I have significant experience in all areas of trauma. As well as anxiety and depression I work from a combination of client-centered and acceptance and commitment therapy. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Math from the University of Houston and Master’s of Counseling from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2010.
