Welcome!
Pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee, and make yourself comfortable. Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be yourself, and my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I help adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, substance use, process addictions, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected transitions. I also specialize in working with healthcare professionals, first responders, veterans, active-duty military, and military families, recognizing the unique stressors these roles often carry.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy isn't about "fixing" you it's about helping you understand your story, recognize your strengths, and build the confidence and skills to move forward. Every treatment plan is personalized using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR (EMDRIA Certified), CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, to meet your individual needs and goals.
Whether you're healing from trauma, working toward recovery, navigating burnout, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to do it alone. Together, we'll create a path toward greater resilience, healthier relationships, renewed purpose, and a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
I'm honored to be part of your journey, and I look forward to meeting you.
Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Based out of Texas. Licensed both in Texas and Pennsylvania. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I specialize primarily in working with individuals that struggle with trauma and anxiety. With experience in various types of trauma, I have partnered with many individuals to help them learn how to navigate life. My goal is to empower the individual through learning coping skills that are the right fit for the person.
I am also an individual that believes all people deserve therapy, I am not going to judge a client, or make them feel small. My job is truly to hear what my client has to say and offer any skill that I have to help that person. I am an ally to all people regardless of your identity.
Hey there, I’m Chris! If you feel like you’re giving everything you’ve got and it’s still not enough, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, emotional spirals, or shutdown, even though you look “put together” on the outside. Life, relationships, and work all feel like too much. You’re tired of being told to “just try harder” or "figure it out." I get it!
I’m a licensed counselor with over 22 years of experience, and I know these struggles personally. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 36 and have raised 3 kids with ADHD (one also has Autism). I know how isolating it feels when we just can't keep up or "do the things" everybody else seems to do so effortlessly. My approach is compassionate and collaborative; we are teammates working together. Clients often say it’s the first time therapy has truly made sense.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself, building tools that actually work for you in your life, and creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted. I offer online therapy in PA, FL, and SC.

Are you struggling to remain psychologically flexible in an ever-changing world? Psychological flexibility means contacting the present moment fully as a conscious human being and based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values.

Being a veteran of the United States Air Force I value helping military family members and veterans with transitional issues as well as other concerns. I have experience working in addiction treatment and enjoy working with individuals in recovery to address their underlying mental health concerns.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace.
Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity.
I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.

The journey of healing begins with a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and mutual respect. My worldview and core values determine my approach to therapy and engaging with you. I strongly believe in a holistic approach to therapy: I consider the art and science of healing to support the whole person – body, mind, and spirit.

Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified art therapist. I have been practicing for just over seven years and I received my masters degree in art therapy from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I help clients with various needs such as anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, relationships, communication and coping skills to help become the best versions of themselves. I started my journey at KidsPeace Children's Hospital as an art therapist for a couple years, running group and individual therapy sessions. After KidsPeace I transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown as a therapist running group therapy sessions. Talk therapy is the most common method of therapy on this platform, but be aware that if you do have any interest in art therapy, we can certainly incorporate that into our work together whether that be during our sessions or for homework. The choice is yours!
As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma-related treatment, I bring extensive expertise to helping individuals who may feel stuck and despondent at first. Through therapy, I guide them toward expressing and embodying optimism. I customize my therapeutic approaches to address your unique needs, ensuring a tailored journey toward healing and growth. If you are feeling unsure, overwhelmed, anxious or depressed; now is the time to begin your journey to recovery.
Hi, I’m Erica, a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
My approach combines evidence based tools with curiosity, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes you, well, you. I work with people who want to understand themselves better, break patterns that are no longer serving them, work through difficult experiences, or simply feel a little more comfortable in their own lives.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or come in with everything figured out. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, frustrated, guarded, or completely unsure of where to start. We can figure it out together.
As someone who lives with a disability, I also know that resilience is a word that gets thrown around pretty casually. I understand what it means to build a life around limitations you didn’t choose while still wanting a life that feels full, meaningful, and genuinely yours. I bring that lived experience into my work, not because I think it means I understand everyone’s experience, but because I know what it feels like to keep going when things are heavy.
At the end of the day, I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or expect you to have yours. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and give you some tools to make things feel a little more manageable.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist/sex therapist in Pennsylvania with over 12 years of professional work experience. I have specialized experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relational/sexual issues, intimacy, family conflicts, & LGBTQ+.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I take a nurturing and affirming approach to validate one’s experiences and perspective; and we will work together to shift that perspective where needed.
I strive to take a collaborative approach in treatment identifying all aspects of one’s life e.g. family, religious background, relationships, career, and overall beliefs and values in order to challenge clients to look at all pillars in their lives to see where and if change needs to occur.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University and have been practicing for 14 years. I specialize helping people struggling with anger, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder, and I have also been successful treating couples and families and people whose lives have been impacted by trauma, as well as neurodivergent people struggling to fit into a neurotypical world.
Are you a teenager, college kid, grad student, or young adult who is interested in therapy? Great, that's my thing! I work exclusively with young adults, from high schoolers to 20-somethings. Working with this specific age group is more than a job to me; it is both a calling and my greatest honor. I'm immensely proud to be considered a safe & supportive adult for many young people during this exciting (but sometimes stressful, lonely, or scary) time in their lives.
I’m a therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning, yet find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or patterns in relationships that don’t feel fulfilling. You may understand why you do what you do, but still feel unsure how to change it.
In our work together, I focus on helping you connect the dots between your past experiences, current patterns, and the goals you have for your life. Through a collaborative and supportive process, we build both insight and practical tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control. Over time, this work often leads to healthier relationships, improved emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self.
In our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's brought you to therapy and what your're hoping will feel different. From there, I'll share tools you can practice between sessions, but we'll always move at a pace that feels right to you. I work especially well with clients who are ready to show up and do the work. If you're looking for a therapist who brings warmth, humor, and a genuine investment in your growth, I'd love to be part of your journey.
Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, conflicted, hopeless and/or stuck? I will provide guidance, support and clinical expertise to help you navigate through life's challenges and find hope and healing. I recognize the significance of how all aspects of a person's life affect their well-being including your mental, psychological, physical and spiritual health. I facilitate healing and help you to gain insight, clarity, a sense of self-empowerment and reach your potential. I utilize different approaches depending upon your needs and goals.
I have over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, including working with all ages to assist individuals and families in developing more effective coping skills, mastering challenges, improving relationships and finding peace and happiness in life. I have been employed in many different capacities in the mental health field including working in the role of a behavioral specialist, mobile therapist, primary therapist in a residential treatment facility, outpatient therapist and therapist in an equine-assisted therapy program for veterans. My areas of primary expertise are depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, healing from narcissistic abuse, coping with the challenges of having ADHD and/or autism, improving relationships, self-esteem and identity issues, coping with single-adulthood challenges and life transitions. Welcome. Taking the step to seek support is not always easy, and I’m glad you’re here.
As a licensed counselor, I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and navigate the challenges of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Additionally, I am well versed in helping others establish healthy relationships. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, creating space for more balanced and empowering perspectives. At the same time, I incorporate principles like radical acceptance to support you in making peace with what cannot be changed, while still moving forward in meaningful ways.
Because trauma is not only something we think about—but something we carry—I also integrate body-based (psychosomatic) approaches. These techniques help you reconnect with your body, process stored stress or trauma, and build a greater sense of safety and regulation from within.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change. You don’t have to do this alone—healing is possible, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
I am in drug addiction recovery and have been sober for 18 years. Started as a counselor assistant about 16 years ago, gained many years of experience working with many different clients' challenges and various cultures. I come from a non-judgmental perspective as I understand the importance of clients feeling safe in session. I absolutely love doing this kind of work.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with over five years of experience supporting people through cancer, serious illness, grief, and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same.
If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. I work with family caregivers as well as the nurses and healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and neither does healing. Whether your loss is recent or resurfacing years later, whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, in survivorship, or supporting someone you love through it all, you deserve a space that is entirely yours. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else.
I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania.

That’s where therapy with me comes in. My experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner. I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of therapy. I have worked with a diverse population of individuals and have experience in treating an array of diagnoses, including PTSD, Loss/Miscarriage and Postpartum Issues, Depression, OCD, Life Transitions, and Anxiety. I hold a Master of Arts Degree from Edinboro University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have been in practice for the past eight years in a variety of settings. These settings include working for a hospital at their inpatient hospital-based twelve-step drug and alcohol unit/program. In addition, I have had the oppurtinorty to work in public schools as a school-based counselor covering six schools working with students in grades k-12, Other areas of practice experience include working with individuals, groups, families, couples, children, teens, young adults, adults, and older adults. I am an experienced therapist, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania since 2018. I have a passion for working with people from all different backgrounds, cultures, lifestyles, and ethnicity. I remain open-minded to whatever the client's needs are and tailor therapy techniques and approaches to best fit the client's needs. While meeting with each client, I try to imagine what it must be like to be this person and to experience all of the things they have gone through and are going through. I find myself able to connect with each one of my clients on a personal level to give every individual the same respect, dignity, understanding, empathy, compassion, and time, a person deserves while actively listening to what the client is saying verbally and non-verbally. I am always learning new information, and therapy techniques, and growing my skills while increasing my abilities and knowledge in the mental health field and applying this knowledge to my everyday practice. Each of my clients teaches me something new and in turn, I utilize this knowledge gained to grow both personally, spiritually, and professionally and enrich myself as a therapist.
I recognize it takes courage to engage in the process of therapy. I appreciate your motivation and will work respectfully with you to create a positive, collaborative, therapeutic relationship. The focus of my practice is helping people to overcome and understand issues that impact their quality of life. I feel it is essential to understand the person as a whole by having a clear picture including mind, body, and spirit, to start the healing process to grow.
I provide a safe judgment-free space where my clients can feel comfortable discussing the issues they wish to resolve or find difficult to deal with. I have found the process of developing a therapeutic relationship to be profound and fundamentally important to facilitating growth and change. I am ready to assist you in these stages of change and help you to reach your goals. I am looking forward to joining you on your journey! Congratulations on deciding to take the first step in the exploration of and investment in yourself!
