Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC) licensed in Texas. I received my masters degree from Dallas Baptist University and have been practicing for 11 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, low self worth, life transitions, and parenting struggles. I have worked in non profit agencies, community mental health, and private practice. I am honored to walk beside you on the journey to increased health.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I will often utilize assessment tools during the first session, and gather as much background information as time allows. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I offer a direct but nurturing approach, and believe that therapy is truly a collaborate effort between client and therapist.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am always honored to serve clients that are eager to improve but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about life and change in general.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been using CBT in my practice for the past 11 years. Understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other is an effective tool in creating lasting change.
