My strengths are helping others with stress management, anxiety, and increasing self-esteem and motivation. I work with young women going through significant life changes to empower them to heal and have healthy minds and bodies.
I am passionate in working with college students, young women, Latinx populations. The clients I work with are motivated to make changes but need guidance to reach their goals. They may feel overwhelmed because of current problems but have a desire to reach their potential.
