I provide individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy and groups. I also use TFCBT, CBT, DBT and Family Systems Therapy. I also provide parenting coaching, clinical supervision and psycho-educational training. I specialize in working with children ages (5-18) and young adults. We will engage in getting to know and brief introduction and review the challenges you are currently experiencing and develop a plan to address.
I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, grief and attachment. I have a background in child-welfare/foster-care and work with children who may have been adopted or in foster-care. Our session will include a variety of techniques that will include collaboration with you to create the most sustainable plan to help you make the desired progress.
