HI! I am Alisha and I am passionate about helping others navigate through their life journey. I’ve had eight years of learning experiences with diverse demographics including children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy working to empower clients and advocate through mental health systems. I encourage clients to understand that self-concept plays a vital role in how the client sees themselves and their interactions through life.
In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, then discuss any challenges you're facing. My approach is client-centered, then creating a plan to work through in follow-up sessions.
My greatest strengths as a provider is having worked with various demographics of clients, learning, and listening. This helps the client identify the root of their challenges, improving self concept, and to create a treatment plan that leads to a positive perception and measurable progress.
An ideal client is one to start the process. I am best positioned to serve persons seeking individual therapy. I welcome pre- teenagers that age from 12 years -17 years old, and adults ages 18 years -64 years old. My greatest strengths as a provider is having worked with various demographics of clients, learning, and listening to improve self concept.

From the very beginning, she made me feel important not just as a client, but like family. Her unwavering support and belief in me created a safe space where I never once felt like my goals were out of reach. Instead, I felt empowered, encouraged, and capable. She managed to make me feel like I could accomplish what I set out to do, and that kind of confidence is priceless. I’m deeply grateful for her guidance, compassion, and dedication. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Alisha has helped me so much in a short period of time. I feel very optimistic about the direction my life is moving in. I have even referred her to a friend of mine.
