Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to hold everything together by yourself. I believe that every person’s story deserves to be heard with care and respect. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where your story is heard and your strengths are honored.
Hi, I'm Jamie.
I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. Prior to practicing in California, I worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York. One phrase that guides both my personal life and my work is, *"Remember the Goal."* To me, this means staying connected to what is most important, even when life feels overwhelming. I also welcome discussion of issues like racism, homophobia, sexism, and how they affect us. My clients are able to make sense of their patterns and discover their own solutions through a space we craft with humor, compassion, and the occasional meme.

Greetings! I'm Lirany, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in the Bay Area of Northern California. With 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I've dedicated myself to aiding individuals, families, and couples in navigating personal challenges, mental health conditions, and interpersonal conflicts. My therapeutic approach is grounded in holistic care, infused with compassion, trauma-informed practices, and a deep commitment to placing clients at the center of their healing journey.
I've been a therapist for about eight years with a keen eye for helping others find deeper meaning through their hardships, a calming presence capable of modeling self-regulation, and a reliable ear for those that need to unload their perceived stress across different life chapters. I also offer a modern, diverse openness for cultural understanding as I am a male Latino fluent in Spanish, have Asian ethnicity, and am first-generation American. I can also empathize with perceived struggles as I grew up with low SES, was greatly affected by a custody battle into my teenage years, and became the primary healthcare agent for my father-figure until his passing from cancer during my early twenties. In more recent years, I learned the differences in transitioning from the role of a stepfather to becoming a father of a newborn. Understanding one's own pain from their story is key to learning the balancing act of validating and/or differentiating how to help others process their felt pain. I offer my therapeutic services as your existential teammate who will metaphorically walk by your side along your therapeutic journey.

I am here to support you in that process.
Hello, i'm Randy. Despite having the title of being a therapist, I believe that no matter how many years of work experience a therapist has, and no matter how many credentials/degrees a therapist has, all of that goes out the window if they don't have the ability to click and level with their clients. Initiating therapy services may feel like a leap of faith; as one would have to initiate a process in which they will be meeting with a therapist who is a complete stranger to them in the beginning. So congratulations on taking the first step for seeking treatment !

My name is Judith Copeland, I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I want to help you achieve the positive changes would you like to see in your life.

Together we will uncover your strengths and you will learn the skills you need to better manage your emotions. I use several treatment methods including, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Integrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to tailor your care to your specific needs.
We will explore what is holding you back from achieving your goals and help you heal from past traumas. You will learn how your negative beliefs influence your mood and get in the way of your happiness. Often, we forget that everything is connected. Mind, Body, and Spirit. We need to take care of ourselves physically, psychologically, and spiritually. We often don’t really understand how deeply connected they are to our well-being. I will help you learn that self-care is just as important and or even more important as everything else you do.
We have within ourselves the ability to create the life we want and become the person we want to be. I would like to support you on this journey and look forward to meeting you.
