Hello, my name is Jessica. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in PA. I have been in the mental health field over twenty years and have been licensed for over ten years. I greatly enjoy seeing people make positive changes in their life and enjoy life. I would like to assist you in making positive changes.
I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.
Congratulations you have made it this far. Let's take the next steps together.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with over five years of experience supporting people through cancer, serious illness, grief, and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same.
If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. I work with family caregivers as well as the nurses and healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and neither does healing. Whether your loss is recent or resurfacing years later, whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, in survivorship, or supporting someone you love through it all, you deserve a space that is entirely yours. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else.
I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. Hi! I am Jaclyn. I have an extensive history working with individuals of all ages, functioning levels, and settings. I received my bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University where I studied Psychology. I then received my Master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College where I studied Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Since graduating, I have worked alongside my clients to address past traumas and symptoms of unresolved experiences.
As a therapist, I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story.

I believe every child and teen deserves the opportunity to feel safe, understood, and hopeful about their future. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families navigating trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and difficult life experiences. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and individualized, with a focus on understanding not only what a young person is experiencing, but also the relationships, environments, and experiences that have shaped them.
My work is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and family- and systems-focused approaches to help young people understand their emotions and experiences, develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. I also value collaboration with caregivers and families when appropriate.
I have a particular passion for supporting youth who have experienced trauma or are struggling with complex emotional and behavioral needs. Sometimes challenging behaviors are also ways a young person has learned to cope, communicate, or survive. Rather than focusing only on stopping a behavior, I want to understand what is underneath it and help young people and their families find healthier ways forward.
Therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to provide a safe space where young people feel heard and understood while offering support, evidence-based guidance, and a gentle push when needed. Together, we can build on existing strengths, work through difficult experiences, and help young people move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Embarking on the journey of therapy is a courageous step, and I commend you for taking it. Recognizing the complexities that come with seeking help, I aim to provide a nurturing and empowering space for your healing and growth.
I am committed to creating a space that respects and supports diverse identities and relationship experiences. My practice centers around creating an inclusive environment that acknowledges and respects LGBTQ+, as well as non-monogamous and other relationship styles. Whether you’re navigating monogamous relationships, ethical non-monogamy (ENM) in all its forms—including polyamory—or questioning your relationship dynamic, my approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and acceptance. Your unique identities, relationship dynamics, and lived experiences matter, and I am here to support you with openness and understanding.
Welcome! With over ten years of experience in court systems, child services, and behavioral health, I'm committed to supporting you and your family. I think that it is very important to learn to judge yourself and the world less harshly. I believe that our unrealistic thoughts and expectations are major contributors to our discontent. I have found that some of the concepts of Eastern and Stoic philosophy can help put our lives into better perspective.
I particularly like the aspects of psychology that are based on science. As a field, we know a lot about how people learn and how early experience shapes our current moods and behavior. I also like to incorporate current ideas in neurology and physiology that support behavior change.

As a licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am here to support you with evidence-based techniques and strategies to address issues of life stressors, anxiety, depression, familial struggles and significant trauma. Therapy does not have to be a scary process, when you work with the right therapist, it can be a wonderful journey of discovery and healing.
As a mental health professional in NJ and PA, I have been working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and PTSD for 8+ years now. I believe that we can work on improving physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of your life. Together, we will figure out your best qualities, strengths, and abilities to realize your goals. I began my career working in university clinics, psychiatric hospitals, community mental health facilities and private practice serving individuals with mood disorders, attention difficulties, persistent severe mental illness disorders, and obsessions and compulsions. I further have experience working with addictions, trauma, codependencies, and relationship struggles.
Hi, I’m Brittany — a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania who helps women heal from trauma, break free from intrusive thoughts, and manage high-functioning anxiety without burning themselves out.
Many of my clients appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside—carrying childhood trauma, people-pleasing patterns, chronic worry, or perfectionism that never seems to let up. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep powering through it.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me outdoors with my family and dog, reading, traveling, going to concerts or comedy shows, or doing a Bible study. These things help me stay grounded — and I bring that same grounded energy into sessions.
