Through connection, empathy and a non-judgmental approach, I offer ways to help you discover what may be blocking you from finding your true path in life. By not seeing an individual for what symptoms they have or what is affecting them, I am more interested in helping you find what is the cause of symptoms and how to process them. I work with adults from all backgrounds. I am also open to any culture, belief, identification or orientation. All are welcome. I base all individual therapy on a client-focused approach and adapt sessions to the needs of each person.

I am a LPCC based in California, offering bilingual therapy in English and Spanish. With over ten years of experience, I provide culturally responsive, evidence informed care to adults and parents. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, and major life transitions, including relationship changes, loss, and shifts in family, work, or personal roles. Many of the individuals I work with feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in familiar relational patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward after a separation or significant life change. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. As a Latinx immigrant, I bring a deep understanding of cultural identity and the complexities of navigating multiple cultural contexts into my work. I also draw from my lived experience as a parent to a nonbinary adult, which informs my commitment to gender-affirming and inclusive care. My approach is collaborative and empathetic, focused on helping clients reconnect with themselves, find emotional steadiness, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Whatever has brought you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe that meaningful healing begins with connection - with others and with ourselves. In a world that often asks us to do more, be more, and hold everything together, it can be difficult to slow down and listen to what we truly need. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, explore your experiences, and reconnect with your authentic self. I specialize in working with women navigating OCD and phobias. My approach is collaborative and individualized, honoring your unique story, strengths, and pace as we work toward a life that feels more meaningful, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.

Life can be full of challenges that leave us floundering. Are you feeling a lack of self-confidence and questioning your purpose? Let me help you get back on track. For 40 years I have worked with people navigating postpartum depression/anxiety, grief, caregiving, illness, cancer survivors and codependency. I am also versed in spirituality. My own life experiences have given me the depth of understanding that I bring directly into this work. I believe people are more resilient than they know. If you are ready to find that in yourself, I would be honored to walk that path with you. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting women through some of life’s most significant transitions. I work particularly with seniors, postpartum mothers, and spiritually minded women who are searching for greater purpose, meaning, and direction. I wrote a book for new moms and also have taught Kabbalah. I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 1985 and have gained lots of wisdom from my own experiences of being a widow and caregiver, a cancer survivor, a mother and a spouse. It seems that in my profession, the older we therapists are, the more we are able to help.

I’m Juliana Mott Fabio, LCSW, and I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, and the quiet emotional weight that can build when life feels overwhelming. Many of my clients come to therapy during seasons when they feel unsteady—after a loss, during a major shift in identity or relationships, or when old patterns of coping no longer feel sustainable. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, reflect, and understand what you’re carrying with gentleness rather than judgment. With a background in hospice, bereavement counseling, crisis work, and somatic practices, I bring both clinical experience and a deep respect for the human experience. I blend talk therapy with somatic and mindfulness-based tools to help clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel more present and supported in daily life. Together, we explore what is no longer serving you, strengthen your resilience, and identify new ways of relating to yourself and others. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel seen, understood, and empowered—where you can process your emotions, rebuild your sense of self, and move forward with clarity and confidence. You don’t have to navigate these transitions alone.

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I am passionate about helping young adults and adults struggling with difficult- toxic- narcissistic relationships, depression, anxiety, struggling with codependency, domestic abuse, grief and loss, stress, work/school/life transitions, trauma, who have lost connection with themselves, and want to understand their behavior patterns that are set from childhood. I take a holistic, strengths-based framework and find myself blending elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused, grief, attachment theory and Brainspotting to help support the mind, body, and spirit. I am adept at addressing a broad spectrum of life experiences, encompassing childhood trauma, ongoing stressors, and life transitions. I hold a deep appreciation for the integration of mild psychodynamic theory in my practice, as it aids clients in comprehending and recognizing recurring behavioral patterns and negative thought patterns that have their roots in past experiences. I hold the firm belief that the most significant therapeutic impact arises from the collaborative relationship between the psychotherapist and the client. I strive to create a safe, supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. Therapy should be a place where every aspect of your being is embraced, welcomed, and valued. I believe in meeting you where you are, tailoring my approach, interventions, and techniques to your unique needs and goals. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients, to be their guide and hold light in this messy world as they heal, grow, and ultimately reconnect with their mind, body and soul while they recreate a new path for themselves.

Have you ever felt like you were busy doing all the things you thought would bring you a happy life, yet felt alone and disconnected from yourself and others? These feelings are often when people turn to alcohol, drugs, food, shopping or relationships to try to create those feelings of happiness, contentment and joy. It can work for a short time however the key to moving forward is to understand the reasons we seek out these distractions. When we strengthen the relationship with ourselves, the outer world becomes much more balanced and fulfilling. Through slowing down and reconnecting with our mind, body and spirit we can feel more confident to face life events with a more stable and hopeful core sense of self. Hi, I’m Ruthie. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, a second-generation Pinay, a mother, and someone who understands what it can feel like to carry a lot of different roles at once. As a daughter, partner, mother, therapist, and business owner, I know that who we are is shaped by our relationships, our families, our culture, and the expectations we carry. Sometimes, we become so accustomed to showing up for everyone else that we lose touch with what we need for ourselves. My work as a therapist is rooted in the belief that understanding yourself means looking beyond the individual. It means making sense of the experiences, relationships, and systems that have shaped you, without losing sight of your own agency in deciding what comes next. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a systemic perspective to our work together. I want to understand not just what you're struggling with, but how you got here, what you've been carrying, and what you want your life to look like moving forward. You don't have to come to therapy with everything figured out. You don't need the right words or a clear plan. We can start wherever you are. Together, we'll make space to understand yourself more deeply, navigate the relationships and expectations that feel complicated, and explore what it means to build a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you're becoming. You can want more without doing more. Let's make room for it.

Hi, I’m Cynthia. These are tough times, and many people are struggling. If you’re anxious, down, or facing life transitions or relationship issues, I’ll help you process it all, build coping strategies, and move toward the life you want. As a first-gen Latina, I understand issues around cultural identity, bias and assimilation. Please note: I don’t specialize in eating disorders, trauma, autism or substance use. Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, proudly based in Oakland, California. In 2017, I received my Master's in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley. I support folks 18+ in navigating trauma and self worth. As a Lebanese-American therapist, I aim to work with folks who are seeking the opportunity to re-examine their cultural storyline and get creative in unpacking their identity. Together, let’s challenge societal expectations and strive to center your authentic self. A little about me, personally: I identify as an artist and child of the earth, as diaspora has scattered my ancestors across the Arab world, Africa, Europe, and North America. I am fascinated by intersectionality and the powerful ways that resilience shapes our multi-hyphenate individuality. It is important that I take care of myself so that I can be a pillar of support to my clients. The way that I release painful feelings is by channeling them into creative projects. I also work hard to stay connected to my body and my surroundings. Whether it’s through writing, building clay sculptures, beading, or making collages, self-expression is a healing practice. I encourage everyone to play a little bit!

Choosing a therapist can feel confusing, especially when you’re trying to understand what therapy actually involves. At its core, therapy is a unique relationship built on trust, safety, and genuine human connection. My first priority is creating a non‑shaming, supportive environment where you feel understood and comfortable sharing your story. I primarily work with individuals at this time and accept a limited number of couples when appropriate. My approach is experiential and attachment‑based, meaning we explore emotions, patterns, and relationships in a way that helps you make sense of what you’re feeling and move toward meaningful change. You can expect empathy, authenticity, and a collaborative process where your goals guide our work. I’m especially effective with adolescents, young adults, people navigating high‑stress careers in tech or business, active-duty service members, veterans, and anyone seeking clarity, emotional grounding, or healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Clients often describe me as caring, steady, and deeply invested in their wellbeing. If what you’ve read resonates, I’d be glad to connect and explore whether we’re a good fit. Sincerely, Michael Durrigan, LMFT (131635)

You’re someone others rely on. You handle what needs to get done, maintain high standards, and rarely let things slip. From the outside, it works. Internally, it can feel like a constant undercurrent of pressure—overthinking, tension, or a sense that you’re always “on.” Many of the patterns that keep you functioning at a high level were shaped by earlier experiences that required you to adapt quickly, stay aware, or carry more than you should have alone. Those patterns don’t just disappear—they evolve into the way you think, respond, and move through your life today. My work is designed for high-functioning adults who are ready for a different internal experience. Together, we look beneath the surface at what’s driving these patterns and begin to shift them—so you can feel more grounded, clear, and aligned with who you actually are, not just who you’ve had to be. This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about experiencing your life with less pressure, more intention, and a stronger connection to your authentic self. When you’re ready to move beyond just managing and start feeling more like yourself, I’m here to help.

You want to change your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors, but every time you try, it blows up in your face. (Not literally...hopefully.) How do you get unstuck?! The most important factor is the relationship with your therapist. My main focus is teaming up with you - not telling you what to do - in figuring out how to help you create new patterns. My practice mostly revolves around increasing your awareness of what’s happening in your mind and your body – and above all, respecting your experience. My approach focuses on mindfulness, DBT-informed strategies, and post-traumatic growth. This takes work, but with the help of someone you trust, you absolutely can change the structure of your brain! As much as I may be in the most privileged of demographics (see photo), I’ve taken a lifetime’s worth of feeling inferior and deployed it for good: Being able to empathize with you, the client. I've worked extensively with anger, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+-related issues, insomnia, racial identity, relationship issues, sports performance, etc. I have an easygoing way of communicating with clients. My communication style definitely doesn't have that solemn, overly serious tone that you might see depicted in movie therapists. Just to forewarn: My sessions can and will include some (very lame) jokes here and there, but that does not mean I don't take your struggle seriously.

I am a Licensed California Therapist along with many other certifications so I may support clients on thier journey. I am trained, experienced and skilled in a variety of modalities aside from talk therapy. We will attune to methods that will be effective and gentle. On this platform I work with Adults and Parents through telehealth. Clients often, utilize other means of expression such as expressive arts, meditation , grounding, spirituality, writing, journaling and photo therapy technique. So often clients , have other ways of expression which I identify to possibly try out.

I believe the main goal of therapy is to remove the obstacles and blockages that preclude us from being genuine. My approach is straightforward yet compassionate. As your therapist, I simply hold the mirror up and allow you to reveal the parts of yourself that have broken off over the years as a result of stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other unresolved issues. Together we mitigate the impact of maladaptive behaviors and search for answers that are more closely aligned with your goals. The answers to many of life’s problems are internal, but we have been conditioned otherwise. I have over 20 years’ experience treating mental health and addiction issues. I use a solution focus that incorporates a wide variety of modalities tapered to your needs. I treat many issues including family of origin, addiction, primary mental health, couples, trauma, and more. I am an EMDR trained therapist, and I help clients to process painful experiences that disrupt your life and well-being. I am hesitant to ascribe to any one therapeutic orientation. Everybody is different. I combine breathwork, meditation, ACT, CBT, as well existentialism and spirituality. I look forward to working with you on your path to wellness

I'm a family man with daughter and a son on the way so I am very passionate about family systems. My own family was a bit messy as a child and I have tried to do my best to turn those hardships into something positive. In my practice I hold this as a major philosophy, focusing on "post traumatic growth." I encourage a very holistic approach to therapy combining traditional cognitive focused talk therapy with exploration of implicit and subconscious feelings as well as incorporating in mind/body awareness and taking account of external contributors. I am a proud all-inclusive and neurodivergent therapist that has 1000s of hours working with struggling kids, survivors of trauma, the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and many other underserved populations. I primarily help underserved populations with managing trauma and rebuilding connection with the understanding that negative experiences persist within the nervous system and impact how we see ourselves. I strive to help connect you back to yourself with a focus on self understanding, acceptance, and empowerment rather than a more clinical focus of trying to "fix" or "cure" an illness.

Hey there! Maybe you're here because life hasn't been feeling quite right lately. Maybe you're dealing with anxiety or depression. Maybe you've been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what you want anymore. From the outside, things might look fine, but inside, you're wondering, Is this really how I want to keep living? I've always believed that you don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out for help. And therapy isn't about me giving you all the answers. It's about creating a space where we can slow things down, make sense of what's happening, and figure out what comes next. I work primarily with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and that feeling of being lost or stuck. Our sessions aren't meant to be you sitting quietly while I ask you question after question. I like therapy to be engaging, practical, and collaborative. Bring a pen and notebook. We'll talk, reflect, feel, make connections, and come up with things you can actually try between sessions. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, insight-oriented and solution-focused therapy. I also have EMDR therapy training and am a Certified Breath Coach, giving us different ways to work depending on what you need. You don't need to arrive with everything figured out. We can start from wherever you are.

My name is Christina Wong, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California since 2007. I am bicultural, and fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. My first job as a social worker was working in a group home for children and youth in Hong Kong. Providing family therapy with troubled teens and their families remained the primary focus of my practice for more than a decade. I also worked with adults of all ages, from young adults to geriatrics. I am humbled to witness the positive impact brought to my clients when a renewed sense of self is obtained, and the innate abilities to solve problems is fostered. This fuels me to dedicate myself to this work for many more years to come. I use an eclectic, person-centered and humanistic approach to meet the clients where they are. I enjoy working with adults of all ages. Of particular interest are immigrants or children of immigrant families to the United States.
