Hello everyone! My name is Pablo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I am an Army veteran and after my time in service, I received my Masters from Grand Canyon University and have been practicing therapy for about 3 years. I have about eight years overall experience in mental health working with a variety of clients from Serious Mental Illness (SMI) population to providing support to community members within Pima and Pinal County as a Co-Responder, working alongside Pinal County Sheriff and Tucson Police Department. Beyond therapy, I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in hiking and weight lifting. My passion for Jiu Jitsu keeps me grounded, and I nurture my spirit through my faith. Alyssa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Therapist. She studied Behavioral Sciences in undergrad where she fell in love with learning about why people behave the way they do. She went on to receive her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at The University of Houston. Alyssa trained in acute mental healthcare, where she worked with patients to address a critical moment of their mental health in inpatient psychiatric care. From there she moved to outpatient care & individual therapy where she enjoys working with clients on meeting their long term goals & processing lingering issues that hold them back from reaching their full potential. Alyssa understands that it’s not the happy moments in life that bring people to therapy, but she firmly believes that true strength comes from rebuilding.

Hello, I am Margie, Do you ever feel like there is not enough time in the day? Are you increasingly feeling off (meaning, that you know something is going on that is causing a disconnect but you are not sure what it is)? I assist people with finding/repairing their focus on what is most important to them in order to avoid/lessen burnout. Together we can identify what is not working and develop a plan for how to address the areas of disconnection. Together we will work as a partnership to develop strategies to create "a present and future that makes you feel more fulfilled." In addition to focusing on the mind, body soul connection, I also integrate mindfulness, music and art to help you improve yourself. Throughout life's twists and turns, I am here to help. Seeking therapy is a huge step and for various reasons, many people do not. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can take ownership of "what I want, what I need and where I want to go."

Warm greetings to the Grow Therapy community! My counseling journey began in 2019, inspired by a deep commitment to helping people navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner resilience. I hold a Master of Science in Licensed Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing, which allows me to bring both clinical expertise and creativity into my work. I specialize in supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-esteem challenges, personality disorders, substance use, and eating disorders. I also work with clients navigating career transitions, parenting struggles, and codependency. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy. Through this integrative lens, I help clients regulate emotions, reframe unhelpful self-narratives, and cultivate healthier coping skills. Mindfulness practices support clients in staying present and grounded, while Narrative Therapy empowers them to rewrite their stories with hope and clarity. Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing feels possible. My goal is to provide care that is not only effective but also tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and together we work toward clarity, confidence, and lasting growth. Outside of my practice, I enjoy time with my family and pets, exploring the outdoors, and expressing creativity through writing and photography.

I believe that compassion and self-love are powerful tools that allow us to overcome life’s challenges and mental health struggles. By fostering a nonjudgmental and understanding environment, we can acknowledge that perfection is not the goal—growth is. Each person is unique, processing experiences in their own way and at their own pace. Through patience, collaboration, and consistency, we can achieve meaningful goals and build resilience together. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my purpose is to help others just as I was once helped. My personal journey—marked by life experiences, challenges, and both right and wrong choices—has guided me toward the most rewarding profession: supporting others in their healing. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your healing journey and to help you discover your strength, resilience, and potential for growth.

I chose to change careers late in life. It has been a wonderful decision. I am able to help people in their daily lives be happy. I attended SMU Counseling Program in Plano from 2010 to 2013. I was privileged to complete my practicum and internship at the Resource Center in Dallas. I requested this opportunity so I could help as many people as possible. This was not standard procedure, but I was allowed to do the unusual. I believe clients simply want to be happy. They want to make their choices in life without guilt or shame. Everyone deserves that freedom. I hope that I can help people facilitate that life. I am happy to share techniques that provide acceptance that allow people to not be impacted by the judgmental world in which we live. Please give me a call and see if we connect and if you feel comfortable and safe speaking with me.

My work is directed by a desire to help people experience emotional growth with stronger forms of self-regulation. My goal is to help people establish the foundation(s) that will help them create and maintain greater coping skills. The strengthening of existing personal skills will help a person deal with the difficult events and stressors of their past more successfully. The creation of new skills is life-impacting. These new skills will help guide a person as he/she moves toward positive experiences while leaving the negative past behind. I feel the relationship between a counselor and client is extremely important. My counseling style demonstrates compassion, affirmation, flexibility, and fairness. I personally feel that healing happens best within an environment of kindness, trust, and understanding. I have more than twenty years in the Education fields. My work has consistently been with people with differing backgrounds, histories, and experiences. I have worked with people of different ethnicities, religious beliefs, sexual orientations, and mental health issues. My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.

You're likely here because you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed by the chaos of daily life, or carrying the heavy weight of past experiences. Maybe you are navigating the tough transition from a career of service back to the civilian world, or perhaps you are simply exhausted trying to balance the demands of work, home, and your own well-being. On the outside, you might be keeping it together, but on the inside, you are looking for a way to finally catch your breath. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. I am a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes in building a strong, collaborative relationship with my clients. Having worked in a variety of high-intensity environments—including residential substance abuse programs, forensic settings, and with at-risk youth, first responders, and veterans—I bring a unique and adaptable perspective to our sessions. I specialize in trauma therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy). These aren't just about talking in circles; they are proven methods to help your brain actually process stuck memories and reframe the heavy narratives holding you back. My ideal clients are those who are ready to roll up their sleeves and do the work. Healing isn't a passive process, and if you are open to trying new strategies and committed to your own growth, we will make an incredible team in building your own shield of strength.

I believe in not just giving ok treatment, but the best available. That’s why I love matching your needs with the best type of therapy that’s also backed up with research to definitely be able to help you. With that, you’re still the expert on you and your life, so you bring your experiences and I’ll bring my knowledge, and together we can figure out how to help you figure out how to get exactly what you’re wanting in life. I specialize in working with anxieties, depression, trauma, as well as with teens and parents. I’ve worked with kids most of my life in one form or another doing therapy, mentoring, and teaching English abroad. Whatever is bothering you I’m here to help. LGBTQ friendly. Whatever it is, let me help you, and if there’s something I don’t have the proper expertise in then I also have no problem admitting that and directing you to someone who can help so that you don’t have to waste your time.

Hi, I’m Carrie Rimato, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving clients in the Greater Houston area, including Katy, Texas. My professional journey began in education—I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Houston Christian University (formerly HBU) and spent over a decade teaching in both public and private schools. My passion for helping others grow eventually led me to pursue a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King’s University, which I completed in 2018. Since then, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families across various settings, including private practice, hospitals, and crisis centers. I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy—drawing from EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and family systems theory—to provide personalized care tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship issues, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel supported, empowered, and heard. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, watching a good movie, and traveling to any beach I can find—my favorite place to relax and recharge.
