Hi there, I'm Brian.
Do you miss feeling on track and working towards your goals? Are you not connecting with those you felt close to, such as your best friends, significant other, or family? Do things just feel a bit off and you need some guidance to get back to being "you"?
I meet the client in their environment and empower them to help themselves. A holistic approach to therapy is used, pulling from several different therapeutic beliefs. Every client is different and unique, and therefore the approach to healing follows this same path. We'll discuss your goals up front to know which to direction to work towards, and help you discover new things about your healing and coping along the way.
Every person's struggle matters. Therapy is not about gauging whether someone is weak or strong, but building on their already existing strengths to help them find healthy ways to help themselves. Therapy is about discovery. Regardless of your reason for reaching out, I'll help you find the right track. You already have the tools to help yourself, let's work together to find out what they are. I look forward to speaking with you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate the lasting effects of childhood wounds, anxiety, and life's most challenging transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when people feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe enough to be vulnerable.
I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative presence to the therapeutic relationship. My approach blends evidence-based practices — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and self-compassion frameworks — with a deep respect for each client's cultural background, lived experience, and unique story. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to what they actually need.
Much of my work centers on helping clients understand how early experiences — such as emotional neglect, conditional love, abandonment, and shame — continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships in adulthood. I also have a dedicated focus on men's mental health, providing a space where men can move beyond cultural expectations of silence and strength to reconnect with their emotional lives in meaningful ways.
My background includes working with individuals recovering from addiction and those rebuilding their lives after significant hardship. These experiences have deepened my belief in human resilience and the capacity for growth at any stage of life. In our work together, I aim to help you build self-awareness, develop practical emotional regulation skills, and cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself and others. My goal is not just symptom relief — it is lasting, meaningful change that reflects who you truly are and who you are becoming.
I am a licensed professional counselor looking to help others find their full potential by using an eclectic approach to therapy. If you find yourself aimlessly scrolling through profiles in search of an authentic therapist, I may be a great fit for you. I find that being authentic with clients is what helps them build a foundation and feel safe enough to share their issues and concerns.
I practice from a person-centered approach while mixing in elements of CBT to help clients guide their treatment while also holding them accountable. I specialize in the use of art therapy to help clients communicate and process various topics that may be difficult to speak about. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, issues with substance abuse, or relationship issues, I'm here to help. Throughout my career in therapy, I have focused on treatment of Veterans, first responders, and those who have experienced trauma.
Seeking treatment can be difficult, but if you've already taken this first step in searching for a therapist then you've likely already identified that this is something you can benefit from with the right help. If you've been reading this far and I seem like a good fit for you, let's work together!

With nine years of experience in the field of mental health, I have had the privilege of working extensively in a mental health clinic. My journey as a therapist has been deeply rewarding, allowing me to assist individuals in overcoming challenges and fostering positive change in their lives. I am passionate about providing empathetic and evidence-based counseling to help clients navigate their emotional struggles and find resilience amidst difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly express your concerns, and together, we can collaboratively work towards your mental and emotional well-being. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado, EMDR-trained and specializing in trauma and identity work. I offer a supportive, collaborative space where you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Together, we’ll make sense of your reactions without judgment, gently process what’s been weighing on you, and begin to create a deeper sense of steadiness, clarity, and control.
ou might notice yourself feeling hyper-aware, people-pleasing, overthinking, or unsure of who you are anymore. It can feel like you’re stuck in survival mode, even when you want something different. In our work together, we move beyond just coping to helping you feel safe in your body again, reconnect with yourself, and build a more grounded, confident way of moving through your life so you can feel like yourself again.
My work is designed for people like you. Ready to shift long-standing patterns, reconnect with your identity, and experience meaningful, lasting internal change.
I am a licensed therapist with more than 20 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, adjustment difficulty, identity development, trauma, suicidal/self-harm behaviors, relationship issues, religious and spirituality-related issues, aging, chronic pain, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I have successfully worked with teens, adolescents, and adults and have enjoyed working with these populations, in different settings: home, shelter, detention, and in college. I enjoy working with clients respectfully and compassionately while attending to their goals. I am an experienced telehealth and in-person provider.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy, a Bachelor’s degree in Theology, a Master’s degree in Education, a Master’s degree in English, and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. In addition to state licensure, I am a National Board-Certified Therapist. I was a recipient of an academic excellence award in graduate school and have had the opportunity to present a paper at a university conference-American Studies Association of Texas. I have also been a university keynote speaker on Spirituality and Counseling. I am eclectic in approach. These include the utilization of person-centered, choice therapy, existential psychology frameworks, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, among others.
I offer telehealth counseling for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, mood concerns, trauma-related symptoms, emotional dysregulation, and behavioral challenges. Many of the individuals I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward despite wanting meaningful change.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed principles, and person-centered care. I help clients identify patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical skills to regulate distress, improve communication, and increase self-awareness. For clients navigating trauma or relational wounds, I prioritize stabilization and emotional safety before engaging in deeper processing.
I strive to balance warmth with thoughtful directness. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, yet client-paced. I work alongside clients to clarify their goals, strengthen coping strategies, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier relational patterns. My focus is not only symptom reduction but sustainable growth that extends beyond the therapy room.
Above all, I aim to create a steady, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

I love working with people who are ready to make a positive change in their lives! There's nothing more exciting than personal transformation through determined, positive change! See you soon!

Alyssa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Therapist. She studied Behavioral Sciences in undergrad where she fell in love with learning about why people behave the way they do. She went on to receive her master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at The University of Houston. I love discussing things that range from the mundane to deep spiritual and philosophical concepts, whether it’s helping people through depressive slumps, anxieties, or all the changes associated with big life transitions. Hi, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving clients virtually throughout Texas and Florida.
I specialize in working with adults, high-achievers, and "the strong ones"—the fixers, leaders, and eldest siblings who are used to taking care of everyone else but are secretly running on empty.
My primary treatment areas include:
Anxiety & Overthinking: Helping you quiet the racing thoughts and find relief from that constant, "on-edge" feeling.
Burnout Recovery: Providing practical tools for professionals and caretakers who are emotionally exhausted and operating on fumes.
Life Transitions: Navigating the disorienting, messy middle of major life, career, or relationship changes.
In our sessions, you don’t need a script; just show up as you are. My style is a collaborative, faith-friendly conversation where we meet your real-world struggles with down-to-earth grace.
Together, we will turn your stress and constant overthinking into practical, manageable tools you can use the moment our session ends. You don't have to carry this heavy load alone anymore—let's work through it together.

🧭 // APPROACH
Your holistic transformation starts now.
Clients consistently praise my empathy, perceptiveness, practical guidance, and measurable improvements they experience, with one noting: "Tim is empathetic and encouraging. I'm on session 7 seeing improvements. 10/10."
Therapy should feel like a cozy tea-time chat in your living room, creating a safe space where intimacy and authentic connection flourish naturally.
I bring a holistic, modern approach rooted in CBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, supporting individuals through dating, marriage, or healing from the past. I tailor my approach to your unique story, helping you find peace, reconnect, and build lasting relationships, whether you're feeling distant, unheard, or weighed down by the past.
🙏 // GRACE POLICY
Please respect my 15-minute wait policy. Sessions don't always start exactly on time due to back-to-back appointments.
More than likely, I will be in the waiting room once you join, in a session, transitioning the prior client with grace, before I prepare for you.
As clients can be a few minutes late without issue, practitioners deserve similar grace.
🧘🏽♀️ // SERVICE & CARE BOUNDARIES
I DO NOT provide docs (e.g., dr. notes, signatures, letters) for lawsuits, legal cases, work accommodations, emotional support animals, or leave requests, this includes FMLA, unemployment, lawsuits, etc. If that's a need, i'm not your fit.
Furthermore, I don't tolerate any disrespect or intentional and malicious transference towards me in session. I am here to process your bad days and equip you with the perspective, tools, and frameworks to navigate them, not receive the brunt of them. I will abruptly stop a session in which I feel threatened, disrespected, or abused and report the client to Growth Therapy (or law enforcement). My work is my livelihood and passion. I will protect it and myself.
Hello, I bring empathy, relatable life experience, and professional experience to my work with individuals and families. I have been licensed for over 13 years helping people heal. My approach looks at the entire person and the “system” in and surrounding them. I examine elements of people’s lives like their physical well-being, emotional coping and conflict resolution skills.
We will work together in developing helpful behaviors and collaborate to create a safe place to develop emotional and physical wellness.

My path to becoming a mental health provider began with a deep curiosity about the human experience and a genuine desire to help others find meaning and healing in their lives. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand how life’s challenges can impact our well-being, and I saw the profound difference that compassionate support can make. These early experiences inspired me to learn more about how we cope, grow, and ultimately thrive, even in the face of adversity. As I continued my education and personal growth, I became increasingly drawn to the field of mental health. I was captivated by the resilience and wisdom people bring to their healing journeys. I realized that being a provider would allow me to walk alongside others as they navigate their unique paths, offering guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based tools to support their goals. What truly motivates me is the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and transformation. I am honored to help create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive changes. My journey as a provider is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to whole-person care, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to support others.
