affirming and neurodiversity-affirming.
And yes, there are credentials behind the LEGOs.

I'm a clinical therapist experienced with working with individuals, couples, families and children, who've faced challenging situations, such as domestic violence or family separation. I use a humanistic approach, meaning I’m here to support you without judgment, helping you connect with your own goals and resilience as we work together toward positive change.
Hello, my name is Megan. I appreciate you taking the leap to want to do something different in your life. I know how hard talking about some of these big life issues can be like the death of our person, living through the struggle of infertility and acknowledging the weight of our anxiety is too much. Sometimes, we are stuck in our loop and yet, we do not have the perspective how to shift the big feelings to make you start to feel better.
In the beginning of working together, I want you to feel comfortable sharing your story. Everyone arrives wanting a witness to their grieving at different stages of their process. Your relationship is to different each person had a different relationship to their person. I believe the importance of listening to what is said in the room or what is not said. Many times we are not able to verbalize our pain of trying to live without our person. I think a very necessary part to our healing is to be witnessed by another. My goal is to always create safety in the room. I am a fairly transparent therapist sharing sometimes my personal journey to connect and help clients realize they are not alone in their pain.
I look forward to joining you in your healing journey.
I’m a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist who supports clients using Christian counseling, DBT skills, and narrative therapy. I offer a space where your story, faith, and mental health are respected and explored with care. As a first-generation Mexican-American and a woman of faith, I believe healing happens when people feel safe to be themselves—mind, body, and spirit. My journey into therapy was shaped by a deep commitment to faith, education, and a desire to provide culturally responsive care to underserved communities.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and overwhelming emotions. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident and in control of your life.

I chose this field because I see myself as a healer, I am passionate about seeing people create the shifts in their lives that changes it all for the better. I think this passion is easily observable and felt in our interaction in session. My client's stories inspire me, motivate me, keep me going. Their success, their progress, "fills my cup" (yes, I am just another human and your kindness, your sweetness, your beautiful soul makes it all worth it).

My training as a social worker focuses on individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy. My professional interests and specialities include working with teens, young adults, older adults, family therapy, and those who struggle with anxiety, depression, marital/relationship issues, men’s issues, autism, anger management, and those with difficulty understanding/controlling big emotions.

My passion for therapy is rooted in a deep desire to connect with others. Growing up in a family rich in cultural diversity, I have had the privilege of hearing stories from relatives of various backgrounds, which sparked my curiosity and appreciation for different perspectives. This experience has inspired me to continually learn about others—their thoughts, motivations, and unique journeys. I believe my purpose is to support clients as they strive to reach their fullest potential. For me, being a therapist means walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges and embrace growth. Hi! My name is Danielle. I have a Doctorate in Psychology and a License in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked with clients in a number of outpatient settings since 2011 and have been in private practice since 2019. My specialties include childhood trauma/trauma, depression, anxiety, attachment, interpersonal conflict, family conflict and parent-child relationships. I am a client led therapist using cognitive behavioral interventions.
I specialize in working with clients navigating identity, relationships, work, and major life transitions. I work best with adults ready for focused, engaged therapy and interested in building greater stability, clarity, and confidence.
My approach is structured, collaborative, and active. Sessions require a private, distraction-free space (no driving or being driven), and I work with clients who are prepared to show up consistently and participate actively in the process.
In addition to my behavioral health qualifications, I have formal business school training and certification in Human Resources Management, which gives me an additional perspective on career, workplace, leadership, and employment-related concerns that often intersect with men’s identity and well-being.
I'm a psychoanalyst, not a generalist talk therapist. That distinction matters, especially because "psychoanalysis" gets used loosely to describe all kinds of depth-oriented work — Jungian, relational, psychodynamic — and these approaches, while related, aren't the same as what I do.
I work specifically within a Lacanian framework. Where Jungian analysis tends to orient around archetypes and the collective unconscious, and relational/psychodynamic approaches often emphasize the therapeutic relationship itself as the primary vehicle of change, Lacanian work stays close to language: what you actually say, how you say it, where you stumble, repeat, or contradict yourself. The unconscious, in this view, isn't a symbolic underworld to be mapped; it's structured like a language, and it shows up in the gaps, slips, and inconsistencies of your own speech. My job isn't to interpret you from the outside or to be a warm, steady presence that helps you feel supported (though I'm very present and attentive to what you say). It's by listening very closely to what you say — and how you say it — that patterns you can't currently see start to become audible to you.
This also means the frame looks different than typical talk therapy. Sessions can be variable in length rather than a fixed 45 to 60 minutes, because meaningful moments don't always arrive on a schedule. Over time, and only when it makes sense, we may move toward more frequent sessions and away from face-to-face format, using the couch — not as a gimmick, but because many people find they speak more freely without the pull to read my reactions.
This work is slower and less directive than most therapy people have tried. It's not for everyone, and it's not designed as such. It's for people who've done other kinds and want to go further.
I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist who focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where people can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. My approach blends evidence-based practices with genuine connection to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence. My style is collaborative and empathetic, communicating in a way that feels grounding and approachable. This combination makes clients feel both heard and guided.
i am a seasoned therapist in practice for over 40 years. I enjoy working with individuals and families of all cultural/ethnic backgrounds. The issues of anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, depression, anger and stress management are common to most people as they journey through life's transitions. I am an optimist because I have seen the therapeutic process help many individuals and families overcome very serious challenges, achieve emotional stability, and lead very productive lives.
Hi there! I have been practicing therapy for fourteen years and still find so much joy in learning each persons unique story. Just a little about me: I graduated from University of the Pacific in 2011 with my BA in Psychology and Cal State Northridge with my MS in Counseling in 2013.
I saw my first client in 2012 and have worked in a variety of settings since then: on site elementary and middle schools, private practice, EAP, intensive outpatient programs, and residential treatment.
