Do you often second-guess yourself? Do you have a hard time remembering some things? Do you often wonder why you do and say the things that you do and say? Do you feel anxious about… everything? Our lives are like puzzles. Some scenes and pictures are more complicated than others and require assistance being put together. The pieces often get mixed up, flipped over, and sometimes put in the wrong box. I'm here to help you flip those pieces over and arrange them in their appropriate spots to help you gain perspective, increase your self-awareness, and develop healthy coping mechanisms in a safe, relaxing, validating, and judgment free environment. I empower individuals in overcoming anxiety, setting boundaries, and identifying and processing traumatic or life altering events that may have been overlooked. Together we take a holistic approach, addressing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual self, as well as the different roles you play in your daily life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Let’s be honest—starting therapy can feel a little weird. You’re meeting a stranger (hi, that’s me) and talking about personal stuff, and maybe you’re not even sure where to begin. That’s completely okay. Our first session is really just a conversation. You talk, I listen, we get to know each other—and there’s no pressure to spill your life story all at once. I’ll ask some questions about what’s going on, what’s brought you here, and what you’re hoping to work on. If you don’t have clear answers yet, no worries. You don’t need a perfectly packaged “reason” to be in therapy—just the desire to feel better or figure things out. Expect a warm, judgment-free space where you can be yourself—tears, sarcasm, awkward pauses, and all. We’ll go at your pace. I’m here to walk beside you, not rush you. And yes, there might be moments of laughter in between the heavy stuff. Healing is serious work, but we don’t have to take ourselves too seriously.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

I know it’s hard to believe, but one size does NOT fit all. Different injuries call for different treatments. You wouldn't slap a Band-Aid on a severed limb, just like you wouldn't get stitches for a paper cut. If left untreated and ignored, initial injuries have a way of creating more and bigger injuries. Getting to know you and listening to your story helps me guide you to the most appropriate treatments.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’m really good at helping you have those “ohhh... THAT’S why I do that” moments—without me spelling it out for you. I won’t lecture or hand you a list of what to fix. Instead, I’ll ask the right questions, reflect what I hear, and gently challenge you (with love and maybe a touch of sass) until you start connecting your own dots. It’s kind of like emotional detective work—with me as your calm, curious co-pilot. I believe the best kind of therapy helps you understand your story, not just survive it. Sometimes we’ll have to take a little stroll through the past—not to get stuck there, but because that’s where a lot of the answers live. Like an arrow that has to pull back before it can fly forward, we’ll revisit what shaped you so you can finally shift what’s been holding you back. Clients often say they feel deeply seen, heard, and validated with me—without ever feeling judged. My style is warm, intuitive, and occasionally funny, because let’s be honest—healing is hard, but it doesn’t always have to be heavy. We’ll do the deep work, but we’ll breathe, laugh, and be real along the way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Let’s be real—life gets messy. Sometimes heartbreak, trauma, anxiety, or total emotional exhaustion shows up like an uninvited houseguest… and refuses to leave. If you’re navigating one of those “plot twist” chapters in life—loss, grief, disability, burnout, big transitions—and you’re just trying to figure out which way is up, you’re in the right place. My ideal clients are deep feelers, overthinkers, spiritual seekers, or people who’ve been “the strong one” for way too long. Maybe you’re running on fumes, keeping it together on the outside while falling apart in quiet corners. You don’t need to have the perfect words—or any words at all. Just bring yourself. I’ll meet you where you are, no judgment, no pressure. I believe healing often starts by looking back—not to dwell, but to understand. Like an arrow, sometimes we have to pull back before we can launch forward. Together, we’ll untangle the stuff that’s been weighing you down and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that still believes healing is possible. My style is honest, compassionate, and occasionally sprinkled with sarcasm and laughter. If you want a therapist who can hold space for the heavy stuff and throw in a metaphor or two about life being a dumpster fire—you’ve found your person.
