If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, stress, or the pressure of balancing everyday life, you do not have to navigate it alone. I support women and mothers who may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from themselves after spending so much time caring for others. My approach is warm, supportive, and free of judgment. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand how your thoughts can affect your emotions and actions. Together, we can work on changing unhelpful thought patterns, building healthy coping skills, strengthening your confidence, and helping you feel more in control of your life. For clients who would like faith to be part of therapy, I also offer faith-based counseling. I incorporate spirituality in a way that respects your personal beliefs and comfort level. My goal is to help you move beyond simply managing difficult moments and toward greater peace, healing, confidence, and purpose.

You don't have to face your thoughts and emotions alone. Peace is possible, no matter your circumstances. Often, our perceptions cause more distress than reality itself—our thoughts, not our situation, can be the scariest part. As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I provide evidence-based tools proven effective in research and in my work with clients. By shifting thoughts and behaviors, we can transform your life and relationships. You don't have to remain a prisoner to unhelpful thinking—there are ways through it. CBT helps with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, relationship struggles, and more. I'd be honored to support you in creating meaningful change.

My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where children, teens, and families feel safe to express themselves, explore difficult emotions, and develop meaningful tools for growth. My goal is to meet each client where they are while recognizing and honoring their unique strengths, experiences, and resilience. I view behavior as communication and believe that every emotion and response serves a purpose. Rather than focusing solely on eliminating behaviors or symptoms, I work to understand the underlying experiences, unmet needs, and patterns contributing to a client's challenges. Together, we identify practical strategies that promote emotional regulation, healthier relationships, increased confidence, and lasting change. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and families experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, attachment concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and challenges at school or home. I recognize that growth often occurs when the entire family feels supported, so I value collaborating with parents and caregivers throughout the therapeutic process. By providing education, encouragement, and practical tools, I help families strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate challenges together. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe every individual has the capacity for healing and growth when they feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether supporting a child learning to manage big emotions, a teenager navigating identity or anxiety, or a family adjusting to significant life changes, I am committed to providing evidence-based care tailored to each client's unique needs. My hope is that every client leaves therapy with greater resilience, deeper self-understanding, stronger relationships, and the confidence to navigate life's challenges long after our work together has ended.

I have done my own personal grief, anger, trauma and family of origin work so I can hold space for whatever your healing and recovery may require. Hi! My name is Mira and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I graduated with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health from Midwestern State University. I also graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Arts in Human Development and Family Sciences and a concentration on Families and Personal Relationships. I believe that no matter what our past has given us or what our future holds, we are capable of working through our life challenges. My focus is reconciliation. Healing is often achieved through us becoming reconciled with self and/or others. It can be a process that allows us to identify and modify our thoughts and behaviors. We are all a work in progress and rightly so as circumstances are constantly changing. I believe that each person should have an opportunity to express themselves in a safe, nurturing, judgement free zone. As we seek to gain an understanding of self and others, often we experience a shift in our processing. Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Oregon, Kansas (LSCSW), New Hampshire, and Texas. I received my Master's degree from Louisiana State University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help adults find ways to heal their anxiety and depression, help them become more self-aware, and to stop negative thinking, so they can become the best versions of themselves. I help adults ages 18+ struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief/loss, and life transitions. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities such as CBT, CPT, DBT, ACT, Interpersonal, Narrative, Supportive, Compassionate, Grief, and various others depending on your needs. I help clients stay in the present moment (utilizing other techniques) as this can be very difficult to do in our busy lives today. Therapy is a form of "self-care", and we will work together as a team to address your specific challenges, goals, and needs. I am dedicated, passionate, and caring.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. My career has taken me through many roles—serving on community mental health boards, directing psychiatric residential programs, and leading clinical teams—all with one goal: to support people in living fuller, healthier, and more connected lives. Since stepping back from full-time leadership roles, I’ve shifted my focus to what I value most—working directly with clients through my online therapy practice. I specialize in supporting young and middle-aged adults, couples, and parents who are facing life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, addictive habits, or a sense of feeling stuck. My approach combines the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a deeper exploration of the emotional and mental blocks that may be holding you back. I believe healing and growth happen when we align mind, body, and spirit—restoring a sense of inner harmony that allows you to live with more clarity, purpose, and peace. Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to take it alone. If you’re ready to begin creating positive changes in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to explore my website and see how we might work together.

Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the states of Texas and Tennessee with 30 years of counseling and ministry experience. I began as a minister of the Gospel in the Southern Baptist tradition in 1993 working with the homeless to overcome the struggles of addiction and hopelessness in North Carolina and Tennessee. From there, I became a case manager in a rural oupatient behavioral health clinic helping the chronically mentally ill live independently outside of the institutional settings. As my family of five children grew, my wife encouraged me to join the military in 2007 and for the next 13 years we served alongside our Soldiers and their Families as a chaplain. There, I learned through experience how to work through the stress of multiple transitions, the unyeilding demands for time and energy, and the unjust nature of toxic environments. I learned how to support those who wanted to strengthen themselves and their relationships in these environments and to ultimately be at peace with who they are and who they want to be. As I have matured in my training and become licensed in marriage and family therapy, I have found that I now specialize in using Solution Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals identify their strengths and the beliefs that are guiding their behavior. With this knowledge, people can begin to choose who they want to be.
