Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and I graduated from Texas A &M University-Commerce with my Master's in Counseling. I have about 10 years of experience assisting children, adolescents and young adults struggling with anything from anxiety and depression to coping with symptoms of trauma. I have helped children and families in both private and educational settings.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, quick to anger, or frustrated in your relationships — you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with feel like something just isn’t working, but they can’t quite explain why. Often, these struggles come from early experiences where emotions were ignored, dismissed, or too much for the adults around us to handle.
As children, we learn fast: if expressing emotions doesn’t feel safe or accepted, we push them down. Over time, that emotional disconnection can turn into anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or anger that feels hard to control.
My work focuses on helping you understand where these patterns come from and how to shift them. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that feels heavy, anger that shows up too fast, or relationship challenges that keep repeating — we’ll work together to untangle the deeper story and build healthier ways of coping, connecting, and feeling.
This isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been shut down for too long.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas since 2018, providing mental health and behavioral counseling services. My work is grounded in the belief that every individual has a unique life story, and our present experiences are often shaped by what we've encountered in the past. I also believe that our thoughts and behaviors influence how we engage in relationships and perceive the world around us.
I approach therapy with a deep respect for each person's cultural background and life experiences, maintaining a strong commitment to multicultural awareness and sensitivity. My therapeutic style is integrative and client-centered—I believe that you are the expert on your life. Together, we’ll explore patterns of behavior and uncover the core beliefs that may be contributing to current challenges. My role is to support and guide you with empathy and encouragement, helping to build self-awareness and make sense of past experiences.
Mental health is a journey. Feeling lost now doesn’t define your future. It takes courage and strength to pursue a more meaningful and fulfilling life. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering support, encouragement, and empowerment every step of the way.
I’m a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and supported. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are and walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, heal from past hurts, and move toward the life you want. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. My priority is to build a genuine, trusting relationship where you feel empowered to grow at your own pace.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience, I’ve helped individuals navigate a wide range of mental health challenges—and I believe real, lasting progress is always possible.
What sets my approach apart is the understanding that no two people are the same. Your thoughts, experiences, and emotional world are uniquely yours—so the support you receive should be, too. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I create a safe, supportive space where your individuality is honored and your voice is truly heard.
Together, we’ll build a strong, trusting relationship that empowers you to uncover your strengths, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward mental wellness. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for change, you don't have to walk this path alone.
Let’s turn what feels impossible into real, positive change—one step at a time.
Let’s take this journey together. Your breakthrough begins now.

My name is Elizabeth and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the states of Texas and Arizona. I am also a certified school counselor and transitioned to full-time mental health counseling after working as a high school counselor. I have been working as a counselor for 10 years, primarily in the school setting. I helped my students with issues such as family problems, academic struggles, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and suicidal ideation. Before working as a counselor, I was an elementary teacher for 6 years. I have experience working with adults and adolescents. I love seeing my clients understand themselves better and improve their mental health. I feel comfortable counseling people from a variety of backgrounds, especially those whose backgrounds are different than my own. My entire professional career has been spent with a primarily Hispanic population, but I am comfortable with other cultures, as well. I am a big fan of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solutions-focused therapy, but I try to cater my counseling to each client, so I often incorporate different counseling philosophies as needed. I believe my clients are the experts on their own lives and I want to work with them to improve their contentment, coping skills, and mental health. I believe it is important and beneficial to have a nonjudgmental, unbiased person to talk to. This is one of the best parts of counseling. I often use humor to lighten the mood when counseling. I find this helps grow my relationships with my clients. Congratulations on making the first step towards getting help. I would love to work with you.
Hello there, My name is Imagine. I serve people from many different walks of life, and I have found that working with women of color experiencing life transitions has been impactful. Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working out of the state of Texas. I've been in the behavioral health field for over 13 years helping people of all ages overcome mental health struggles and substance use issues. I was called to this work because of my own struggles with depression and substance abuse, and, though I had to struggle in order to get where I am, I feel so grateful for my experiences. I have a passion for mindfulness and compassion in my work and like to incorporate deep breathing and other body-based techniques whenever possible because, frankly, these are things that have worked well for me! I believe in the importance of helping you to understand the power of the mind-body connection in order to improve your relationship with yourself and the world around you. I'm a huge proponent of yoga and Brazilian jiu jitsu as healing arts and would encourage ANYONE to try them out.

My journey as a professional counselor for the past two decades has been deeply rewarding. Over the years, my expertise in trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions has grown through continuous learning and, most importantly, through the privilege of walking alongside countless individuals on their paths to healing and growth. My foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, coupled with a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, has shaped my practice and my unwavering belief in the potential for positive change within each person I have the honor to support.
I'm a therapist and I work with people who have mixed anxiety and depression. Over time, I've noticed a few patterns my client's have in common. See if this fits: you're tired of being your own worst critic.
Maybe you've achieved what you're "supposed to" but feel unfulfilled. Or maybe you're stuck while others seem to move forward easily. Either way, you're harder on yourself than anyone else would be.
Your mind won't quiet down at night but feels foggy during the day. Simple tasks pile up because they feel overwhelming. You put things off, then beat yourself up for procrastinating.
Some days motivation is nonexistent. Other days you're anxious about everything. You've tried apps, routines, and productivity systems. Nothing works long-term because you're working against yourself.
You avoid important things because failure feels terrifying. Then you criticize yourself for avoiding them. The cycle keeps repeating.
Whether you're a perfectionist or feel like you're falling behind, the internal commentary is harsh. Your relationships suffer because you're distracted by self-judgment.
Therapy helps you change that inner dialogue.
Learning to treat yourself with basic kindness isn't self-indulgent—it's practical. You don't have to be your own obstacle.

Have you ever wondered, “What is wrong with me?” If your mirror can talk back to you, what would it say? What good things or bad things will it tell you and how would you respond? I will be the mirror that will help you learn more about yourself and will give you an honest reflection so that you can make the best decisions for yourself. I tailor my counseling approach based on your specific needs and goals.
I combine a person-centered counseling approach with brief solution-focused therapy to give you the best outcome. I have a master’s in counseling with a dual emphasis on both School Counseling and Agency Counseling. I have over 17 years of counseling experience with all age groups, diverse populations, and subject matter. You don’t have to do life alone. Bring me your challenges, your struggles, and your troubles, and let’s work together to resolve them.
I also provide Christian counseling: God never promised us a life free from struggles, pain, or sorrows (John 16.33); however, He did promise that He will never leave us (Matthew 28.20). Life is not meant to be lived alone: It’s not a good thing (Genesis 2.18). I am here to support you and to remind you that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalms 139.13-14), and you are loved (John 3.16). Nothing is impossible with God (Matthew 19.26). Whatever you are struggling with, whatever troubles you, know that God has a purpose for your life (Romans 8.28). As a Christian counselor, you can trust that my counseling approach will not stray from the teaching of the Bible. May God guide us as we work together to understand His purpose and His plan for the challenges in your life.
My goal is to help you break free from the cycle of stress and anxiety through practical techniques and personalized strategies for growth. With a background in mindfulness, meditation, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, I take a holistic approach to therapy. Together we'll create a comfortable space where you can explore your challenges, gain perspective, and deepen your emotional awareness without feeling judged.

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-S) based in Texas. I am originally from San Antonio, Texas, and received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of Texas at Austin. During my undergraduate work I had the opportunity to study abroad in Accra, Ghana. After my ungraduate studies, I stayed in Austin for a while to continue working overnight at a shelter for survivors of sexual and domestic violence for women, children, and transgendered women while answering a 24/7 National Suicide Prevention Hotline.
I went on to attain my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the Graduate College of Social Work at the University of Houston. I spent two additional years in clinical supervision working in hospitals, crisis mobile mental health, and facilitating groups to attain my independent clinical license. Thereafter, I spent time in clinical practice to build expertise to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor providing individual, family, and group therapy. Most recently I have broadened my scope of practice to include my Chemical Dependency Counseling license and Certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In my free time, I enjoy singing, spending time with family and friends, cooking, film, and television.
I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship distress, and work related stress become the best versions of themselves.
I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist in Florida, Texas, and Utah with over 17+ years of professional work experience. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma professional (CCTP) with experience in helping clients with PTSD, C-PTSD, coping with addictions, LGBTQ+ related issues, relationship issues, and family conflicts. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life's challenges, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change. I believe that healing begins with genuine human connection. I show up in my therapeutic sessions not just as a clinician, but as a real person - someone who values honesty, warmth, and the courage it takes to face life's challenges. My work is grounded in authenticity because I know that people heal best when they are truly seen , heard, and accepted without judgment.
I witness people in their present predicaments and tell them what I see and feel. Acknowledgement of pain, a counterintuitive process, is the secret sauce of ordering our lives into functional, fun, and life-affirming behaviors. The process of emotional healing takes time, dedication, and practice. Willingness to feel what has been unfelt and to voice what has been unsaid will help you see positive changes in your life.
