Hello, I am Molli. Have you been struggling with depressive or anxious thoughts, negative views of yourself or not knowing how to deal with life stressors? Sometimes the hardest step is to admit that you need guidance and direction, but getting help can be the first step to feeling better. I am here to provide a non judgmental, calm and productive environment to help move past that first step. I work with clients on many issues including depression, anxiety, couples issues and relationship counseling, PTSD, low self-esteem and personal relationship issues. I will work with you to find the best approach to accomplish your therapeutic goals.
In the first session I will review your mental and physical history, discuss current mental health issues and identify treatment goals for us to focus on during future therapy sessions.
I use a combination of methods in my therapy sessions which include but are not limited to mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, goal setting, psychoeducation, person centered, family systems, positive psychology, and strength- focused.
The areas that I specialize in are adult age clients with a variety of mental health disorders. I also specialize in couples therapy and relationship issues.
