Hi, I’m Sarah!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I have been in the mental health field for 16 years, and I am now in my second year of providing telehealth therapy full time , which has allowed me to expand my reach and help clients in new and meaningful ways. I am currently accepting female adults clients and male/female child and adolescent clients. I will likely also be able to offer more flexibility than my schedule shows, if needed.
I am a wife and mom, which helps me relate to the challenges of balancing personal, family, and professional life. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to take the step of seeking counseling for yourself–but I can assure you, it’s well worth the time and effort.
While I don’t have a magic wand, I am known for being a compassionate listener, reliable, approachable, and easy to talk to. I draw on training and experience across multiple therapeutic approaches, always tailoring treatment to your unique needs.
I have experience working with clients navigating, but not limited to: Stress and anxiety, Trauma and abuse, Grief and loss, Depression, Motivation, Self-esteem, and Confidence. As a TBRI Practitioner, I also have specialized training in trauma and bring personal perspective as a foster/adoptive parent, which allows me to support individuals who have experienced significant life challenges.
If faith is an important part of your life, I welcome the opportunity to incorporate your personal faith into our work together.
My counseling philosophy is grounded in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I believe it takes great courage to reach out for help, and I am here to support and empower you as you take steps toward growth, healing, and a more fulfilling life.
Part of what led me to become a therapist was my own experience of how difficult it can be to find meaningful, accessible support when you need it. Navigating my own mental health journey helped me recognize the importance of having someone who truly listens, understands, and shows up consistently. I became a therapist because I wanted to be that person for others, to help ensure people don’t feel alone or unsupported when they’re seeking help. Throughout my life, a wide range of personal and professional experiences have shaped who I am today and strengthened my ability to genuinely connect with others.
I worked in a community mental health agency, where I gained extensive experience across multiple areas of mental health. Although the work was demanding, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve individuals in various capacities and settings. That experience helped shape my clinical foundation and reinforced my commitment to this field. Along the way, I have learned to embrace my own neurodivergence and mental health experiences and use them as sources of insight, self-awareness, and strength.
I am a mother of three children, and my experiences as a parent have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, advocacy, and emotional complexity. My oldest child is also neurodivergent and lives with complex congenital heart disease, which has required multiple heart surgeries. These experiences, along with navigating remarriage and a second journey through IVF, have given me a profound appreciation for uncertainty, grief, hope, and perseverance. They have also strengthened my capacity to sit with others through difficult, vulnerable, and emotionally layered experiences. I share this to give you a sense of who I am and how I approach therapy, and to reflect the values of presence, compassion, and authenticity that guide my work with clients.

I earned an A.A. in Historical Studies from San Jacinto College, Central Campus, La Porte, Texas, June of 1991. I am interested in the ways trauma impacts the individual and plan to be trained in EMDR, within the year.
I am empathetic to the challenge that real life experiences bring and the need to heal and evolve from the times in our lives when we have lived predominately in our shadow side. I am a non-judgmental listener; I help my clients process their hurt and I inspire them to move towards best version of themselves.
I find the key components to a therapeutic relationship between the counselor and the client is the foundation of trust, honesty, transparency and non-judgmental listening and reflection.
I believe that everyone has a purpose, life lessons that they work through and opportunities to heal, transform and evolve emotionally, spiritually and mentally.

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. My approach combines the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a deeper exploration of the emotional and mental blocks that may be holding you back. I believe healing and growth happen when we align mind, body, and spirit—restoring a sense of inner harmony that allows you to live with more clarity, purpose, and peace.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, panic, or emotional stress - or noticing patterns from the past repeating in your relationships - you’re not alone. Unresolved trauma, depression, or anger can affect the way you think, behave, and connect with others. These patterns can also affect how you see yourself - leading to self-doubt, low self-esteem, or a sense of not being good enough.
I’m Manuel Olvera, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I specialize in helping adults work through anger, anxiety, acute and complex trauma, depression, self-doubt, and relationship issues, so you can feel more calm and balanced. I also welcome clients who struggle with ADHD-related challenges, particularly when emotional regulation or past trauma is involved. Teenagers are also welcome.
In therapy, I aim to listen more than I talk. I offer guidance and explain psychological concepts when they’re helpful, but my main focus is creating space for you to express yourself and process what you're feeling. I ask questions to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors - and I follow your lead.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, and elements of CBT to support healing at the level of both the mind and body. I also help you explore how past wounds may be affecting your current relationships. For couples, I use the Gottman Method and often work with each partner individually in addition to joint sessions - especially when personal trauma is showing up in the relationship dynamic.
Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety, struggling with anger, shutdown, or self-doubt - or feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you - therapy can help. You don’t have to have all the answers. If you’re ready to start, I’d be honored to work with you.

I will listen to you and guide you through self reflection to gain awareness and insight in identifying the causes to your struggles.
Everyone needs a therapist! Everyone experiences life troubles and difficulties. Getting through life is about the relationships we build and the most important one is the one with yourself because YOU ARE IMPORTANT and YOU MATTER! In our session together, you will be met with genuiness, care, and compassion to provide a safe place for healing and growth. You deserve this for yourself! I look forward to working with you and unveiling your brilliance and strength.

Hello! I am Amanda, counselor of 17 years, wife of 19 years, and mother for 12 years and counting. I have been a resident of the North Austin area for the last five years and am a Texas native, though I did spend some time growing up in the beautiful mountains of Colorado. I am active in my son’s school, my church and my community which I am happy to call home.
I have worked in domestic violence shelters, residential programs for children, with Child Protective Services, and in Private Practice.
For many years I have had the privilege of joining my clients in the process of change. We go through so much in our lives. Love, loss, stress and anxieties shape who we are. I respect the courage that it takes to look at these things and seek growth and change.

Hi, I’m Heather! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and Louisiana, and I’m passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in 2022, and since then I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients. My experience includes supporting individuals in the Texas prison system, children in the care of Child Protective Services, and adults in outpatient settings. These diverse experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal, grow, and find hope.
