Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who works with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and low self-worth/self-doubt. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative — I believe meaningful change happens when you feel truly safe, seen, and understood. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware but feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift on their own. Together, we’ll explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you build self-trust, healthier boundaries, and a stronger connection with yourself and others.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to feel different. I’ll ask questions to understand your story and what’s been weighing on you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about what we can work on together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Clients often share that they feel genuinely understood in our work. I help connect the dots between your past experiences, current patterns, and emotional reactions. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical — focused on helping you build self-compassion, healthier relationships, and lasting change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with women who are insightful and motivated but struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, overthinking, or setting boundaries. Many of my clients have strong awareness of what’s happening in their patterns, yet feel stuck when it comes to making real changes or feeling differently. If you’re tired of feeling “too much” or “not enough” and want to feel more confident and secure within yourself and your relationships, we’d likely be a great fit.
Relational
Therapy works best when you feel safe and understood. I focus on building a genuine connection where you don’t have to filter yourself. Together, we’ll look at patterns in your relationships and experiences that may be shaping how you feel today, and work toward healthier ways of connecting with yourself and others.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
ACT helps you handle difficult thoughts and feelings without letting them control your life. Instead of trying to get rid of anxiety or stress, we work on changing how you respond to them — so you can move toward what truly matters to you.
Experiential Therapy
Sometimes talking about a problem isn’t enough. This approach helps you connect with your emotions in real time so deeper change can happen. We may explore different parts of you or use guided techniques (ex. EMDR) to help you process experiences and feel more grounded.

Stephanie is my third therapist in seven years and she has been the most impactful in terms of setting proactive goals for my mental health. Her warm and comforting spirit feels so welcoming during sessions and she makes me feel so understood. She is able to point out why certain feelings come up and back this up with evidence, while still making the conversation feel personal. She never makes me feel judged or alone in my feelings. I’m so thankful to have found a therapist like her!

I loved my first session with Stephanie; I felt like she understood my situation when I can't even do that in my own head, and she was also a very good listener and feedback provider and I'm excited to continue working with her to help me figure myself out.

After my first session with Stephanie I felt so validated and seen. It has been a struggled to find a new therapist who I click with after spending years with my previous one. I look forward to future sessions.
