I’ve been a somatic trauma therapist* for over 17 years. I believe healing can only happen interpersonally. I’ve worked mostly with the LGBTQ+ community, but straights are welcome. ;)
You will likely laugh as much as you cry, I’m hella clear with boundaries, I encourage shared online meals, and I’ll typically remind you of what’s happening astrologically (from what I’ve gleaned from the experts).
* a somatic what?
Think talk therapy that doesn’t ignore your body.
How so?
-help release effects of systemic trauma
-rewire neural pathways to create positive subconscious programming
-release effects of pandemic isolation
and retrain body/mind to access deeper forms of trust/intimacy
-developing awareness and connection to your full authentic self

I am the father of three beautiful, intelligent, well adjusted, usually content, sometimes happy, young adults and I hold my job in helping them become good humans as my most valued and important purpose in my existence. I was married to the same woman for twenty-three years, since we were but ourselves emerging adults, and understand that even with friendship, love, and respect this type of partnership has its ebbs and flows; and sometimes relationships are just completed. I understand how difficult the loss of love can be; but also understand that life can be great again after these hardships.
I believe in the ability in nature to restore the energy that we constantly give out and always urge people to be outside, to recharge themselves. I am creative and productive and will push my clients to unlock the creative potentials they inside of themselves. I love starting and finishing home improvement projects. I enjoy reading and am passionate about music although I am not musically inclined in the least. I understand that even when we are doing everything "right" and doing the things we love...life can still be difficult.
I consider pride myself on the ability to quickly form a therapeutic alliance and maintain positive relationships with my clients to enact the changes they wish to see, get through rough patches, reach goals, or just be "happyish". I am open, honest, friendly, and pretty normal. I will work closely with you to help you solve your own issues as I feel we hold the answers to our own questions.

experiences. Outside of therapy, I value mindfulness, meditation, and overall wellness, and I often integrate

Hi! My name is Sarah Silverman, I have been working in the field of mental health for over eight years. I have experience working in a variety of settings, but getting to work individually with clients in outpatient therapy is my absolute favorite. I am often described as having a calming and empathetic personality. In my spare time, I love spending time with friends, cuddling my two orange cats, trying out a new delicious food, reading, or playing video games.
Tired of reading bios? I would be too, so I'll keep it short:
I graduated from UPenn 10+ years ago with a Master's in Social Work. I have experience working in almost every setting you could imagine.
I specialize in making people feel comfortable, safe, and validated. I specialize in treating my clients like they matter, are important & are worthy, no matter what they look like, sound like, or "seem" like. I'm also an expert in being a real human being and not a robot with automated responses who will "mhmm" you to death.
My "approach" is understanding that I can't expect you to expose the deepest, darkest, most vulnerable parts of yourself to me if I remain a complete stranger to you. In our sessions, I want you to feel like you're with one of your best friends who you can trust, laugh and ugly-cry with.
My only goal is to make you feel like you're not alone. Like you have someone in your corner who will fight for you, laugh with you, curse with you, and ugly-cry with you (I'm totally kidding, kinda, that part's negotiable).

Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.
Hello and welcome! My name is Kate, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, alcohol use disorder, and life transitions. Hi! I’m Brianna Serrano, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in PA and NJ with specialized certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).
My background includes over a decade of experience in various settings in healthcare as both a mental health professional and medical social worker with a deep commitment to supporting others through life's most challenging moments.
Throughout my career in healthcare settings, I've walked alongside individuals and families facing illness, loss and major transitions- experiences that taught me the value of presence, compassion and the incredible strength people hold even in times of struggle.
My certification in Perinatal Mental Health allows me to provide specialized care in supporting individuals and families through the emotional highs and lows of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Whether you're navigating fertility challenges, birth trauma, perinatal loss, or adjusting to the profound identity shift of becoming a parent, you deserve a space where your experience is honored and your voice is heard.
👋 Hi, I’m Jen — a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Music Therapist. I work with children, teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, eating disorders, or just that nagging feeling that life shouldn’t feel this hard. My sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and human. You won’t find therapy jargon or long awkward silences here (unless you need a second to think... then we’ll embrace it).
My approach blends evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and music therapy. Sometimes that means diving into tough conversations, sometimes it means finding small ways to breathe again. I meet you where you are and help you get unstuck: one honest, real moment at a time.
Before private practice, I worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia providing individual and group therapy for adolescents with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I also supported patients and families on the Oncology, Behavioral Health, PICU, and NICU units, and those navigating grief and loss. Those experiences taught me that healing rarely looks perfect, and that progress often starts with showing up, even when you don’t feel ready.
My goal is simple: to help you make sense of what’s going on and find a little more ease in the middle of it all. Whether you’re ready to talk, vent, process, or just exist in the moment — I’ve got you.

While meeting with each client, I try to imagine what it must be like to be this person and to experience all of the things they have gone through and are going through. I find myself able to connect with each one of my clients on a personal level to give every individual the same respect, dignity, understanding, empathy, compassion, and time, a person deserves while actively listening to what the client is saying verbally and non-verbally. I am always learning new information, and therapy techniques, and growing my skills while increasing my abilities and knowledge in the mental health field and applying this knowledge to my everyday practice. Each of my clients teaches me something new and in turn, I utilize this knowledge gained to grow both personally, spiritually, and professionally and enrich myself as a therapist.
I recognize it takes courage to engage in the process of therapy. I appreciate your motivation and will work respectfully with you to create a positive, collaborative, therapeutic relationship. The focus of my practice is helping people to overcome and understand issues that impact their quality of life. I feel it is essential to understand the person as a whole by having a clear picture including mind, body, and spirit, to start the healing process to grow.
I provide a safe judgment-free space where my clients can feel comfortable discussing the issues they wish to resolve or find difficult to deal with. I have found the process of developing a therapeutic relationship to be profound and fundamentally important to facilitating growth and change. I am ready to assist you in these stages of change and help you to reach your goals. I am looking forward to joining you on your journey! She received her Master of Science from Capella University in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has been counseling couples, family therapy, veterans, adolescents, LGBTQIA community since 2009.

She has worked in roles as the Regional Director for (South Region) of Louisiana with Human Trafficking victims, Assistant Program Director, Executive Director, and Mental Health Professional. She has taught as an Adjunct Professor for National University for Master Level Counseling Students for 5 years.
She has extensive experience of working with over 50 Mental Health Rehabilitations Agencies throughout the New Orleans Metropolitan Area, ranging from providing counseling, coaching and conducting Clinical Psychosocial assessments for incoming clients, as well as helping them prepare for CARF audits. Her expertise has afforded hundreds of people and families the opportunity to gain access to quality care regarding their mental health and overall wellness.
I can help you navigate through change: job loss, grief, family estrangement, divorce/breakup, gender exploration, working on anxious attachment or people-pleasing. Together, we can work to integrate trauma, depression, anxiety and other symptoms into a life that feels worthwhile, however you define that. There's definitely more than one path for healing, and what can look like stability to some can be uncomfortably stifling to others. I will utilize a combination of narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT/CBT skills (very optional!), feminist therapy and insight-oriented therapy to help you find your way forward.
My biggest rule in therapy is "no trauma shaming." That is, if you are sharing your trauma and include a qualifier such as "other people have it worse," I will remind you that your trauma is valid! Surviving trauma is difficult enough; shame is a log lying on the train tracks. We can move it, and move forward, with the correct equipment.

Hi! I am Jaclyn. I have an extensive history working with individuals of all ages, functioning levels, and settings. I received my bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University where I studied Psychology. I then received my Master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College where I studied Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Since my undergraduate I have worked alongside my clients to address past traumas and symptoms of unresolved experiences.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 25 years experience working with children, adolescents and families. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Ecosystemic Famliy Structural Therapy (EFST). CBT has helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
Since I was 17, I’d always wanted to be a therapist. I learned that sometimes it takes more than just healing the mind in order to heal the whole person. That means that sometimes people need healing on emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I then received two masters degrees, one in mental health counseling, and the other in the applied healing arts. Utilizing both these degrees has helped me to combine both traditional and alternative therapies into my work.

I have been providing individual therapy services for over 30 years and working as a licensed psychologist since 2013. Nicholas started his career in human services at Northeast Treatment Centers in Philadelphia, PA where, over the course of 7 years, he worked as Youth Advocate for adjudicated adolescents, lead clinician for a community-based treatment team and outpatient therapist. After becoming a licensed psychotherapist in 2014, Nicholas worked as an outpatient therapist for multiple companies in the Philadelphia area where he helped clients manage or overcome symptoms related to anxiety, stress, trauma, depression and more.
Nicholas’ therapeutic approach is strongly rooted in humanistic psychology. As described in an article from the Association for Humanistic Psychology, this approach offers a "crucial opportunity to lead our troubled culture back to its own healthy path. More than any other therapy, Humanistic-Existential therapy models democracy. It imposes ideologies of others upon the client less than other therapeutic practices. Freedom to choose is maximized. We validate our client's human potential." Nicholas’ approach is also influenced by Buddhist and evolutionary psychology, which give insight into why our minds can work against us and what to do about it.

My recent Telehealth focus has been working with the military, retired and active duty, and their families, who are facing trauma, loss, transitions, anxiety issues, parenting and marital issues.
I really enjoy talking about life in general and I hope to bring that to the therapy. I look at sessions like a conversation about psychology while providing structure to achieve goals. This philosophy supports being a person who needs to learn and grow.
Things can be so hard sometimes, but they can get better! I work with adults navigating grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, and the depression and anxiety so typical of our society in these times. My name is Brandi. I provide a relaxed environment that I was told by current clients I currently serve, and help making therapy comfortable. I am very creative in terms of interventions and talking points individualizing how I work with each client. As you will see, I specialize in multiple diagnoses and symptoms. I have been working in this field for over 20 years and tailor conversations to each individual as each client has different preferred approaches, such as wanting to be challenged as well as a softer approach; I assess each client's preference when we first meet.
I would describe my style as validating, supportive, and down to earth. Clients often share that they feel comfortable being their authentic selves with me, which is one of my highest priorities in the therapy space. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience, creating a balance of humility and wisdom. While I don’t claim to know everything, I work hard to share what I’ve learned while remaining open and collaborative.
I view therapy as a relationship that parallels the important connections in your life. I will meet you where you are, get to know you on your terms, and walk alongside you as you move toward growth. My goal is to provide a safe environment where you feel respected, supported, and challenged to become the best version of yourself.
Hello, and welcome. With over 36 years of experience, I offer calm, compassionate, and highly skilled therapy across mental health, trauma, and substance use. I’m a clinical social worker and pastoral counselor, which allows me to support not only emotional healing, but also deeper questions around meaning, purpose, and spiritual distress.
I’ve been practicing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) since 1993 and have advanced training in approaches designed to resolve trauma efficiently and thoroughly. These include the Flash Technique and a modality I developed, Rapid Somatic Pendulation (RSP), which focuses on helping the body release what the mind alone cannot.
My work is active and focused. Rather than staying in prolonged talk therapy, we target the underlying patterns driving anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and addiction—so that meaningful, lasting change can occur. Clients often come to me after other therapies have helped but not fully resolved what they’re carrying.
I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, tailoring each approach to your specific goals and needs. Whether you’re dealing with longstanding trauma, current stressors, or a sense of disconnection from meaning or purpose, we’ll work collaboratively toward relief and clarity.
I have a bit of training and experience, but I also believe in the power of a real relationship with my clients, which means a lot towards getting better. If you’re looking for therapy that is experienced, grounded, and oriented toward real outcomes, you’ll likely find this a strong fit.
I am a licensed professional counselor with over 12 years of clinical experience and a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. My work is grounded in existential therapy, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals as they navigate identity, meaning, grief, and life transitions. I believe deeply in the capacity for LGBTQ+ people not just to survive, but to thrive, and my passion lies in walking alongside clients as they explore what a more authentic and fulfilling life can look like for them.
My approach is thoughtful, reflective, and relational. Rather than positioning myself as an expert with answers, I join clients as a fellow traveler. I approach each encounter as curious, present, and attuned, creating space for exploration, understanding, and self-compassion.
You’re the one everyone depends on — the one who keeps showing up, pushing through, and holding everything together for everyone else. But underneath it all, you may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you spend so much time caring for others that your own needs have been pushed to the side. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you do not have to carry it all by yourself anymore.
Welcome, I’m Sharmane Jackson, a therapist based in Pennsylvania, and I’m truly glad you’re here. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy with me is about helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered while working toward meaningful change.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and the emotional weight of constantly pouring into others while neglecting themselves. My approach is compassionate, human-centered, and culturally responsive, blending emotional support with practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced in your daily life.
Together, we may explore patterns that leave you feeling stuck, strengthen coping skills and boundaries, process difficult emotions, and create more space for your own needs without guilt. I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, healthier relationships, or simply a place where you no longer have to carry everything alone, therapy can be the beginning of feeling like yourself again.
Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you’ve already started by being here. I would be honored to support you in your healing and growth.

Hi there! I have been working in the mental health field since graduating with my Master’s in Counseling in 2015. I began my counseling career providing evidence-based family therapies for several years before transitioning to individual counseling. I take an eclectic approach to therapy because everyone is unique and deserves treatment that is tailored to their individual needs. I love connecting with my clients and helping them develop a more compassionate view of themselves, recognize their strengths, and build confidence in their ability to live the life they want. If you think we may be a good fit, I’d love for you to reach out so we can connect.

Hello, and welcome — I’m so glad you’ve landed on my profile. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Behavior Specialist in Pennsylvania. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and have been working in the mental health field since 2014.
Most of my career has been in Intensive Behavioral Health Services (formerly BHRS), where I served as a therapeutic staff support (TSS), mobile therapist, and behavioral specialist. I worked primarily with children ages 2–16, much of that time in elementary school settings. My work focused on supporting children on the autism spectrum, as well as those with ADHD and mood disorders, while collaborating closely with families and teachers.
I also have experience as an in‑house school therapist, again working with elementary‑aged students. Although my background is rooted in child and family work, I have also supported adults through IBHS and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I’ve spent meaningful time counseling families and partnering with educators, giving me a well‑rounded understanding of the challenges they face.
I'm Jaycie Jabco, Licensed Therapist. I was born and raised in PA and have a dual-graduate from Penn State in mental health and human development. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. But I'm also a real person, living and breathing this crazy life alongside you. I'm a person who gets it. I bring something different to the therapy room: Humanity. Humor. Honesty. I believe therapy should be both grounded and transformational.
You love God—but your relationships still feel anxious, consuming, and confusing.
You overthink texts, feel deeply affected by someone’s mood or distance, and find yourself giving more than you receive. You’ve prayed about it, tried to “have more faith,” and told yourself to just trust God—but the anxiety keeps showing up anyway.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken—and you’re not lacking faith. You may be stuck in patterns of anxious attachment and codependency that keep you feeling insecure, even when you desire healthy, God-centered relationships.
I specialize in working with Christian women who feel caught in these cycles. In our work together, we don’t just talk about your thoughts—we get to the root of why your nervous system feels unsafe in relationships and begin to change those patterns. You’ll learn how to:
• Feel emotionally secure without constant reassurance
• Stop overanalyzing and fearing abandonment
• Set healthy, confident boundaries
• Break cycles of chasing or losing yourself in relationships
• Develop a deeper, more grounded trust in both yourself and God
My approach integrates evidence-based therapy with your faith in a way that is both practical and deeply personal. This isn’t surface-level advice or “just pray more”—it’s real healing work that helps you experience lasting change.
I offer private pay sessions for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode in relationships and step into clarity, peace, and emotional stability.
If you’re ready to feel secure, grounded, and aligned in your relationships, I’d be honored to work with you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Board Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Case Manager (CCM), RN, and Ordained Minister. My goal is to provide affordable counseling services to individuals, couples, and families who are facing challenges with their mental and emotional health or in relationships. I use an eclectic approach that pulls from various modalities of therapy that can be beneficial to your situation.

Hi, I’m Sylvia Bella. I work with teens who put a lot of pressure on themselves and often feel stuck, anxious, emotionally drained, or unsure of how to cope with everything they’re carrying. Many of the teens I support struggle with stress related to school, friendships, family dynamics, self-esteem, or constant self-doubt. Some begin shutting down, avoiding things they used to enjoy, or reacting in ways they don’t fully understand.
I also work closely with parents who want to better understand their teen, improve communication, and feel more confident supporting them through difficult moments.
In therapy, I help teens make sense of what they’re feeling, develop healthier ways to manage stress and emotions, and build confidence in themselves and their decisions. My approach is supportive, practical, and down-to-earth. I focus on creating a space where teens feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgment.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR, tailoring therapy to each teen’s individual needs and personality.

Hello. I look forward to working with you. My own background is one of growing up on farms, having little money and ambitious dreams. I did not know what it was but I knew I wanted to go to college and get out of the tobacco fields. My dreams came true. I ended up being a psychologist and a teacher, spending decades working in residential treatment then in schools, the last 13 years working with preschoolers and their families to prepare them to succeed in school. As a teacher, I taught many college and university courses as well as workshops, most recently to address grief and trauma. I am also an artist, a dancer and a writer and like to bring co-creativity to others.
In the early 1990's, I felt led to live and work at or near the world center of Quakers called Pendle Hill in PA. There I studied and taught Arts and Spirituality while also serving as a Psychologist in nearby schools. I came to see the importance of Co-Creativity (creating together a piece of life we truly want to live for). My specialties in the Arts have been writing, visual arts and dancing/movement from a "no wrong way" perspective. I incorporate these into the therapy process as they become beneficial.
For much of my life, I have also been engaged with my own therapeutic process. Having been the client for several years, gives me the perspective of what might be important to you as we work together, never assuming I know or forgetting to ask you.
In our sessions, I want to hear about you, find our starting points and from there develop action plans each session to work on the goals needed to find the life you dream of and are willing to work toward.
Hello, I’m James.
Anxiety, stress, anger, relationship strain, and major life changes can make even capable people feel stuck, frustrated, or disconnected from the life they want to be living. My work focuses on helping adults better understand what is happening internally, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes that hold up outside of the therapy session.
I specialize in working with anxiety, stress, anger management, stress, coping skills, men’s issues, Veterans’ issues and life transitions. Many of my clients are people who are used to handling things on their own but have reached a point where they want something to change. I offer a direct, supportive, and goal-focused approach that helps clients identify patterns, manage emotions more effectively, improve communication, and respond to challenges with more clarity and control.
Therapy with me is practical and collaborative. We will work together to understand what is keeping you stuck, build tools that fit your life, and create realistic steps toward feeling more steady, confident, and in control. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, irritability, relationship stress, work pressure, military or Veteran-related concerns, or a difficult life transition, you do not have to figure it out alone.
If you are ready for a therapist who will listen, be honest with you, and help you build practical strategies for change, I would be glad to work with you.

I like to teach relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and mindfulness as well cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) as a way to help you identify triggers, emotions, thoughts, and behavior so you can learn how to reframe thoughts, manage emotions, and modify behaviors. My name is Isabella Stephanie Maxwell, but most people call me Izzy. I have been in the mental health field for 12 years in various roles, and more recently as a licensed professional counselor. I have worked with people of all ages, from young to old, children to teens, and adults. While I truly welcome anyone who feels called to this work, my heart lives within the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. These are spaces I care about deeply, and I am committed to showing up for them in a way that is affirming, informed, and genuinely celebratory of who you are, not just tolerant of it. If you've spent time in therapy feeling like you had to explain yourself, educate your therapist, or shrink parts of your identity to be understood, that's not the experience you'll find here. Whoever you are, wherever you're coming from, you belong here.
Welcome! My name is Renee Cavalier. I have been in practice for 20 years; 15 in private practice. In addition, I have experience in community mental health, behavioral health rehabilitative services (restructured as IBHS), and university/research settings. I am also a licensed attorney; however, my sole focus is on psychotherapy. I genuinely enjoy the practice of psychotherapy, and I have great respect for the clients I serve and the process in which they engage. I look forward to meeting with you!
Hey, I’m Mariah! I work with women who look like they have it together on the outside but internally feel exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. A lot of my clients are the ones everyone depends on. They’re successful, self-aware, high-achieving, and used to pushing through. But underneath that, they’re overthinking everything, emotionally drained, struggling in relationships, and wondering why they still feel so stuck despite years of trying to “work on themselves.”
Many have done therapy before and left frustrated because they gained insight but nothing actually changed.
My approach is honest, direct, and focused on getting to the root of what’s keeping you stuck — not just helping you manage symptoms. I help clients understand the deeper patterns behind their anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional burnout, and relationship struggles so they can stop surviving life on autopilot.
I’m not the therapist who just sits quietly and nods for 50 minutes. I’ll challenge you, connect the dots, and help you make real shifts in the way you relate to yourself and others. I also offer private pay therapy for clients looking for more personalized care without the limitations insurance can place on treatment. Clients are able to use HSA/FSA funds to pay for services and are able to receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.
I have over a decade of experience working with people as they navigate life transitions. I understand struggling and feeling overwhelmed, and believe that adding support and guidance can help alleviate life's stressors.
I've worked multiple years as a therapist in a community mental health center, a partial hospitalization program, and a nursing home. I try to understand where you are starting and where you are trying to go. I believe that there is value in humor, storytelling, and understanding different perspectives.
Are you navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, or other situations that are interfering with your confidence and comfort in your everyday? Are
you overwhelmed and would you like to gain new perspectives, grow your present and emerging strengths and explore improved life balance? I am strength-focused and offer a collaborative partnership opportunity to focus on you and your goals. I strive to provide new perspectives and empower you to explore your current and potential skills and strengths as well as offer you opportunities to discuss and review their use and benefit to you as you activate them in your day to day. I enjoy providing tools, skills and resources that you can use and incorporate into your existing skill set to help you explore your own empowerment and personal growth.
I am an active empathetic listener and I consider that a priority in building a therapeutic partnership. You know you best! I will not assume and will ask questions to help the process move forward in a manner that promotes your individual growth toward your goals. I like to use real-life examples in discussion and I often employ humor in this and will get to know specifics that will personalize these examples. I am well-trained and experienced in many evidence-based treatments and together we can explore and plan how to proceed and progress in these for you.
Reaching out to engage in therapy can be scary. Please know I understand this and will provide a reassuring, supportive setting to focus on you and on what you are looking to get out of the therapy experience. It is a partnership focused on you, for you and in support of your growth and life balance progress. We can discuss and plan how to best work together toward your goals.
I am licensed in Pennsylvania with more than 16 years of professional counseling experience. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Most of my work has been in outpatient treatment but I also worked in various settings which include residential treatment, child protective services and school social work. Working in a variety of settings with multi-disciplines has led me to appreciate that there are many facets that make us who we are. I see my role as a therapist is to help bring all these aspects together yet keep what we value at the forefront. My favorite inspiration lies in the saying, "People will forget what you say but they will never forget how you made them feel". I aspire to help you feel validated while you navigate life's challenges. One of my greatest professional accomplishments has been to start an Aevidum Club at a school which aims to reduce the stigma of mental health. I believe that partnering in a no judgement zone is key to fostering trust.
When not doing therapy, I love spending time with my husband, two daughters and our dog. Cooking, planting flowers and going to our annual beach trip are some of my favorite stress relievers. I am here to partner with you on your journey of change and reflection.

I am a licensed clinical social worker who wants to help children, teens, adults, and families have access to everything they need in order to experience health, safety, belonging and a sense of their purpose. I have experience in a variety of settings, am currently working as a school therapist, and am starting my private practice journey during the evenings. I strive to do all things with detail, curiosity and authenticity within a trauma informed perspective. Hi, I’m Lesley. I am a licensed therapist providing therapy to adults in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
I often see people struggling with what I call “reality gaps”, which is the space between the life you have and the life you want. The wider that gap feels, the more distress tends to grow.
I have over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents facing chronic depression, anxiety, attachment concerns, and relational conflict.
I believe therapy works best when it feels human, safe, and real. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys walking alongside people as they sort through life’s challenges and begin to understand themselves more clearly. Many of the individuals I work with feel anxious, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of their direction. My role is to help you slow down, gain insight, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt therapy, and Bowen’s concept of differentiation. In simple terms, that means we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity rather than judgment. We look at the different “parts” of you that may be in conflict and help you develop the ability to stay true to yourself while staying connected to others. Over time, this often leads to healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of balance.
I value honest conversation and believe meaningful growth comes from awareness paired with action. Therapy with me is collaborative and compassionate, but also practical. I want you to leave sessions with insight you can actually apply in your daily life.
On a personal note, I’m married and a proud father of four adult children. I enjoy traveling, spending time on the golf course, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. I believe growth doesn’t stop at any stage of life, and I try to live that belief myself.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more fully and create lasting change, I’d be honored to support you in that process.
I help men and women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck show up with more clarity, confidence, and calm—especially in their relationships and day-to-day life. My approach blends practical tools with deep emotional work, using IFS-informed therapy and, when desired, spiritual coaching. Whether you're navigating stress, setting boundaries, or healing old patterns, I create a space where your growth, faith, and voice are all welcome.

Hi, my name is Mary. I assist individuals in their personal and professional relationships, as well as couples and families navigating the challenges they face. I also counsel seniors and their families as they confront and cope with emotional transitions and life changes.
I’ve been privileged to help people for many years. I received my master’s degree from La Salle University and have been in private practice ever since, earning an M.A. in counseling. I invite you to Google my name and read a few of my reviews.
A quick note about insurance coverage for couples counseling: Couples counseling focused solely on relationship concerns is typically not covered by insurance. For this type of counseling, sessions are offered at my private-pay rate.
My private rate is $100.00 per hour.
If you plan to use insurance, coverage requires that one partner be experiencing a diagnosable mental health condition, as defined by ICD codes. In those cases, treatment is directed toward addressing that condition and its impact on the relationship.

Passionate about the importance of self-care, I love to unwind by hiking and camping in the mountains, soaking up the serenity of the ocean, and cherishing time with my family and friends. Despite having three amazing kids, I am (almost) equally obsessed with being a pet mom to my heavyweight feline companion, Perry, and my loveable, always-happy golden retriever, Murphy.
I believe that if every human being had someone to provide them with unconditional positive regard, especially during the formative years of childhood, our world would be a safer place. Unfortunately, many of us don’t even make it through childhood without wounds from emotionally painful experiences. Sometimes the consequences of these experiences are long-lasting and can impact our well-being, relationships, and work. Fortunately, therapy can help. I have worked in community and university settings for the past 9 years, and I have experience treating a variety of mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, marriage/family issues, and communication challenges.
I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over two decades of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, and life transitions with clarity and purpose. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and take a practical, compassionate approach to treatment that emphasizes building resilience and reducing avoidance. My work is grounded in evidence-based methods and shaped by a belief in each person’s capacity for growth—even in the midst of distress. Whether you’re facing intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, or overwhelming fear, I’ll walk alongside you with clear tools and steady support. Together, we’ll work toward greater freedom, emotional strength, and confidence in facing life on your terms. Message me for additional session times.

Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.
I provide more than talk therapy & integrate a clinical approach grounded in research on neuroscience and psychology. I have 21-plus years of post-licensure experience and a demonstrated history of providing comprehensive clinical expertise in addition to supervising and training other therapists as a clinical supervisor. Additionally, my work alongside multidisciplinary clinical treatment teams at various psychiatric hospitals has enhanced my understanding of holistic mental health care, and deepened my skills in managing complex cases, contributing to patient assessments, and coordinating effective interventions across diverse treatment settings.

Hello, I am Kathleen.
Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward?
Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful.
Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself.
Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others.
In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.

Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.
As a therapist grounded in empathy, my dream client embodies a spirit of openness and motivation for lasting change. This individual recognizes the challenges that come with personal growth but approaches therapy with a willingness to explore and confront these difficulties. They appreciate the journey of self-discovery and are eager to gain insights that can lead to meaningful transformation in their life.
In our sessions, I strive for a collaborative environment where they feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. They understand that progress may not always be linear, yet they remain committed to the process, even when it gets difficult. This client values the therapeutic relationship and seeks guidance to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and mindfulness in their daily life.
What I cherish most about this ideal client is their ability to reflect on their experiences and actively engage in their healing journey. They inspire me with their courage to face discomfort and their desire to learn and grow. Together, we would explore life experiences and therapeutic techniques, fostering a deep connection that empowers them to embrace change with compassion and patience.
Ultimately, my dream client is someone who is not only motivated to seek help but also appreciates the support and insight I can offer. In this partnership, we would work together to navigate the complexities of their experiences, celebrating each step toward a more fulfilled and mindful existence. This collaborative spirit of growth and understanding is what makes the therapeutic journey profoundly rewarding for both of us.

I'm Bird- My ideal client is a professional helper, caregiver, or adolescents and adults who feel burned out, are questioning themselves, or quietly struggling with recovery, identity stress, or trauma. They’re often used to being the strong one and feel disconnected from their own needs. They want relief, clarity, and sustainable ways to live and work without losing themselves. I work well with generational cycle breakers, first in the family to seek help/go to therapy, individuals who are navigating identity and life shift, grief, loss, adjustment, and those healing from trauma caused by organized religion.
I offer queer-affirming, trauma-informed therapy and therapeutic coaching for recovery, burnout, and moral injury. My work integrates IFS, Jungian psychology, DBT, and collaborative psychiatric care to support healing that is individualized, holistic, and grounded in lived experience.
If you’re exhausted from holding it together or feel unseen in traditional therapy spaces, you’re not alone. You deserve care that honors your humanity, not just your productivity. I offer a collaborative, non-judgmental space to begin reconnecting with yourself, healing what you've been holding, and walking with you to set and reach your goals.
Do you often feel like the one who has to hold everything together? Many of my clients are high-achieving adults who look calm and capable on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted behind the scenes.
I work with professionals, caregivers, and individuals navigating high expectations, perfectionism, and major life transitions. Together we explore the patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive and develop healthier ways to manage stress, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself.
Hello, my name is Christopher Patchet. My master's degree is in Social Work and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. I have over 13 years' experience working in the field of mental health. My goals, as a therapist, is helping you find your strengths and helping you feel empowered to overcome life’s obstacles. Through the process, I will provide a warm, safe, opening environment for us to work on building on the best ways to achieve your goals.
I have 21 years of experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief/loss, chronic pain/health conditions, complex trauma, relationship conflicts, and more. I offer an authentic, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, clarify goals, and develop a plan to achieve them. I believe humor is essential to healing, so plan to laugh a bit too!
My experiences as both a therapist and personal trainer have shown me how connected our physical and emotional health truly are. Full healing encompasses both areas and for this reason, I view my clients through a holistic lens. I am honored to hold space for you within the therapy relationship, and I congratulate you for taking this step in your journey.
My name is Grace Johnson, and I am an LCSW in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing therapy for over 6 years, and prior to that I worked in case management for several years. I have worked in various outpatient mental health and substance use disorder settings, and I have experience with both individual and group therapy. In addition to being a therapist, I am also a clinical supervisor. I bring a wealth of experience from my time working in the social work field that make me uniquely able to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for us to work together. I am passionate about helping survivors of trauma heal with my utilization of modalities such as EMDR and Seeking Safety. I am also well-versed in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing-all of which involve discussing what you are experiencing and learning strategies to cope with them and make changes to improve your life as you so desire.
HI! I am Alisha and I am passionate about helping others navigate through their life journey. I’ve had eight years of learning experiences with diverse demographics including children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy working to empower clients and advocate through mental health systems. I encourage clients to understand that self-concept plays a vital role in how the client sees themselves and their interactions through life.
I am a veteran of the helping professions, having served since 1982 in some capacity or another, and I still find excitement in the possibility of helping those who need such assistance. I am currently licensed in two states, both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I find many people respond to my ability to simply listen and that shows that they do not often feel they have been heard and sometimes this is all that is necessary to start the journey to begin healing. Certainly more is often required, and helping people connect with effective treatments whether provided by myself or not is the best help that can be given.
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I offer a warm, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome and your emotions can be met with curiosity and care. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, gently untangling old patterns and making space for healing, clarity, and lasting change.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore the challenges that weigh on you and work toward healing the wounds that impact your life. If spirituality is important to you, I am happy to integrate biblical or other spiritual principles into our work, always honoring your unique worldview, faith, or orientation.
I deeply value the relationships I build with my clients and consider it an honor to walk alongside you in your journey. Growth and healing are possible, and I look forward to helping you find your light!
