Welcome, Tiffany here! I appreciate you considering therapy and visiting my page. I understand life can get heavy, but you don't have to do it alone.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and I've been practicing since 2018. I'm also a certified rehabilitation counselor and I serve those in transition of careers and educational goals.
I primarily serve ages 12 into adulthood. I tailor my approach to all ages and provide support based on their needs. I take a holistic approach with the hopes of connecting you with your goals, learning to break patterns and habits that no longer serve you, and to increase your daily feelings of happiness.
Hello there! I'm Devin.
I truly believe therapy shouldn't have to feel like a job interview. It's an opportunity to discover great qualities about yourself in the hopes that you can become more empowered and confident about your abilities than you did before.
I strive to assist individuals that struggle with some of the most difficult challenges they face daily (i.e. depression, anxiety, history of trauma, & stress). We will be able to work collectively to identify skills and techniques that help manage some of the negative emotions that stem from burnout at school/work, relationship/friendship issues, and low self-esteem issues.
At the end of the day, I like to provide you the power to dictate which way you want to go with your self-healing. You deserve to feel happy, and you deserve to be able to have control over your life. I would love to start working with you!
Welcome! My name is Nathan Edwards. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a background in working with individuals from all backgrounds, ages, races, and genders. I have 10 years of counseling experience working with young adults at a small Liberal Arts School, and currently, I've been working with individuals ages 12 to 90 years plus for the past 8 years in Texas.
I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with the stressors of everyday life, which include but are not limited to PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, men's issues, relationship struggles, Spirituality, youth with problematic sexual behaviors, executive functioning skills, and managing difficult emotions. I am a Christian cognitive-behavioral therapist trained in EMDR, and I use tenets from motivational interviewing, DBT, behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
Hi!, I'm Jacqueline, a Licensed Professional Counselor who truly gets the beautiful chaos of modern life because I'm living it right alongside you.
After earning my psychology degree from Texas Tech in three years (because I thought sleep was optional back then!) and my master's in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from UT Southwestern, I spent over a decade working at places like UT Arlington, Children's Medical Center, and UT Southwestern's Neuropsychology department. But my real education came when life happened – getting married and having multiple kiddos.
Suddenly, I wasn't just understanding anxiety and overwhelm from textbooks. I was the one eating meals with one hand while bouncing a baby, wondering if I'd ever feel human again, and trying to balance professional responsibilities with the complete identity shift that comes with motherhood.
Those experiences taught me what no graduate program could: what it really feels like to juggle everything while questioning if you're failing at it all. Now, after 20+ years of marriage and navigating the ongoing adventure of raising three kids, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work.
I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. But what sets me apart is that I apply these tools through the lens of someone who has walked the same path.
Whether you're a young professional feeling overwhelmed, a new mom wondering where your identity went, or a working parent trying to find balance, I see you – because I've been you. My goal is simple: help you create a life you're thriving in, not just surviving. Because trust me, it's absolutely possible.
Let ME help YOU unpack... your emotional baggage and lighten your load. As Erykah Badu sings in her powerful song, "Bag Lady," it's time to let go of all those heavy bags you've been carrying and start fresh. I am a licensed professional counselor who supports women, mothers, and teens navigating stress, identity shifts, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken but reconnecting with who you are beneath survival mode. I bring together clinical skill, cultural awareness, and real life understanding to help clients feel seen, steady, and empowered.
Hi there, I'm Farah Ali.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and dedicated advocate for my clients. My educational foundation is based in psychology and social justice, having earned my master's degree in social work with a dual concentration in community practice and clinical mental health. Driven by a strong commitment to human rights and social justice, I am dedicated to advocating for every individual I work with and the communities I am part of.
My Core Principles as a Therapist:
Focusing on Strengths & Empowerment: Central to our work is helping you to more deeply connect to—and really use—your inherent strengths. This means looking for growth opportunities where some might find roadblocks and accessing both internal and external resources to help you make the changes you want to see in your life.
Working for Comprehensive Wellness: Therapy is a place where we can work toward mental and emotional wellness, learn how to foster positive relationships, and discover a greater sense of balance and ease in your day-to-day life.
Promoting Connection & Authenticity: The relationship we have is vital, which is why I work hard to make sure our relationship is a nurturing space for meaningful growth.
Creating Safety in Being Seen: I strive to make our sessions a place where every emotion is valued, encouraged, and supported—yes, even the “bad” or “undesirable” emotions. This is the space we cultivate together in our work, and space that is here to help you more deeply see yourself, and be seen in your authenticity.
Are you feeling stuck in frustrating patterns or struggling to find joy in the monotony of life? Are you easily overwhelmed by emotions? Do you struggle with overthinking, worrying, and obsessing over little things, big things, and everything in between? Perhaps you've tried different strategies on your own, but continue to find yourself falling back into old habits. Life is too short to be controlled by anxiety, depression, past traumas, or unsatisfying relationships. Let's get you moving in the right direction and help you find peace, control, and clarity. I can help you build a life that you feel excited to wake up to each morning. Together, we will create a plan to move you toward your goals, help you break free from the burdens that you carry, and cultivate a life of meaning and purpose.
I offer a supportive space that incorporates mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and couples counseling. Each of these modalities provide a way of integrating the mind-body connection and working through emotions, thought patterns, and experiences. Here, you will be free to share your concerns, fears, and insecurities while acquiring the necessary tools to propel yourself forward and live your best life. I can't wait to join you on your journey!
Feeling lost in the chaos of life or the tough stuff most therapists won’t touch? Hi, My name is John’Neiska "JoJo" Williams and I am a licensed professional counselor in the states TX, GA LA, CO and I can assure you, you’ve come to the right place. Kick off your shoes and relax your feet—because therapy with me will never be a cliché.
Therapy isn’t just venting—I’m not here for small talk. I have a laid-back vibe, but make no mistake I’m here to challenge, teach, and help you grow with real change. No clichés, no endless “How does that make you feel?” I believe that true healing happens when we bring the mind and body into the same conversation. While most people think thoughts lead to behaviors, I’ve seen how often behaviors can shape thoughts and how powerful it can be to work counterintuitively to spark change.
Thats why I focus on the primary use of Counterintuitive Therapy that is rooted in blended approaches from the frameworks of Behavior therapy and Gestalt therapy in a way that’s present-focused, dynamic, and deeply human. Some moments in life demand that we focus on the here and now, while others call for us to explore how the body has been keeping score of past experiences. Some emotions and stress doesn’t fit meet the criteria of a one-size-fits-all model. That’s why I incorporate a range of behavioral tools and more specialized eccentric approaches, including Ketamine & Psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, DBT, creative expressive play, and counterintuitive skills, all tailored to fit your needs.
Hello, there! I'm Tonya

Hello, I am a licensed therapist with a dedicated focus on supporting individuals through life transitions, self-esteem issues, complex trauma, relationship problems including domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and a range of other challenging life experiences. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and a deep understanding of the complexities that come with these life-altering situations. Taking the first step to get therapy can be terrifying, but you are here for a reason and often times our body will react before our minds catch up. If this is you; you have found a safe space.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you…too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You're already doing the hardest part by being here, you don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you definitely don't have to figure this out alone. That's literally what I'm here for.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist (MS, LMHC, LPC, NCC) licensed in Florida, Texas, and New Jersey, an Army veteran, and the founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I have spent over 10 years supporting more than 3,000 clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions that once felt impossible to navigate. I've worked everywhere from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, supporting people through chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives... and here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
I specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety and depression, self-sabotage and recurrent patterns, complex PTSD and personality disorders, as well as life transitions.
📣 I know life can get busy, so I offer weekend availability, early-morning sessions, and after-hours appointments (6:00 AM–10:00 PM), along with self-pay options to give you a little more flexibility.

I specialize in helping individuals—especially women—navigate anxiety and depression, ADHD, relationship instability, communication and boundary challenges, self-trust, and perfectionism. You may be feeling weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling disconnected or unsure of yourself. Perhaps you’ve noticed struggles with boundaries, difficulty trusting yourself, or attachment wounds that keep showing up in different ways. Together, we’ll uncover the beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you and build a new path forward with insight, self-compassion, and tools for lasting change. My path into therapy started with a simple truth I’ve seen again and again—people can grow even through the hardest seasons of life. Working in various mental health settings showed me the strength people carry, even when they feel lost or unsure where to start. That experience shaped my grounded, down-to-earth approach. I believe healing begins when we feel seen and supported as we are. In my private practice. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and find ways to move forward that feel real and sustainable. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and connected to yourself and others.

Hello, I am a clinical psychologist who has been in practice sine 1999. I work with a general adult population, with my main focus being on PTSD, depression and anxiety. During the early stages of my career, I performed extensive psychological and neuropsychological testing. This helped me to understand the general workings of the brain and how important it is to utilize this knowledge in my therapy. I have found that helping my clients understand that mental illness is not "just in my head" or something I need to "get over' has been so very beneficial in people healing and taking control of their lives. I hope to have the opportunity to help you heal and make positive changes in your life.
Greetings, I'm Anita Smith!
If this is your first time seeking help, I would like to commend you for your courage, and if you have had therapy before, I hope I say something that connects for you.
I'm curious to know what brought you here and what you would like to get out of therapy?

After many years of exploring a variety of jobs I finally began to focus on assisting others in this adventure called "life ." As an adult. I began serving through Christian ministry and then realized I was even more fulfilled in working more specifically in the wider field of mental health. After getting both master's and a doctoral degree in mental health, I worked in clinical settings, counseling centers, crisis centers, my own private practice , and university settings. While managing my own counseling center, I also served several years teaching graduate students in the areas of counseling and psychology. My joy comes from helping others regain control of life when cognitions, emotions, and behaviors have caused distress. We do not always understand the "why" of life experiences, however we can gain mastery of our thinking, feeling, and doing and continue to enhance functioning and happiness.
My journey to working with couples and individuals are all around relationships which started when I first became a therapist. I quickly learned we didn’t get the right training for couples and marriages. It became my mission in my business to have my clients develop Relationship Intelligence so they create committed and lasting extraordinary relationships.
I’m LoriAnne Reeves and I’ve been helping couples with couples as a Relationship Mentor, Strategist and Therapist. We have developed a framework for couples therapy that works for great relationships. I’m a Licensed Professional Therapist and trained as a Marriage & Family Therapist. I’ve been in the mental health space for over 30 years. My training includes working with the top relationship experts in the world. That training ranges from top relationship experts to systemic work to neuroscience to constellation training.
I help couples and individuals rebuild connection, communication and emotional safety in their relationships so they can lead the lives they desire.
Book your appointment with me now. I look forward to meeting you.
I'm a therapist and I work with people who have mixed anxiety and depression. Over time, I've noticed a few patterns my client's have in common. See if this fits: you're tired of being your own worst critic.
Maybe you've achieved what you're "supposed to" but feel unfulfilled. Or maybe you're stuck while others seem to move forward easily. Either way, you're harder on yourself than anyone else would be.
Your mind won't quiet down at night but feels foggy during the day. Simple tasks pile up because they feel overwhelming. You put things off, then beat yourself up for procrastinating.
Some days motivation is nonexistent. Other days you're anxious about everything. You've tried apps, routines, and productivity systems. Nothing works long-term because you're working against yourself.
You avoid important things because failure feels terrifying. Then you criticize yourself for avoiding them. The cycle keeps repeating.
Whether you're a perfectionist or feel like you're falling behind, the internal commentary is harsh. Your relationships suffer because you're distracted by self-judgment.
Therapy helps you change that inner dialogue.
Learning to treat yourself with basic kindness isn't self-indulgent—it's practical. You don't have to be your own obstacle.

My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.
Hi, I'm Sylvia.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed? Feeling like you are not good enough? You are not alone, and you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you are dealing with a specific issue or just feeling like something isn’t right, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to your authentic self. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive space where you can begin to understand your experiences, heal from past wounds, and create meaningful change.
Hello! I bring 17 years of mental health experience along for your sessions. I have been in private practice since January of 2023. I consider myself a generalist and I'm happy to help you with any need or concern that you might have. Some of the areas where I have the most experience are depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and grief and loss. I have spent the majority of my career working in a University setting and have helped many college-age adults make meaningful changes. I have also worked in behavioral health clinics and have experience working with clients that have been legally referred to therapy. I work with almost all age groups however, I typically do not work with persons under the age of 18. If you are a minor, please have your guardian consult with me before scheduling an intake and I will consider your need and my areas of expertise and help you determine our next steps. I am also no longer able to accommodate couples therapy. If you are seeking a couples therapy session I will be happy to assist you with a referral. At this time, I am unable to assist with FMLA paperwork.

Finding yourself stuck, blocked in your efforts to grow and heal? Depth psychology is the key. I specialize in helping you discover how to get. unblocked, gain insight and move forward in your life, especially by working with the information in your unconscious and uncovering what those blocks are all about. As a counselor with over 25 years of experience, I can help with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, family and relationship issues, addiction and crisis of the spirit, I specialize in discovering what is at the core of problems and use a variety of healing and treatment modalities tailored to each client. I’ve found working with the unconscious, especially through dreams, more than anything, helps gain the insight and understanding necessary to heal quickly, permanently and remove the blocks that get in the way of a happier, more successful life. You can’t fix anything until you make it conscious. A wholistic approach that addresses the body, mind and spirit works very well to reveal the fullness of who you are.
I have experience working with a variety of counseling modalities, such as cognitive/ behavioral, dream work, hypnosis and alternative methods of healing, in addition to meditation and mindfulness. I’ve worked with couples, families, addicts and clients who are dually diagnosed, meaning they have both mental health and addiction issues.
I relate and assess for needs so that your goals can be successful. Building relationships that will be lasting for the future is very satisfying. Synching with someone at least weekly can anchor and balance your thoughts. Trying new things and stretching yourself can be liberating! Developing thoughts and perceptions of yourself develops character and positive outcomes.
Every day is a new opportunity.
