LPC, 5 years of experience
New to Grow
Hello, I am Ryan Rowe and welcome to Inner Radiance Therapeutic Services! I am an LPC in Texas, and I’m so glad you’re taking this step toward your healing journey. I provide a warm, supportive space to help you navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with your inner light so you can thrive personally and emotionally. Taking the first step is an act of courage, and it shows you’re ready for change. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and move toward lasting well-being.
Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we’ll continue to build our work together over time. It’s completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We’ll take it one step at a time, you got this!
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my ability to connect and build strong rapport with clients of all backgrounds, especially teens, young adults, and adults. I believe in the power of self-improvement and taking intentional steps toward personal growth. My approach is flexible and adaptive, allowing me to meet clients where they are while helping them focus on self-reflection, accountability, and the courage to step outside their comfort zones to create meaningful change.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I also support clients in developing healthy behavioral management skills. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, strengthen your confidence, and create tools to help you manage emotions, find balance, and move forward with purpose.
I use CBT to help clients recognize and challenge unhelpful thoughts, understanding that our thinking patterns shape how we feel and behave. Through this approach, I guide clients in developing healthier perspectives that support growth, emotional balance, and lasting change.
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients identify their strengths, set realistic goals, and find practical solutions. As a flexible therapist who enjoys problem solving, I focus on what’s working and build on it, understanding that life can bring unexpected challenges and that progress often happens one step at a time.
I use a Person-Centered approach by creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I believe that each person has the inner capacity for growth, and my role is to support that process with empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.
