Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from the Kutztown University and have been practicing since 2019. I have worked in various settings, including private practice and community mental health in the Mental Health, Intensive Outpatient (group), and Drug and Alcohol Programs . My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment to build rapport, collaborate, and achieve your recovery goals.
I’m a dedicated mental health professional with over 10 years of experience in the helping professions, driven by a deep passion for supporting people in creating meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based approach that helps clients regain control and build confidence in facing intrusive thoughts and fears.
In addition to OCD, I have extensive experience working in addiction and behavioral health, supporting individuals through recovery with compassion, structure, and practical tools for sustainable progress. I also work with anxiety disorders and phobias, helping clients better understand their patterns and gradually overcome avoidance so they can live more freely.
A core part of my work focuses on self-confidence and self-image. I help clients challenge negative self-beliefs, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop a more balanced and compassionate relationship with themselves.
My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each individual’s goals. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering—giving you the skills, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges long after our work together ends.
Hi! My name is Jessica and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Do you feel like you don’t have enough time to take care of yourself? Are you giving so much to others that there’s no time left for you? Are some of these relationships one-sided and go against your personal boundaries?
I have a passion for helping individuals identify and shift patterns that no longer serve them, heal from toxic relationships, and explore their true identity.
A safe and nurturing space is what I strive to cultivate for my clients. In my opinion, this must come first in order to set the foundation for a successful therapeutic experience. I’m so excited to start working with you!
With over two decades of dedicated service in student support and mental health, I bring a wealth of experience to my the clients that I provide service to. For the past 22 years, I have served as a school counselor within a public high school system, navigating the complex social, emotional, and academic landscapes that adolescents face today.
In addition to my work in a high school setting, I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the past 11 years, allowing me to provide a high level of clinical expertise and therapeutic support to a diverse range of clients. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep understanding of human development.
Additionally, I specialize in the area of Sport Counseling. Recognizing the unique psychological demands of performance and athletics, I have attained an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Sport Counseling. This specialized training allows me to support athletes and high-performers in managing performance anxiety, building mental resilience, and balancing the pressures of competitive environments with personal well-being.
Whether you are navigating life transitions, seeking to improve your mental performance, or looking for clinical support, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals in a safe and supportive environment.
You’ve been holding a lot together—and it’s getting harder to keep it that way. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions - but my focus often extends beyond a single diagnosis. I also support complex mental health, including dissociative identity and schizophrenia. I'm especially mindful of stressors such as navigating the challenges of a loved one living with hoarding disorder, carrying loss connected to COVID, and layered intercultural or blended family dynamics.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) with over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. Over the years I’ve worked in many roles — including supervision, leadership, and training — but what I value most is sitting down with people and helping them make sense of their lives.
Hi! My name is Sarah Silverman, I have been working in the field of mental health for over eight years. I have experience working in a variety of settings, but getting to work individually with clients in outpatient therapy is my absolute favorite. I am often described as having a calming and empathetic personality. In my spare time, I love spending time with friends, cuddling my two orange cats, trying out a new delicious food, reading, or playing video games.
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of methods to best support your unique needs. I like to help clients see that many of their struggles are shaped by social systems, cultural expectations, and identity, not personal shortcomings, and we can explore these influences in ways that feel safe and empowering. I also use evidence-based techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy to identify patterns in thoughts and behaviors, mindfulness practices to build awareness and calm, and psychoeducation to help you understand how your mind and body respond to stress or challenges. My focus is on practical, real-world strategies that help you feel more grounded, in control, and confident in your choices. Together, we create a space where you can make sense of your experiences, build skills, and move toward the life you want.

Hi there! I’m Sarah :) Congratulations at taking the first step in reaching out to a counselor. I can understand how difficult it can be for some to make that decision. It can be hard to admit when someone feels like they need additional help in their lives to get things moving in a positive direction. It's important to recognize that this is not a flaw, and that teamwork is sometimes the best solution for an issue. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is very important and that you need to feel comfortable with someone to open up and trust. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to help you find your desired goals.
I hold a Master of Arts Degree from Edinboro University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been in practice for the past eight years in a variety of settings. While meeting with each client, I try to imagine what it must be like to be this person and to experience all of the things they have gone through and are going through. I find myself able to connect with each one of my clients on a personal level to give every individual the same respect, dignity, understanding, empathy, compassion, and time, a person deserves while actively listening to what the client is saying verbally and non-verbally. I am always learning new information, and therapy techniques, and growing my skills while increasing my abilities and knowledge in the mental health field and applying this knowledge to my everyday practice. Each of my clients teaches me something new and in turn, I utilize this knowledge gained to grow both personally, spiritually, and professionally and enrich myself as a therapist.

The focus of my practice is helping people to overcome and understand issues that impact their quality of life. Clients my training and background would most benefit are those experiencing difficulty in their relationships with their children, parents, spouses, co-workers or other significant people in their lives; those whose anxiety or depression is holding them back, and those who are willing to work to reach their true potential.
I earned my MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago concentrating in mental health and have helped people in complicated and difficult situations ever since.
Hi! I'm Dana, a licensed therapist (LPC) in Philadelphia for adults who are tired of the way their past experiences keep impacting the way they show up in the present, who feel like their feelings are "too much", and who get stuck overthinking everything but are unable to change in the ways they'd like.
If you're struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues and/or low self esteem; I'm here to tell you that there isn't anything 'wrong' with you. You aren't broken, you have simply learned to cope in ways that are no longer serving you. You don't need to be labeled or pathologized, you need to be supported by someone who actually gets you.
I received my master’s degree in counseling in 2011 and have been working as a counselor in higher education since then. I started providing on-line counseling more than 5 years ago and got to perfect that skill over the pandemic.
I am the father of three beautiful, intelligent, well adjusted, usually content, sometimes happy, young adults and I hold my job in helping them become good humans as my most valued and important purpose in my existence. I was married to the same woman for twenty-three years, since we were but ourselves emerging adults, and understand that even with friendship, love, and respect this type of partnership has its ebbs and flows; and sometimes relationships are just completed. I understand how difficult the loss of love can be; but also understand that life can be great again after these hardships.
I believe in the ability in nature to restore the energy that we constantly give out and always urge people to be outside, to recharge themselves. I am creative and productive and will push my clients to unlock the creative potentials they inside of themselves. I love starting and finishing home improvement projects. I enjoy reading and am passionate about music although I am not musically inclined in the least. I understand that even when we are doing everything "right" and doing the things we love...life can still be difficult.
I consider pride myself on the ability to quickly form a therapeutic alliance and maintain positive relationships with my clients to enact the changes they wish to see, get through rough patches, reach goals, or just be "happyish". I am open, honest, friendly, and pretty normal. I will work closely with you to help you solve your own issues as I feel we hold the answers to our own questions.
I am a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. I completed my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania in 2013. I have been actively practicing counseling since then in a variety of settings, including a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, private practice, and in a community agency. I am currently accepting clients during weekdays in the mornings and afternoons.
As a working professional myself, I know how difficult it can be to find a physical or mental health provider that works "after hours." I aim to meet you where you are, and sometimes that means after work, after class, or after the kids are in bed! I offer sessions from 6:00pm to 10:00pm in order to best assist with tackling the demands of your busy day.
As a second-career social worker, I bring both professional experience and real-world perspective into the therapy space. My background includes working as an Older Adult Protective Services Investigator, a Home Health Care Social Worker, a mentor to college-aged individuals, and currently supporting Veterans experiencing homelessness who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and substance use.
I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. Outside of work, I enjoy playing music, spending time with family and friends, and being in nature. I value practices that help people reconnect with themselves, find balance, and build resilience in ways that feel authentic and sustainable for them.
I am currently working as an LCSW providing readjustment counseling services to Veterans, their spouses, and families. Throughout my education and current work I can make an impact on my clients by helping them learn the tools they need to move forward in a more positive manner with regard to mental health. My goal is to give my clients the tools they need to have the most optimal outcome.

I became a mom during COVID, which was a big transition for me and quite the journey. This means I can provide insight, compassion and knowledge about parenting issues, fertility struggles, traumatic labor and delivery and pregnancy loss.
My experience includes case management and psychiatric acute care or what people call partial hospitalization; basically, I ensured that myself and my team helped clients stabilize during or after a crisis.
I started my career in case management working with children and families, connecting them to community resources, and therapies, then I grew into acute care, running children and adolescent group therapy, family therapy and individual and crisis counseling. I have some experience in the Department of Corrections, addictions and juvenile justice. I returned to acute care, this time working with adults and then finally into individual counseling. Since most of my history is in acute care, I have a passion for working in crisis and trauma, working with all demographics. My extensive background in crisis and trauma allows me the compassion and space for those needing a little extra support, to check my email and text those clients throughout the day.
I have recently completed Rutgers Certificate Program in Trauma Response and Crisis Intervention, as well as Completed the Dare to Lead, program by Brene Brown.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing a grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore what they’re carrying and move toward meaningful change. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices like CBT and Brainspotting while honoring the connection between mind and body.
Having lived abroad, I’ve had the opportunity to experience many cultures and walks of life, which deeply informs my perspective and allows me to meet clients with openness, curiosity, and cultural humility. I am also completing my Doctor of Social Work (DSW) next month, further strengthening my commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based, and meaningful care.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of past experiences. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and at your pace—where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen coping, and reconnect with yourself and your relationships in a way that feels more clear, steady, and aligned.
