I am a Therapist who has over 26 years working in behavioral healthcare. I love helping others who are open to change. I help you connect the dots between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to empower you to break negative cycles, manage current challenges, and ultimately become the best version of yourself. In our sessions, we will practice specific strategies like cognitive restructuring and behavioral activation to help you reframe unhelpful thought patterns
Our first session will be a chance to get to know eachother and to create a safe space and gather the information needed to understand your challenges, set collaborative goals, and establish a framework for future treatment.
I create a compassionate, validating space where clients feel safe exploring authentic vulnerabilities, acknowledging distress, and taking small, manageable steps toward change.
I would like to work with clients that are motivated and are open for change. The client genuinely wants to change and is willing to put in the work outside of sessions. A client that can understand that therapy is a process and that problems aren't magically resolved overnight. One day at a time. A foot moving forward is better than two steps back.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps my clients to reframe their internal dialogue and challenge the automatic negative thoughts that trigger frustration. Through collaborative exercises, my clients learn to identify their specific triggers, pause to evaluate the situation realistically, and develop measured, calmer responses.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
In my work with clients, I emphasize both validation and behavioral skill-building. My goal is to equip them with practical techniques to regulate extreme emotions, prevent crisis escalation, and ultimately build a life they find meaningful.
