Welcome! I’m a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space for healing and growth. My passion lies in helping individuals feel supported, truly heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in both school-based and community mental health settings, providing services to children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. My clinical experience includes supporting clients through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and challenges related to cultural identity and adjustment. I understand how these issues can impact not only individuals but entire family systems, and I work to foster connection and understanding across generations.
Being a therapist is a lifelong passion for me and is rooted in my dedication to supporting adults, children, families, and communities in building safety, resilience, and hope. My journey has taken me from my home county of Santa Cruz where I advocated and ran groups for youth living in situations including domestic violence from 2011-2013, to working as a shelter counselor in Oakland for youth 13-21 from 2016-2018. I worked in serving famillies with San Francisco Child and Family Services, where I partnered with families navigating reunification with their children while providing psychoeducation and crisis counseling during critical moments from 2018-2022. I have been licensed with my LCSW since May 2025 and focused my prior professional development around harm reduction and culturally focused treatment, aligning with my commitment to social justice and culturally responsive care.
In life, we all go through moments when we need support, clarity, and a safe place to explore what’s getting in the way. My goal is to offer a flexible, creative, and non-judgmental space where you can heal and understand yourself more deeply. I work with older teens, young adults, and individuals navigating big transitions—identity exploration, relationships, school, work, and the pressure of stepping into adulthood. I also support LGBTQIA2S+ clients and provide gender-affirming letters.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Seeking Safety, and the Gottman Method for couples. I value meeting you where you are and using creativity, mindfulness, and curiosity to support your growth.

Teenagers often arrive in therapy carrying things that no one at home or school knows how to name yet. I've spent years working alongside adolescents and their families in schools and community settings—and I bring that same depth to my work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and major life transitions.
I also specialize in early psychosis: working with teens and young adults experiencing their first break with reality, and the families trying to understand what's happening. My approach centers on building clear goals, strengthening hope, and learning to move through the uncertainty that real change requires.

Hello, my name is Hailey and I have been a mental health therapist for 13 years. I was born and raised in southern California , and I am passionate about helping people increase fulfillment in their lives. Here are a few examples of what I help my clients with: improving their thought life, gaining insight and perspectives, improving their relationships, increasing healthy communication skills, strengthening their boundaries, improving their mood regulation skills, increasing confidence, developing / strengthening self identity and creating healthy expectations of themselves and others.
Hi. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 20 years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient setting. My background includes individual, couples, family, and group sessions. My philosophy is you can't stop the storms of life from coming but you can prepare to face them as the most self-aware, skilled, and empowered version of yourself. I also believe that relationships need more than love to thrive. They need skill, strategy, and relational intelligence.
More about me: I am a wife, mother of 5 in a blended family, military veteran, optimistic Dallas Cowboys fan, foodie, and creative writer.
My approach draws on psychoanalytic thinking, which revolves on one central idea: much of what we think and feel remains outside of our awareness.
Sometimes we keep powerful feelings hidden so we can continue moving through the day, or we simply cannot find time to reflect on everything that is happening to us.
In any case, keeping these potent experiences hidden may leave us feeling stiff, dreary, unfulfilled, or even numb and dull. I offer emotional attunement and embodied wisdom.
Clients come away from sessions with self-trust, and more secure boundary-wise self-care.
I identify as queer, fat, femme and have a mixture of indigenous and colonizer DNA. I share this first because the way we identify matters. Many reasons and factors stop us from being ourselves around others and often, when we can't fully live who we are, our mental health suffers. If that's you, I'm here to help. We can work through body image issues, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict management together if you're willing to do the work of honestly engaging in therapy with me.
I grew up on the East Coast to immigrant parents from Colombia and lived in SoCal for 15 years and recently moved back home to be near my parents. I have a rescued pitbull that brings me lots of peace and joy and you might see him napping behind me via telehealth sessions. I enjoy hiking, cooking, reading (fiction for fun), and taking care of my indoor plants. I love learning about indigenous wisdom/practices from all over the world, herbalism, tarot, and other healing practices and beliefs that folks use to find meaning and wellness. Last but not least, I really love my job! And I do it because I believe in it and have witnessed many people shift, grow, break patterns and learn new ones that significantly improve quality of life.
If you're curious but unsure if I'd be the right fit for you, email me and we can schedule a 15 minute chat (free of charge) where you can get a better idea and ask a few questions to find out if this would be a good option for you. Please keep your email short and only include your interest in scheduling a 15 minute call and 1 or 2 sentences of what you're looking for. My email is: ericaarizalcsw @ gmail.com

This led me to work with children and families in ABA therapy, which inspired me to further my education. I enrolled in USC's MSW program, paving my way into social work. Hello there, thanks for spending the time to get to know me as a Therapist.
I would like first to welcome you to this interesting journey of getting to know yourself deeply and possibly understand the world around you.
First, I explore you, the problem you are facing, your environment, and your past to understand better what is going on. So, be aware, I will take some time on that. I especially want you to feel heard and understood first, to be in the same page before we move on to the next step. I was told to be very approachable and easy to talk to, even when I point out inconsistencies for us to gain broader insight into your situation.
Over the years of experience, I have learned that each of my clients brings a different theory that needs to be treated case by case. I use several different approaches and orientations, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Bowen Therapy, and Structural Therapy among many others. I have treated adolescents, women, men, couples, and families, and I have been treated at different severity levels. I have been successful in bringing out the best of you once you find your personal goals and place in life.

I am a LMFT. I have been a therapist for over 25 years. I have had my practice since 2011. In that time, I have learned and have continued to learn what it takes to become a more effective therapist. During this time, I have treated many people with various issues/challenges that have resulted in positive outcomes. The most important impact for me is being able to see when my client has been able to make changes in their lives where they have improved themselves, found more clarity and continue to seek more improvement.
Hi. My psychotherapy practice serves individual adults who feel stuck in old, negative patterns of thought, feeling, and behavior caused by childhood trauma. My perspective is that emotional childhood trauma (with or without physical trauma) can have a lifelong impact on the ability of people to like, accept, and have compassion for themselves; to feel personal and social competence; to feel, express, and regulate their emotions; to be vulnerable, honest, and communicative in relationships; to take risks at work and in relationships; and to find meaning, satisfaction, and joy in life. If you have struggled for years to function in one or more of these areas due to identifiable childhood trauma, you are welcome to set up an initial appointment. Prior to the appointment, it's best that we speak on the phone to determine if we are a good match. Please be aware that I do not accept clients who suffer from primary anxiety, depression or OCD unrelated to childhood trauma. There are plenty of good, competent therapists on GROW who will help you with those issues.

Good day! My name is Daniel and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience serving multiple populations including clients struggling through financial hardship, life changes, relationship issues, emotional/ physical abuse/trauma, diagnosis of a serious mental illness in the family, and depression/ anxiety. I graduated from the University of Texas A&M - Commerce and am currently licensed in California, Kentucky, and Texas. I believe the bravest and most fulfilling way to grow is to "do the work" and I look forward to assisting clients in that journey in every way that I can.
Iam a licensed clinical social worker who has been working with children, youth and adults for the past eight years. My background is special needs case management and parenting as a school social worker. My "why" when I think about my work is this: listening to clients stories' and sitting with them in their path to building resiliency. I believe the client knows themselves and their strengths, I sit by and guide them to build insight about how they want to make changes for personal growth. I champion my clients as they build their capacity for vulnerability to develop their authentic selves. I consider it a huge privilege to do this very important work.
Many of my clients are women who appear strong on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. You may be struggling with high-functioning depression, relationship anxiety, or the pressure to hold everything together while quietly feeling stuck or burned out. Therapy can be a place where you don’t have to be the strong one, where you can slow down, understand yourself, and start to feel relief.
I specialize in working with women navigating eating disorders, trauma, caregiver burnout, and the lasting impact of difficult family relationships. Many of my clients are adult daughters of emotionally complicated or challenging parents who are learning to set boundaries, heal old wounds, and break patterns that no longer serve them. I also work with clients who struggle with relationship anxiety, self-doubt, and feeling “not good enough” despite being capable and successful.
My approach is warm, supportive, and practical. Together we work to understand patterns, reduce anxiety, and build tools you can use in everyday life. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a therapist who is both compassionate and honest, and who helps them make real progress, not just talk about problems.
Therapy with me is a space where you can be fully yourself while working toward meaningful change. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to grow, we will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with near three decades of experience. I specialize in working with individuals facing depressive disorders, bereavement and grief, self-esteem issues, anxiety and those navigating life transitions.
I have a genuine curiosity about people and deeply appreciate their uniqueness. My open mindedness and empathy allows me to connect with clients, creating a supportive environment that respects and honors the distinct experiences of each individual. When you feel sad, isolated, misunderstood, and you struggle with issues related to self worth, experience excessive worry, or when you experience losses in your life, therapy can offer you support so that you could find meaning in those experiences, and ultimately live a more fulfilling life.
Are you pondering on embracing a new pathway to healing? Ready to conquer those negative thoughts or triumph over trauma to meet that you that you have never seen? Look no further. I am a licensed therapist specializing in trauma-informed care. I utilize an integrative approach to assist clients with achieving their goals and maximum mental wellness as we collaborate together on their journey to healing.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who values depth, steadiness, and authenticity in the therapy space. My style is calm, thoughtful, and relational, with room for both reflection and gentle humor. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, unhurried, and genuinely seen—not pushed or “fixed.”
I’m especially attuned to how past experiences, relationships, and unspoken expectations shape the way we move through the world. I work at a pace that honors your nervous system, helping you build insight while also developing practical ways to feel more grounded and supported in daily life.
Above all, I aim to create a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself excessively, or have everything figured out. We slow things down, listen closely, and work toward change that feels meaningful and sustainable.
I deeply understand the complexities of seeking support and the courage it takes to embark on this journey. My experiences have shaped my approach to therapy, making me empathetic to the struggles and triumphs of my clients. I’m here to provide a compassionate, open-minded space to work together towards your goals and well-being.
I’m committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel understood and valued. Compassion in our sessions means I listen to you with empathy and care, acknowledging your challenges and celebrating your progress. This supportive approach helps foster a trusting relationship where you can openly explore and address your concerns.
I am dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, which allows me to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field. This commitment enhances my ability to provide effective, evidence-based interventions and support.
Life’s transitions—career changes, family conflict, or the "empty nest"—can often shake our sense of identity and purpose. I specialize in helping individuals and families process these shifts through a lens of hope and Biblical resilience. As an LMFT with extensive experience in the public school system, I offer a "gentle balance" of clinical expertise and a faith-based worldview. In our sessions, we won’t just manage symptoms; we will work toward a solution that honors your values and focuses on the strengths God has given you. My goal is to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling hope-filled, walking with you as you process the vast array of emotions attached to these seasons of change.
