Do you often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in cycles of depression, or weighed down by self-doubt? Do you notice the same patterns repeating in your relationships, leaving you feeling disconnected or unsure how to change them? Maybe you have the insight to recognize what’s happening but feel frustrated that it’s hard to make changes that truly last. If any of this feels true for you, I am glad you are here! My name is Stephanie, and as a therapist, my approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. In our work together, we’ll create a safe space where you feel supported as we explore what’s holding you back and help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
In our first session, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy and identify the areas of your life that feel most challenging right now. We’ll begin gently uncovering the emotional patterns beneath the surface, while also taking time to clarify your goals and what “feeling better” personally looks like for you. My priority is creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported from the very start.
Clients often share that my greatest strengths are my warmth, insight, and ability to “connect the dots”—helping them understand why they may know something logically, yet feel something entirely different emotionally. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and always tailored to what feels most natural and supportive for you. Together, we’ll work to ease emotional suffering, cultivate self-compassion, and create more authentic, fulfilling relationships with others and, most importantly, with yourself.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals who are emotionally insightful but often feel weighed down by self-doubt, people-pleasing, or difficulty setting boundaries. If you find yourself overthinking, feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—you’re not alone, and you’re in the right place. Together, we’ll work toward building self-trust, healthy boundaries, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.
The foundation of my approach to therapy is offering a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be fully yourself. I believe that the way we relate to others (and to ourselves) is often shaped by our earliest relationships. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and attachment needs that may be influencing your current struggles, while building a present therapeutic relationship based on safety, trust, and authenticity. Working at your pace, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, helping you feel truly heard and understood, and creating a strong foundation for meaningful change in how you connect with yourself and others.
ACT is about learning new ways to relate to your thoughts and feelings so they have less power over you. Instead of trying to get rid of difficult emotions, we focus on making space for them while still moving toward the life you want to live. I’ll help you explore your values, build coping tools, and take small steps that lead to big shifts over time.
Sometimes the most powerful changes happen when we go beyond just talking about a problem and begin to explore it in a more active, experiential way. This approach helps you to connect with your thoughts, feelings, and physical responses in the moment, which can help uncover new insights and shift old patterns. By engaging with all parts of yourself, we can create space for deeper understanding, release what’s been weighing you down, and discover new ways of responding that feel more aligned with who you want to be. Examples of these types of modalities are EMDR and IFS (Internal Family Systems)

Stephanie is my third therapist in seven years and she has been the most impactful in terms of setting proactive goals for my mental health. Her warm and comforting spirit feels so welcoming during sessions and she makes me feel so understood. She is able to point out why certain feelings come up and back this up with evidence, while still making the conversation feel personal. She never makes me feel judged or alone in my feelings. I’m so thankful to have found a therapist like her!

I loved my first session with Stephanie; I felt like she understood my situation when I can't even do that in my own head, and she was also a very good listener and feedback provider and I'm excited to continue working with her to help me figure myself out.

After my first session with Stephanie I felt so validated and seen. It has been a struggled to find a new therapist who I click with after spending years with my previous one. I look forward to future sessions.
