I work with adults in their mid-20s and beyond who feel stuck in patterns, overwhelmed by stress, or unsure how to move forward during big life changes. You might feel like you keep repeating the same patterns, or that stress is building up and you don’t know how to break out of it. My style is warm, collaborative, and reflective. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s going on and build practical tools for real change. Together, we’ll work on understanding what’s holding you back, building emotional resilience, and creating healthier relationships with yourself and others.
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive connection. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process. I’ll also ask some background questions to understand your experiences and goals more fully. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas you’d like to work on. By the end of the session, we’ll discuss next steps and create a plan for ongoing support. Many clients find that starting with consistent weekly and biweekly sessions helps build momentum and create meaningful progress early on.
My greatest strength is creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood while also supported in making real changes. I blend trauma-informed insight with practical tools, helping clients explore emotional patterns, improve communication, and build healthier coping strategies.
